The Fold Hotels Orlando

Room has not been cleaned during 4 nights stay which is unacceptable.

As usual, legacy resort(refurbished as the fold), offers first class amenities(pool, gym, reception etc), location and staff. Luca and Armand couldn't have been more helpful, have stayed in many an Orlando resort, legacy(the fold) is by far the best in every sense, perfectly located halfway between Disney and Universal....will be back The end of the 16 day holiday lol

Cleanness is outstanding None

The front door opened by itself two days when we were there. Major security flaw. When asked, front staff simply replied- we have been seeing issues with new wooden card!!! That's not the answer you want to get when you come back from parks at night, tired and find your room open from god knows when!?! See above. Everything..

It was a great stay . The place was clean and convenient. The staff was polite, specially Lucca who was very pleasant and helpful.

Easy friendly helpful at reception

My stay was short, but the location and premises were perfect for my plans. I was only a 10-15mins drive from all the destinations in my itinerary and there were great breakfast options just a 5 min walk away. The suite was very spacious and the staff was very courteous. I would definitely come back here.

We drove to Orlando from Ohio and arrived much earlier than expected. The staff made getting our room ready a priority and allowed us to check in 5 hours early. That is great service and it was very much appreciated!

Excellent location for Disney though need a car. The swimming pool was dirty full of dead flies etc. They refused to clean the rooms daily even when offered to pay more for it.

We had enough space with our 2 children and the apartment had all necessary items we needed Netflix was not available on the smart TV

Freshly refurbished 3 bed apartment was great. Plenty of room, great facilities and super clean with parking right outside.

A/c was super cold! Floors were so spotless place is quite not overwhelming easy check in staff are very nice we will be back!

Clean room

The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a very complete kitchen, well-equipped bathrooms and the convenience of a washer/dryer. The only issue we had was a little trouble locating the main office for the complex. The sign is very discreet, low to the ground and easy to miss.
