MONTREAL SUITES ORLANDO by IHG

The renovations are coming very nice, but the room smell a lot like humidity but everything else was perfect!

Los empleados son muy atentos, las habitaciones las limpian todos los días y cambian las toallas también. El desayuno es increíblemente bueno. El hotel es bien céntrico a solo minutos de todos los parques! Realmente volvería ❤️

It was nice and convenient to Disney

Very good

There were broken spaces around the room such as the shower handle. Felt like I was staying in a cheap motel. Entrence is pretty but room was terrible.

Under construction. Disappointed.

My room door would not unlock, even after three different sets of keys were made. Once able to get into the room, the shower did not drain. Thankfully I was given another room! The mini fridge in the new room had a bug in it and a bug on the ceiling.

The room had roaches. One crawled on my arm while I was in bed!

Le doy 7,5 de calificación. Nos trasladaron de habitación de manera improvisada en horas de la noche cuando llegábamos súper cansados . Éramos una familia de 4 y siempre nos pusieron 2 toallas de baño . Me tocaba pedir toallas constantemente . El desayuno sin variedad 😔. El jabón de baño se terminó a media estancia . De resto todo bien !

Pleasant

I liked the location and the cleanliness I didn’t like that the king suite I booked wasn’t available so I had to get a double room

Staff was helpful, the room was clean, and breakfast was great!

Clean, good parking breakfast was good. Wifi was not up to standards.

Lo que mas me gustó fue su ubicación. Muy céntrico y muchas opciones en su alrededores.

This place it was fine for what I needed it for. The bathroom lighting was horrible definitely not a good place for women to put their makeup on. No full length mirror which I thought was. Weird because most hotels have that. The body wash bottle was empty. I guess nobody had refilled it for quite some time. But overall, it was fine. Not sure I would stay here again. I usually say in a little bit better places, but it was the last minute trip

A few things were a bit older... pool furniture and fridge in the room were kind of in need of updates.

I request that maintenance look at the concerns and the concerns were not resolved, So we checked out a day earlier because of the conditions. Very disappointed, and did I mention the palmetto bugs.

The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. The location is definitely a plus. Next to a small mall and we found some very places to eat.
