Extended Stay America Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista

Rooms are clean outdated. If you’re going to stay at this location during a renovation request to be placed on the floor that has been completed.

I would not recommend staying at this Extended Stay America. I found a roach in my room and reported it right away. Instead of moving me to another room, I was told there was nothing they could do until the next day. When I tried to explain why that wasn’t acceptable, the situation escalated instead of being handled professionally. I was asked to leave the hotel, the police were called, and I was removed after reporting the issue. To make matters worse, the hotel has refused to cooperate with Expedia regarding my refund. I expected a clean room and respectful customer service, but I received neither. Very disappointing experience, and I won’t be staying here again.

The room was clean, however, the shower curtain, was too short, it was dripping after showers. I was informed that all shower curtains are like that; I had to request more towels for the floor; The pots ans pans a

Es completamente falso que ofrecen desayuno, lo que dan es un café rancio y una galleta vieja, es fraude publicitario que digan que tienen desayuno incluido cuando no es verdad

Great customer service

Pool is dirty and we had water shut down during our stay without any prior notice for about 5 hours !! They can do better including all staff ( except the black guy with glasses who works at night ) he is good ..

En el proceso de reservar buscamos que nos incluyera desayuno y este hotel no tuvo desayuno los días que estuve hospedandome. El personal lo único que decía que el desayuno no lo habían entregado a tiempo. No nos ofrecieron otras opciones ya que el hotel no cuenta con cocina propia. No ofrecieron descuento y las habitaciones no las limpian, tan siquiera la basura. No están en mis opciones de regresar.

Estuvimos 9 noches y la pasamos bien y lo mejor buena ubucación del hotel. Muy agradecido por el servicio.

Front desk staff in check out was incredibly rude and It wasn't until I called her ridiculous that she started to continuously apologize. I understand she was handling an "situation" but she didn't have to speak to me the way she did. She also told me I couldn't check in an hour early- though I explained I called at 6:51 and spoke to a gentlemen who told me 2pm was okay to check in. She told me I have to call morning of to ask about early check in, once again I reiterated I called the morning of. She didn't want to honor what I was told at first. Our room was not clean. Dirty tissue in the drain of the tub, old hair ties on the floor between the beds, faucet on the tub broke off. Water was cold or scorching hot, no in between. Hard to be okay with that when having to bathe a 1 year old.

They advertise free breakfast which is coffee and a muffin, free shuttle to the Disney parks which is false and the hotel is full which pets . The only good thing is the location and the staff.

Room was very clean and remodel was great add-on. Property was of lower quality but wasn't horrible. I'd stay again Some staff were friendlier than others.

Hotel was nice for our 1 night stay before we entered our Disney Resort.

How clean it is and the staff extremely helpful

The only good thing about this property was the location. There were a lot of other hotels around and restaurants. It was fairly close to a lot of attractions. The rooms were not clean. The floors were black. The rooms had terrible odors. It was disgusting. The bathrooms were dirty. The hallways were also dirty. There were someone’s false eyelashes on the floor in the main hallway. As soon as we arrived and upon check-in, we had to use the lobby bathroom and it was flooded. My elderly, handicapped mother stepped in several inches of dirty septic water. In our room, the shower curtain did not fit the shower in the handicapped room and the water leaked out all over the floor, so we had to use all of our towels to dry the filthy floor and when we asked the front desk for more towels, they complained that the ones we gave them were stained, even though they were stained from cleaning the leak in their bathroom. The bathroom in the other room had a clogged toilet the entire time. The front desk staff were incredibly rude, except for the man during our check-in on Friday night. We requested a crib and we were told that they did not have any and that the third-party websites were lying to the guests so we had to go out at 11 PM and buy a pack and play for our two year-old. We had booked the rooms for two nights so on our second day we were going to a theme park and We were told that the property was pet friendly. After arriving at the theme park and paying for everyone to get in, we received a phone call from the front desk saying that we could not have our pets there unaccompanied and that we would be charged $200 and if we didn’t return to the property immediately the police would be called and they would “take care of our dogs.” We were not made aware of any specific pet policy upon arrival other than they were pet friendly. That the entire property inside and out also smelled like marijuana from the minute we got there and there were people smoking outside and random people wandering in and out. Overall, this specific hotel ruined our entire vacation.
