When I arrived at the hotel, the room was supposed to have been cleaned, but I found bugs and a dirty floor. I purchased bug spray, Lysol, and Lysol wipes and cleaned the room myself. The next night, there was fighting by some under-25-year-old kids, and I threatened to call the police if they didn't stop. I advised the hotel that I didn't feel safe. The representative advised me that bad guests had checked out and I shouldn't have any problems. I would have checked out, but I had 6 children with me in a three-bedroom suite, and it was difficult to find a suite for a total of ten people. Here's my advice: thoroughly read reviews about the places you're trying to vacation at. Complain and request your money back. Read all the small print, and make sure, no matter where you go, you bring Lysol spray and wipes.

It was a great place to stay. We were there from Sunday-Saturday. Plenty of room for my whole family. Very clean. Helpful staff. If I’m ever back in the area I will definitely stay again.

Nice place to stay. Great location.

Pleasantly surprised. Perfect 3 bedroom for our large family. Very close to theme parks. Lots of restaurants nearby. The parking lots areas could use some care since there were a lot of pot holes. Staff was very friendly.

The front door opened by itself two days when we were there. Major security flaw. When asked, front staff simply replied- we have been seeing issues with new wooden card!!! That's not the answer you want to get when you come back from parks at night, tired and find your room open from god knows when!?! See above. Everything..

It was a great stay . The place was clean and convenient. The staff was polite, specially Lucca who was very pleasant and helpful.

My stay was short, but the location and premises were perfect for my plans. I was only a 10-15mins drive from all the destinations in my itinerary and there were great breakfast options just a 5 min walk away. The suite was very spacious and the staff was very courteous. I would definitely come back here.

We drove to Orlando from Ohio and arrived much earlier than expected. The staff made getting our room ready a priority and allowed us to check in 5 hours early. That is great service and it was very much appreciated!

A/c was super cold! Floors were so spotless place is quite not overwhelming easy check in staff are very nice we will be back!

Clean room

The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a very complete kitchen, well-equipped bathrooms and the convenience of a washer/dryer. The only issue we had was a little trouble locating the main office for the complex. The sign is very discreet, low to the ground and easy to miss.
