Horrible experience in the lobby cafe on July 4th, one of the place attendants was not in a good mood because of the crowd and treated us very rude and uncourteous, we didn’t complain to upper management not to ruin our short stay but they are supposed to have a quality control system with their employees to guarantee the customer service is expected from that facility

The property is properly maintained and staff was very helpful. The young lady who assisted us with Disney tickets (on 06/30), was very helpful and made sure we understood the Disney app before leaving.

So much fun. Pools and slide were great. Attentive staff. Loved it.

Beautiful hotel, wide variety of food options, excellent atmosphere, exceptionally clean. Staff in all areas were prompt, friendly, and helpful. The lazy river was fantastic. The convention center was an excellent location for professional development and meetings. The proximity to Orlando life, Disney, and Universal was perfect!! Highly recommend!

It was so clean and no matter what staff member I asked, my questions always got answered. I loved the texting service they provided if you need anything. They cleaned my room every day I stayed and I was very happy with that! I stayed for 5 nights and I would go back again!

We loved the pool area, the lobby area and shops A little too much AC in the bistro for breakfast, it was too cold

I provided both my ID and credit card. The reservation was under my company's name, which also happens to be my last name. Despite seeing the reservation on his computer, he continued to insinuate that we had not booked a room. I found his attitude unprofessional and unhelpful. Once he finally handed me the room keys, he offered no information about where the room was located. I had to ask what floor it was on and how to get there. It felt as though the moment he realized I was not booking directly as a member, he no longer wanted to assist me. Ironically, my wife and I are members, but the rate was significantly better through Expedia than booking directly. The following day, my wife needed a bandage, so I stopped by the front desk to ask for one. The same employee provided it, but his attitude was unchanged and came across as cold and unfriendly. The next issue was the pool area. My family used the pool on both days of our stay, and each day there was trash left around the pool deck. There were ducks in and around the pool, leaving droppings

Bed was uncomfortable for the price of this resort. Would recommend cleaning the pool/lazy river of debris, otherwise nice Hilton decor.

Great location, friendli staff. Rooms are getting closer to an upgrade.
