Everything was really good, staff excellent and helpful, room and amenities clean. Our only issue was that we were on a ground floor by the entrance to the building so it was noisy and busy late into the night and again from early morning, but this wasn’t a hotel issue, just noisy guests !!

Super great stay! Would definitely be back. Everything was supper close by and the customer service was amazing.

My reservation was cancelled and due to the policy, I was to be charged a fee of 81.00 but I was still charged the full amount of the booking despite multiple messages and calls and the fact that they confirmed same via email and booking.com. I have tried reaching out regarding a reimbursement of my funds with no response.

The staff was amazing and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast good have been better. The options were very limited. There was no bacon only turkey sausage and it was almost inedible.

We stayed here for our kids first trip to Disney world and it was wonderful. The hotel was clean and the staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was yummy and the pool area was a lot of fun.

Location It smelled really old through the hallways and the beds were very lumpy

The staff was super helpful when I found an error on my bill and had it resolved and removed from my account. They were so efficient and helpful. Thank you Maurice and Aiya.

It’s looks nice from the outside The rooms, our had a cockroach in it. The aircon was very loud. We booked a room including breakfast, when we arrived we were told that the restaurant was undergoing renovation and we would have a $15 per person allowance for adults and $10 per child to use at Starbucks. We were a family of 4, two adults and two children, suffice to say that’s not what we wanted or booked. It wasn’t particularly great.
