The Palms at 8303 - Lake Buena Vista

The location was excellent. When I booked the room in July it was Hawthorn extended stay but apparently it was eels to The Palma. The Palms did not give us the room we rented with Hawthorn, the room they gave us was nothing like the pictures of the room I rented with Hawthorn. It was disgusting, the rugs was stained with what looked like and smelled like dog shit & urine. It was so disgusting. The bathroom was also disgusting with cracked tile and loose back on the toilet tile. We asked to be changed to a clean and decent room but the 2and room they offered us was even worst . We could not check out and leave because hotels in the area were all sold out due to all the Halloween events being held that weekend it was the worst hotel experience I have ever had ever. Read the above comment, I wrote it all in the first comment above. It was the most disgusting & worst hotel experience I have ever had Ever !!!!!!!!

Stay was fine except that all the lighting in the room was dim, especially the bathroom. Definitely need some new bulbs!!

I thought it was a hot Free breakfast turned out to be a grab and go coldbreakfast

It's dated but the property is kept up well. It's nice having a full kitchen and room to spread out. The location is nice. Hot tub was okay. Jets were working but needed to be hotter. Temperature was the same as the heated pool.

Really nice, except for the mold on the ceiling in the shower. But everything else was good.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff have been going over and beyond our expectations. We appreciate all of their effort and would highly recommend this location to anyone coming to stay in Lake Buena Vista, Orlando! 😊

Staff & location were great; however, toilet needed fixing (so I did it) & it was SO MOLDY I was afraid to breathe in the bathroom; appliances & cabinetry could use updating

The property managers and their team were fantastic the last week we have been staying here and we hope to continue staying with them longer!☺️

La limpieza en el cuarto es cada tres días. Los que nos atendieron en la entrada siempre fueron muy amables. El desayuno es continental. La transportacion a los parques y de regreso al hotel muy buenos, siempre fueron puntuales. La piscina la utilizamos el último dia por falta de tiempo, pero todo estuvo muy bien.

I like the customer service and parks shuttle I would like to have cleaning services at least every two days

I love the location of the hotel, the kitchen appliances, and the separate living room area. The bathroom fixtures, tub, toilet and face bowl need to be replaced and updated. Other than that, it’s a great deal for the price. Uber to and from Disney Springs was less than $20 round trip which was pretty good.

The hotel is OK not what I expecting.. parking lot great the most thing I don’t like the breakfast very horrible the only you get bread and juice. This is not what I expecting.

Very clean room and all facilities

I was quite disappointed in the place. The rooms were only cleaned once and no one came to pick up towels daily. The bathroom shower curtain did not fit. No accommodations for the water being off from 11-4pm just to find out the day before. No food service as required. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Super disappointing hotel!

Done with Wyndham for good. Do yourself a favor and choose any place but this one.
