Hilton Vacation Club Cypress Pointe Orlando

They charge for parking now after years of free parking. The front staff told us we could only have one car per reservation even though we had a bedroom suite. It does not make sense to have a 3 bedroom suite and only expect one car to park at the resort. Very disappointed with this change.

Our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom suite was amazing, the rooms were very clean and well maintained, we loved everything about it!! We would definitely stay there again!!! The staff was amazing as well!!!

I booked two-bedroom apartment. But second bedroom was too small. Dryer was not working. Kitchen cabinets are not soft close. Making too much noise. No bins for reusable things. No elevator but staff will help to carry things at first time. Parking is hard thing here. You have to go to next resort to park if we are later after 8.30 pm. Takes 40 mins to reach convention center due to traffic from this location.

We enjoyed our stay.

Other than that all the staff are very nice and accommodating. Thank you for having me.

clean rooms and friendly staff

Una propiedad antigua, no amenities, no ascensor, no limpieza del los cuartos, no cambian las toallas, facil acceso pero no compensa el precio vs. lo que ofrece. Muy malo, no lo recomiendo.

The property is great and our extends condo was great. One of the toilets had a cracked flange but didn’t have time for them to come and fix it. Nice convenient location and friendly staff!

Everything was great

We stay here for every volleyball tournament. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Amenities are amazing. Charlie the bird is always entertaining! The suites have a full kitchen and washer/dryer.

Was a great family vacation. Had everything we needed. Activities all day for the kids.

Property and rooms are kind are dated but the property is maintained very well. Even though the decor in the rooms felt dated the room almost felt new becuase you can tell they keep up with everything. Rooms were spacious, room had everything we needed them some. Property was clean and staff was friendly. Would stay at again

Had an amazing stay! The staff greeted me promptly and were very friendly and polite. The room as clean and spacious! Conveniently located by everything.

Based on my stay everything was clean on our room floors , bed sheets, toilet , shower and towels . Staff at check in super friendly my flight got delayed i ended arriving 2am the check in was fast front desk person super helpful. 10/10 will be visiting again !!!!
