Everything was old matress really bad there was cockroach smell bad worse experiance ever.

El lobby pequeño, común y con una empleada sola para el turno de la noche, muy amable y servicial pero tenia que hacer de todo. Estuvo tranquilo pero no hay seguridad. Solo un elevador. El cuarto estaba bien en espacio, buen aire y camas comodas. El matress del sofácama estaba todo manchado. El baño demasiado pequeño. Todo habia que ir a front desk a pedirlo, las sabanas del sofá que luego no pudimos usar, y los utencilios de la cocina. Por lo menos el parking es gratis. Repito, es tranquilo y no está sucio pero le falta mucho.

Excelente ubicación y por el precio fue excelente opción

The staff at check-in and check'-out were friendly and helpful. Parking was adequate. The facility is located near shops, restaurants and tourist attractions so it is very convenient to stay here.

Rooms are ok .smells bad..this place is very much on a budget..breakfast is nothing but prepackaged muffins..

They Never Clean my Room

My husband and I stayed for one night, which is all we could have handled if our stay would have been longer. I had made a reservation for a room with a king sized bed, but was given a room with 2 queen sized beds. When I went to the front desk to request a change to a room with a king sized bed, the receptionist was unclear on the details of my reservation and provided a vague explanation stating they didn’t have any king sized beds available. I asked how that could be the case since I had made my reservation two weeks in advance and I was provided no actual explanation.I overheard another guest making the same complaint right after me as well. The room also had a weird, musky smell inside, as if someone had smoked inside of it. Walls were paper thin so you could hear other guests in their room. There were also weird stains on the wall behind the bed frames. While we ended up having an ok stay, I am grateful it was only one night, as I do not intend to return to this hotel. The atmosphere felt a bit run down, the room smelled weird, walls were thin, and the employee front desk service was poor. Only upside was free parking and proximity to Disney world entrance but there are much nicer, more comfortable options just across the street.

Front desk communication during check-in was inconsistent and unnecessarily confrontational. After I fully cooperated and provided IDs for all guests staying in Rooms 213 and 214, the situation continued to escalate unnecessarily. My family felt unwelcome, and the staff’s attitude toward my wife was unprofessional. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable experience for a family stay.

The location was great ! The stairwells need attention because it was dirty and some of the stairs vinyl flooring were falling apart. The hot tub was not open.

The staff was great. The hotel served its purpose but I didn’t like that the sink area didn’t have a door.

I liked the fact that is was close to Disney springs. Staff was ok. Some members of the staff were not professional, personable or helpful. Very unfriendly.

Everything Nothing

I liked the location. It was convenient to a lot of places. It was fairly priced There was some garbage in the hall that could have been tossed. The door to to our room would not latch well.

The shower curtains were too short

We appreciated the spacious room, which worked well for our family of four. The staff was friendly, the location was convenient, and the property was generally quiet. There was a noticeable mildew smell when we first entered the room. Although the hotel is listed as non-smoking, guests were smoking outside the first-floor windows. The pool area could have been cleaner, and the hot tub was closed during our stay. Breakfast options were very limited, consisting mainly of packaged muffins and coffee, with no hot breakfast available. The room also included a notice stating that kitchen items such as utensils and cups, as well as pool towels, must be requested from the front desk. Additionally, the beds were not very comfortable unfortunately. Overall, we only stayed for one night, so it was manageable for a short stay.

NO Wifi in the room at all. Key card did not work sometimes. Room smelled musty and pet odor. Bed was comfortable. TV worked. Toilet flushed OK. Packaged muffin breakfast and warm coffee.
