We didn't use any part of the resort other than to sleep. The resort and parking fee was more than I expected from the booking on Expedia.

Room was clean and easily accessible, the front desk was great and actually gave me a $25 voucher for the bar and restaurant. Highly recommend

This trip was our 4th time staying at this property and we loved it as always. The staff is always friendly and the property and rooms themselves are extremely clean and well-maintained. They recently updated the rooms which was a major plus. The kitchen is the perfect size for long trips and the shower pressure is top-notch. There are washer and dryer units in the halls of each building which is very convenient they even supply a small bag of laundry detergent for you. We traveled as a couple with no children but this property is very family-friendly, and the rooms are quiet even if there are families in the rooms around yours. This property is extremely close to Walt Disney Resort properties (Disney Springs and Epcot are only about 8-10 minutes away) and about 20-25 minutes from Universal Studios. It is also nearby to one of the outlet malls and has plenty of dining options nearby as well as gift shops. We will definitely be staying again.

Excellent location, parks and shopping are easily reachable. I had a 1-bedroom suite which has a very spacious bathroom and a decent kitchenette (sadly without dishwasher). The suite was very well maintained and clean. Resort amenities are also excellent, it has 2 sizable pools, a mini-golf-course, a convenience store and a bar/restaurant. It is a very good space to relax and unwind in between activities. Staff is very professional and friendly. The 1-bedroom suite has very limited daylight. Although it has a balcony, this is rather cramped. The connecting door to the 2-bedroom suite is not very well insulated, you can and will hear your neighbours (not extremely but noticeably). It is altogether a somewhat noisy place, there is regularly some poolside activity, groundskeeping or loud cars on the parking lot going on.

Property has a huge ant and pest problem, the walls are very thin, there was no one to assist with moving my belongings after they offered another room only to get there and have the same pest problem. Sheets were stained and floors were dirty

We stayed in an updated room, which was nice, overall, and has all the amenities you need. The kitchen is small, but the bedroom and bathroom are large. The bed is good. The location is great, as there are inexpensive ride-shares to all the parks (probably cheaper than renting a car and paying parking fees...and this place does have a parking fee, I think). Also, there are a bunch of stores (Wawa, Steak Shack, Sonys BBQ, Chili's, Walgreens, Winn Dixie, etc) which are a quick walk nearby. The pools are relaxing, and the shop/bar is convenient. We plan on staying again next year. Perhaps there are better value resorts which we do not know about, but we have no reason to not stay here again. We really like the place.

Everything was ok. Had plenty for the kids to do and restaurants were close by. Not enough Pots and Pans to choose from.

I love to stay here the Resort is great and staff is amazing. However it takes a little too long to get hot water in the showers, otherwise all is great.
