First room was musty smell from the air-conditioning. Switched room.

Location, room size, comfortable bed and pillows. It was all very nice. Few people at the counter to attend customers. I had to wait for 20 minutes at the check out counter as there was only one member of the staff who was busy checking in a customer.

Clean room, pool hours are great, nice seating outside and they played Disney movies, very close to Disney, they offer a shuttle which can be great if you need, Starbucks on site, the front desk lady was amazing! I think her name is Victoria or Veronica

Hotel was good and decent! Could leave more toilet paper in the restroom instead of just the roll that is on to use, but beside that everything was great!

First of all, I think it is important for guests to know that the hotel charges an additional $20 per night for parking. When booking, it only stated that the hotel had on-site parking, but it was not clearly disclosed that parking would cost an additional $20 per night. I believe this should be communicated more clearly before guests arrive. The hotel also advertises that it has breakfast available, but the actual experience was very disappointing. Guests are only given a $5 credit per room to use at the Starbucks located at the hotel. During the four days we stayed, Starbucks was closed for one of those days, and on another day they did not even have regular coffee available. On top of that, the Starbucks experience itself was extremely frustrating. The machine was not working, and my husband was left waiting for approximately 20 minutes without proper assistance. This is not what I would expect from a hotel that offers this as its breakfast option. The front desk service was also very poor. The staff was not patient or helpful when we had questions. On the day Starbucks was closed, I simply asked the front desk employee what time Starbucks would open. Her response was, “That’s not my department,” and she told me to go to the Starbucks outside the hotel instead. I found this response extremely unhelpful and inappropriate. Why would I be sent to another Starbucks outside the hotel when I am staying at and paying for this hotel and simply asking about the hotel’s own breakfast option? Additionally, when we first entered our room, there was barely any toilet paper available. These may seem like small details individually, but together they made our stay much less comfortable than expected. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience.

Beds where very comfortable, room was extra cold. Location was good hotel was quiet, overall it was a good stay I did not like that a hold for the entire room plus and additional 250 hold was placed upon checkin usually they is a room security hold once you check out hold is released and room total is paid or charges. I was not expecting the large amount upfront I was ready for the room cost or a security deposit but not both. I checked out and it’s been 24 hours hold had still not been released

Room was not ready at 4PM check in time because they did not have enough housekeeping staff to turn the room over. When my room was finally ready at 5:30PM I wish they had told me they didn’t actually have room so I could have gone elsewhere. The hotel has renovated the first floor which gives you an illusion of what your room will be like. Once you leave the lobby the rest of the hotel is very old and in desperate need of updating. The hallways are dimly lit and the carpet has seen its better days. The rooms are also very outdated with the same old worn out carpet, old furniture and very old AC units that NEED to be replaced and who knows the last time they replaced the filter, and the room has very poorly lighting especially in the bathroom area where you need to get ready. The dead bolt on our door was broken and we got stuck in our room. The hotels housekeeping is less than to be desired for. During a 5 night stay I had to repeatedly ask for wash cloths and toilet paper which they said would be brought to my room but they never were…I had to go to the front desk to get them. Not one time where there pool towels available…again had to go to the front desk and they who gave me bath towels. I know this is a budget friendly hotel but basic things should be provided especially toilet paper and wash cloths!

Booked a handicap accessible room. The facility is 1st rate, as usual for Courtyard. But difficult to enter/exit the room with wheelchair. The roll-in shower was good as expected. Moderate issues with access in the bathroom. Wifi access was included but parking was $10/day.
