Overall, I had a good stay. The property was well maintained, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of space to relax. The hotel itself was clean and welcoming. The only downside was the bathroom. It could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and the bathtub didn’t drain properly while showering, causing the water to pool around my feet. That was pretty unpleasant and something that should definitely be addressed. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. With a little more attention to bathroom cleanliness and maintenance, this would have been an excellent experience.

What a great find. The room was clean. They have basic kitchen equipment for cooking. We thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Everything's good, except for the pay parking. Should be free for the guests those were booked there.

The breakfast is not complimentary and not the greatest - go to McDonald’s. I would say the only plus for this hotel is the location.

Great and affordable

Clean and spacious rooms. Our room wasn’t ready until 5pm. Also no elevators. Charging for parking is ridiculous.

Me and my family love the suite we were in two bedroom suite.

Clean room everything was good

Very comfortable and spacious, and I can tell that it has been remodeled, I only recommend to the hotel be more concerned about the cleaning, especially in the bathrooms, supervising each room before delivering to the guests who enter is important, when I arrived I had to clean the bathroom, the sink was dirty, only with water a towel and dishwasher soap it was shining.

Everything was great and well kept. I have problems sleeping in warm temperatures and the room temp would not get below 73 degrees.

My only complaint is that our room wasn’t ready when we arrived and it was an hour before we were given a room. We arrived after the 4pm check in time. They said they were just really busy on this particular day but when you travel that far, you don’t want to be in a car longer waiting for them to clean a room. Everything else was great though so we do still recommend it and we would stay again.

The room was really spacious, a ton of space for families. The beds were also really comfortable. I will be booking with them again.

The only decent thing about this place is the pool. That is it . This place was awful . It looks like a shelter or like an apartment building. The room was filthy. The bath tub had rings of dirt around it and soap stains from previous people, the kitchen had a mouse and a cabinet door dangling off the hinges, and the beds were gross. The staff was disgusting and rude . We waited from 11am to 5 pm for a dirty room. Their excuse was they don’t clean when it rains , mind you I requested early check in, paid extra and was still forced to wait for this dirty room to “be ready” with 2 toddlers and 3 other kids under the age 10 . Also it rains everyday in Florida during the summer, so yea … They did “store our bags” though which turned out to be just our stuff tossed in a space with 50 other people’s bags. and when it was time to actually get our bags we ourselves had to take them up stairs because there is no elevator. Staff was ordered to assist us and the man just stood there and watched me carry literally all our bags up like a weirdo. Please do not stay here!!!!

Some rooms are located directly along a public road, which raised concerns about security and privacy. The property also lacks an in-house restaurant and an elevator, which may be inconvenient for many guests. Most concerning, I saw two baby snakes near the pool area, where there is dense landscaping and many flowers. I immediately reported this to the staff, but the response appeared dismissive, with little sense of urgency. This left me genuinely concerned about the safety and security of guests, particularly families with children.
