Legacy Vacation Resorts - Lake Buena Vista

Front desk staff was nice Everything else. It was dirty, moldy, smelly. I wouldnt even stay. We left, there was no way I was bringing my 2 year old here. It needs an inspection ASAP.

Exceptional

Clean room and great customer service

.

Everything was very clean. The facilities are conveniently located and close to everything. The towels were in poor condition, and the bathrooms were very uncomfortable and even felt unsafe when taking a shower.

Superb

Superb

Location was the best The facilities are very old and need updating, they do not provide cleaning supplies and once a week cleaning is not enough for a long stay, only one washer was available and the laundry room was very dirty for more than a 10 days no attention to it. In the room the shower had moldy silicone and the you could tell that they did not vacuum properly there was debris under the table and around the beds

Front desk staff are super nice. Easy to check in. Good amenities. Great location. Easy to find. Lots of parking. Property itself is a little dated and simple but you cant beat the price for something so close to Disney. The suites are set up like small apartments with a full bathroom with a DEEP tub. Loved that. Would definitely stay there again.

Size and location to all the parks , rooms big lots of space Noise from Aircon inside and outside , slight musky damp smell , random noise from boiler or some other thing inside the unit. No kettle

Excelente

Entiendo que los baños no son adecuados para personas con impedimentos, adultos mayores y niños.

That my family of 6 was able to fit and have room It’s a little out dated. Tubs should be updated. Had an elderly.

Location

The property location is well centered to all the activities that are popular in Orlando. I called 2 hours for early check in and the room was not ready. I went ahead and waited until 4pm for the listed check in time and to my surprise when I was checking in the room was still not ready. They had me waiting for me to be able to get the keys for my paid reservation! This is not my first time booking for this location which made me more upset that they didn’t have my reservation ready at least by check in time!
