Extended Stay America Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista

Exceptional

Nunca encontramos una máquina de hielo... No ponen café en la habitación que ya es lo minimo que encuentra uno en todos los hoteles de la misma cadena inclusive. Por lo demás es un hotel bien situado y cercano a varios restaurantes y Outlets.

Exceptional

The location was great and the staff was nice The bathroom in my room wasn’t clean it was hair on the side of toilet and the tub I had to reclean it along with a pest that was on ceiling in room

The front desk man was absolutely outstanding.

Bad

Room was clean but overpowering with chemicals that I got sick the following day. Room 118 reeks of urine, bleach, chlorine. Also, front lobby sign says breakfast but there was no breakfast. First and last stay.

Very clean and convenient N/a

Just ok

.

Superb

Humidifiers should be placed on these rooms; as soon as my child and I walked into our room a strong mold/mildew odor was so overwhelming that I immediately rush downstairs and requested to change rooms. Even though windows were left opened overnight, the following morning went back to front desk to let them know I forgotten a piece of apparel, lady gave me a key to go back into that room and mold/mildew smell was still strong.

Its extended stay.. dont expect much, had an overnight stay. Never again

Pleasant

Very good

Exceptional

One area that could be improved is the availability of toiletries and certain breakfast supplies. Guests should not have to request these essential items, as they should be readily available and replenished regularly.

The space in the room

Excelente aervicio y comodidad pero sobre todo limpieza. Volveria mil veces mas
