Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista

When we arrived at 3:00 pm we had to wait almost an hour sitting at the lobby because there were no rooms available. The staff was very attentive and for that inconvenience they upgraded our room. The only thing about this property we did not like was the parking, its an open parking next to a strip mall and it does not feel safe when arriving late at night.

Do not go this hotel they have bedbugs ! The manager wont issue the refund and was very rude towards us. It was really the worst experience we have ever had!

La propiedad estaba bastante limpia y olorosa, pero a pesar de que la entrada era a las 3:00 pm la habitacion no estuvo lista hasta pasadas las 5:00 pm, aunque en recepcion fueron muy amables. La nevera de la habitacion no enfriaba bien, pero las camas muy comodas. Lo que no me gustó fue el desayuno, muy poca variedad y las proteinas la servian las muchachas y no uno mismo, eso, para mi gusto, no está bien. Pero, de manera general, tiene una muy buena ubicación.

Needs some updating. Shower continuously leaked, one of the drawers kept sliding open into the walkway. Little things really, but for the price, who am I to really nit-pick? If you are looking for a place to stay on a budget, it's not too bad and is close to some great restaurants. Breakfast is pretty good, although fairly basic. It's a good central location if you plan to visit both Disney and Universal parks.

Bathroom door wouldn’t shut due to extremely warped. TV volume was at max “86” and still couldn’t hear it.

Great staff. Very clean property. Nice breakfast options (included). Geat rates. Convenient location. Kids friendly. I drove from Texas with my family and kids. Great experience! I would stay again in the future. ❤️

It’s a very good option to sleep and enjoy Orlando, if you’re looking for a hotel to spend some time and enjoy the amenities, it doesn’t have to many, but it is still a good option nearby to everything.

The only positives I can say is that the hotel is located in an area very close to Disney and the staff was nice. But they’re too many negatives to outweigh that. We were a party of five and booked a “suite” room. But there was nothing special about it. It’s just a standard room with a small little sofa that converts into a sofa bed. And that sofa bed was absolutely horrible. The mattress is a very thin plastic mattress that makes so much noise when you move around in the bed. The fitted sheet was dirty. The pillows for all the beds were very uncomfortable, and the mattresses for the regular beds were also very uncomfortable. The rug was disgusting as we walked onit with our barefoot and our feet turned black instantly, that was just so gross. The rest of the room honestly was basic. TV, a mini microwave and refrigerator but for the price that we paid for $155 a night I don’t see anything special about it. The breakfast was OK. It didn’t blow me away and some of the prepared food didn’t taste that good at all. The parking is also not the best as the hotel is situated inside of a shopping center. And there is a per night parking fee separate from the room fee. And even though you have a paper on your windshield, saying your a hotel guest, if you park in the wrong spot, your car will be towed. That’s what we were told. Also, we checked into our hotel after check-in hours and our room still wasn’t ready. So for us, we will not stay there again!

I was attending a convention at the hotel. Room was dusty and carpet on the cow was old and dirty. I asked for cleaning crew to come and dust, Noone showed up so I Bougt clorix wiped amd did it myself

Location of the property Unstable WiFi connections, very bad pillows and mattress. Below average blankets and sofa bed.

When arrival to the hotel, I was given king size bed with 2 twin size beds. I booked and paid for 2 queens. Rooms smelled like sewer. Had to wait hour for towels.

Clean hotel, good breakfast. Nice and hopeful staff.

Excellent breakfast,perfect location and free bus ride. All helpful and courteous staff. Great stay for family.

The room smelled very musty and of mildew. It seemed clean otherwise.

Check in went well. The room was comfortable. I had requested a roll away bed since our reservation was for 5 but it wasn’t there. They finally brought it and it was terrible. The bed was very hard and springs dug into the sleeper all night. They had enough towels and washcloths for 2 people in the room. I had to go to the front desk every night to get enough for the 5 people on the reservation. They did not refill body wash and shampoo. I had to request this also. I asked for ice buckets and someone finally knocked on our door and handed us two buckets with no lids or liners. They only made one bed every day. There were 4 beds. On the first morning house keeping opened our door while everyone was sleeping and attempted to enter the room. We had our do not disturb sign on the door. Changed for parking but there was not enough parking. We had to park behind a shopping center. The free shuttle to and from the park was not at reasonable times and only went once a day. Will not be back.
