Yo antes me había quedado en ese Hotel y no era así, era más para turistas, ahora lo convirtieron en hotel de larga estancia, los servicios son cada 14 días, y es una lastima que han dejado deteriorar las instalaciones, muchas cosas deshabilitadas, el desayuno es solo bebidas calientes, yo me tuve que cambiar de habitación hasta cucarachas había, deberían salir de los portales turísticos y no ofrecer servicios a los que vamos en turismo

Free parking and close to Disney Advertised free breakfast there were a couple packaged muffins and very little coffee to offer guests. Ice was limited. Hot tub was out of service. Our room had a terrible odor

Rooms are clean outdated. If you’re going to stay at this location during a renovation request to be placed on the floor that has been completed.

I would not recommend staying at this Extended Stay America. I found a roach in my room and reported it right away. Instead of moving me to another room, I was told there was nothing they could do until the next day. When I tried to explain why that wasn’t acceptable, the situation escalated instead of being handled professionally. I was asked to leave the hotel, the police were called, and I was removed after reporting the issue. To make matters worse, the hotel has refused to cooperate with Expedia regarding my refund. I expected a clean room and respectful customer service, but I received neither. Very disappointing experience, and I won’t be staying here again.

Es completamente falso que ofrecen desayuno, lo que dan es un café rancio y una galleta vieja, es fraude publicitario que digan que tienen desayuno incluido cuando no es verdad

Pool is dirty and we had water shut down during our stay without any prior notice for about 5 hours !! They can do better including all staff ( except the black guy with glasses who works at night ) he is good ..
