Rosen Centre Hotel

Un poco descepcionado,pagué una habitación con una cama king y durante el check el cual tardé más de 40 minutos,cuando llego a la habitación era de 2 cama queen,me tuve que regresar y decir que esa habitación no quería,hasta que entonces me dan la habitación que me correspondía,todo ese tiempo lo siento como perdido,pasé un mal rato

From check in to check out, our stay was a 10. Staff was wonderful and Santonio? who drives the golf cart went above and beyond with his services. I would certainly stay here again. Thanks Rosen Center.

Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and amenities as well. Many restaurants on the property, with a great gym and a nice outdoor pool.

My negative experience and low rating are mainly based on the logistics of the parking area and the distance of the walk to the adjoining convention center. I recently traveled to Orlando and stayed at the Rosen Centre with my handicapped mother. Although valet parking was available, self-parking was included with our rooms. I am fairly fit and do not mind walking. However, my mom, who is 80-years-old and has severe, debilitating scoliosis, is a whole different story. The handicapped parking area was located in parking garage. Perfect, as it should be. The problem, for us, was the LONG distance from the garage to the hotel lobby where the elevators to the rooms are located. The walking distance from those elevators to the convention center was another country mile with the trek being at least 3 times further than the garage scenario. My poor mom was doubled over in pain in the first night of our stay. I decided to drive her to convention center on the second day; however, the parking entrance there was closed. For a more pleasurable experience especially for handicapped travelers, I suggest the Rosen provide shuttles from the garage to the hotel lobby and/or convention center. As well, the hotel restaurants closed earlier than one would expect in this setting which required the long walk back to the garage to drive to an outside establishment. I suppose valet would be the easy answer. Just my $0.02. Cheers

Location across the orange convention center!!!! It has everything inside , restaurants, bars, coffee shop and more.

Moved 3 times with my family and they made you feel like it was your fault and had to fight to be compensated for the disgustingness

Very close to different restaurants and the Orange County Convention Center where l was attending a graduation ceremony of my niece receiving her RN degree and pinning ceremony.

I’m a Disabled Veteran they comped my valet parking. Otherwise I was going to cancel as the parking was 25% percent of the room.
