This place is Old. Im sure 30 years ago it was something to be admired...but it needs serious renovations. The Sliding door to our balcony was very very hard to open and close. One of the Elevators broke down on us. They charge for breakfast .15 dollars for breakfast...most hotels its free..they charge for parking...they charge a resort fee...which I understand the resort fee.. but charge for PARKING??? com'on...

So the door to the room was hard to open. I'd have to try 3 or 4 times and put all my might into it. Then that night I found out the ac in the bedroom didn't work. It was on, but it didn't cool so I left the door to the living room open. Then I tried to shower and the water was hot abd burning. No cool water.

The room wasn't clean faily.

I loved how clean, and welcoming the property felt. The atmosphere was relaxing, and everything felt well-maintained

Pool was awesome. Kiddos had fun!

We arrived and had to leave at midnight because they had roaches crawling all over our food.

I just need towels and toilet paper, 6 ppl in a room 😩 stains on washed sheets, clean but dishesrtening to see

Really nice hotel breakfast was really good and staff was really nice, my didn’t want to leave the pool, I like the pool the most because the kids from any age can enjoy.

This hotel was not very clean, the service was poor, and they refused to clean the room when we asked them to. Overall, it was not clean.

I stayed at the hotel for three nights and never saw housekeeping. Every morning I left my room around 9:30 a.m. and returned after 4:00 p.m., but my room still had not been cleaned. I also had no fresh towels or toilet paper. The front desk staff, however, were excellent. Whenever I called to request towels, they were delivered in less than five minutes. I truly appreciated their prompt and friendly service.

First interaction counter employee very unprofessional. Their pictures need to be updated online because it doesn’t look like it shows.

We got the family suite for a great price which is what I needed right before our Disney stay. However, this property is dated. Could use a heavy refresh! But on the bright side, I saw no bugs. It just felt old.

Always a line at the lobby with more than 15 min wait even just to pay for lobby cafe items. One of the entrances was not operating so had to go around the main entrance every time and deal with “park to check in” situations. Ice machine broken down on the first floor added inconvenience. Pool cushions torn and worn out even in gazebo. Food at the restaurant was disgusting. My son even refused to eat pizza with fries and had to wait at placing an order and pick up as no one was there.
