Hilton Vacation Club Grande Villas Orlando

Unit was spacious and nice. Pools were clean and not overcrowded. The only somewhat negative thing is the prepay breakfast. Wasn’t that great for the cost and could have just made breakfast in the suite.

The Hilton Grande Villas resort in Orlando was a wonderful property with amazing amenities. The rooms were clean and fully stocked with silverware, cups, etc. The staff were helpful, engaging, and warm and welcoming. The pools were clean, warm, and not crowded. The on site deli/convenience store was very good and reasonably priced. All around 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The kitchenette and cooking amenities were perfect for our needs, the deli/market was super convenient with excellent late night hours, and the poolside bar was everything I’d hoped it would be. Shout out to Marwen the bartender— we’ll see you next time :)

There were several issues with the room. Some socks left behind from the previous occupant, dusty silverware tray, non functioning outlet in the bathroom, and the faint smell of weed in the room. I got a text from the VIP coordinator which I replied to and detailed these issues. I never heard back even after a second text to him. Guests were noisy at 3:00am and one night, the smell of weed was so bad I could not use the patio and had to call security again. We ended up checking out a day early and leaving. Grande Villas did credit us this day.

The resort was amazing as always! Our room was very clean and supplied with everything we needed for the week. Claudette and Ella on the activities team were awesome. They engaged with all the guests and kept them informed of upcoming activities. The only problem I had was they now charge 10.65 per night to park your vehicle. This is something new that I was unaware of when I booked.

Have stayed at this location before, nice to see that the units have been updated, The grand villas definitely has the vacation vibes and I think that’s what keeps on brining us back.

The only issue we had was the early check out time of 10am. I really think this should be considered to be changed to 11am.

This is the second time I stay at this resort and I love it, can’t wait for my next stay coming up in September. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful I really appreciate them all.

We only stayed for one day. the one bedroom was nice, but the living area was a bit small. Room size was great. would stay again.

Check-in was super easy, and the staff was great. I would recommend it to everyone.Next time I’m there I’ll definitely buy one of these apartments

Great location big spacious rooms nice pool ideal for our trip to Disney away from the crowds

We enjoyed our stay and it helped having the extra pillows, blankets, and beach towels in the room. The laundry facility was great and free which was awesome. I did have to bleach out the washer machine due to a moldy smell, but once clean it was great.

Our room was clean and it was the perfect place for our family getaway. Close to the parks, we enjoyed a place to call home while we were on vacation. Our kids loved the pools (very clean), the snack bar and golf

Great property to be in, with very friendly staff and in a safe area. The only thing was a one issue with cleanliness: our bathtub in the suite had some small hairs and some dust/dirty spots.

The room was amazing but I did notice there was small ants all of the counter... other than that it was comfortable.

Once checked in and given our room keys, the gentleman working the desk went over the map and where our suite was located and all of the amenities. Checkin was quick. We then got back into our vehicle and drove around the circle to the building where our room was located, and wandered into our accommodation to check it out. The entire space we rented was clean, organized, and comfortable. Beds and bathrooms were great and we loved the giant soaking tub in the master bedroom. Kitchen was fully stocked with untensils, dishes, pots and pans. Freezer had an ice maker which was ideal. I liked the way the whole space was designed so it didn’t feel cold and unwelcoming. Definitely an elevated and comfortable vibe. The only thing that could have been different was the cleanliness of the floors. The tile looked clean and so did the carpet but we noticed that after walking around in white socks, the floors were definitely dirty. Our socks were dirty from it.
