The staff was not friendly. The room was old dingy had cockroaches. The walls were super thin. The neighbors were loud and unruly. It was a sucky experience. You could hear the pool all evening until late night. Dirty and unkept

This property was in a great location and very close to the theme parks. There were plenty of excellent dining options nearby, including World Food Trucks, White Castle, and several restaurants. Grocery stores and Walmart were also conveniently located within 5–20 minutes of the property. The size of the home was perfect for our group of nine, plus our dog, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay. The space was spacious and comfortably accommodated our party of nine, plus our dog. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few areas that could be improved. Although this is a pet-friendly unit, the carpet in the primary bedroom had a noticeable urine odor. I understand that accidents can happen with previous guests’ pets, but I would recommend replacing the carpet with a more pet-friendly flooring option to help prevent lingering odors. The primary bathroom features a jacuzzi tub/shower combination, but because there is no shower curtain or enclosure, water easily splashes onto the floor during use. Additionally, the pull-out sofas were not very comfortable for sleeping and could benefit from updated mattresses. Despite these issues, the unit provided ample space for our group and had the potential to be an even better experience with a few improvements.

Convenient location, nice staff, clean, very well priced. You could hear everything next door so the first night the room next to us woke us up at midnight. Very light walls.

There was a cockroach in the living room. Only 1 mirror and it's in the bathroom.

The property is like a small apartment; the bathroom was a good size and clean. The property is old but not in bad shape; the staff is extremely friendly. There are two TVs with no way to stream anything on them. It's 2026, and the TV situation reminds you of the 1990s.

Bathroom could use a fresher feel. Bath tub was old and hard to get in and out of.

Clean room, everything you may need is included in the rooms, tvs aren’t as new so your stuck with channels but beside that it was a very great restful night. Super close to Disney and Disney Springs and 10 minute drive from Universal.

Legacy is an unbeatable place! Great location, price, quiet, 10 to Disney! We always come back! Not parking fees is absolutely awesome. The check in was a bit late because the hotel was busy but they give me late check out!! So THANK YOU :)

The resort is in a good spot with lots of restaurants and shopping stores The resort was NOT as advertised. When I saw my rooms I was very disappointed and grateful I only booked a night. The tubs are way too deep and could be a bit dangerous trying to come out because of the steps leading from the tub. This resort is not for anyone with a disability, especially if you’re wheelchair dependent. The staff was nice enough to bring a portable ramp because there is not one outside… anywhere. The rooms were so outdated and the television were so small I could barely see what was going on.. remotes weren’t working. It was an overall hot mess so we checked out early

Very happy with this hotel. There was a pool, hot tub and tennis court too but we unfortunately did not get a chance to use. The hotel is approximately 1.5 miles from Disney springs and about 10-20 mins from all the major parks - great for coming to Orlando!!

Was unsatisfied with the room, smelled like mold. Other then that staff was nice and polite.
