Buen servicio, buen en uber llegas de 15-20 minutos a los parques. Cuentan con neverita y microondas. Cuenta con parking.

La habitación que me asignaron tenía el lavamanos tapado, poca iluminación en el área del cuarto y el área del lavamanos. En adicion, la puerta del baño no cerraba bien del todo.

This place is not luxurious or anything but our flight got delayed and it was convenient, clean, and not that far away , so for the price it is a good deal.

great place and free parking which was necessary for me since we had 2 cars. breakfast had eggs and sausage and waffles and continental things.

We had a great stay! The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel overall was clean. The only issue I had was the room not being cleaned after being asked 3x. The cleanliness of the room could have been better.

Everything was good: the room was clean and tidy, the front desk staff was kind and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was delicious 😋. Big parking lot.

Había cucarachas en las habitaciones me dijeron que nos cambiaban de habitación y la otra tenía más. Después nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada más porque habíamos echo la reserve en expedía y no con ellos directo. No recomendable

Great location and good service from staff. Well apointed rooms and near to all Disney activities.

Lobby was nice rooms was terrible we were on the second floor it had a mildew smell in hallway and our room smelled like fish the whole week we stayed No iron board no where to put your towels or soap in the shower toilet flooded. Seen roaches in our room killed a few. Had to shake our clothes to make sure we didn’t carry any with us. Staff enter our room while we were in it for what reason I don’t know felt very uncomfortable Side doors was not usable had to always enter the front lobby. Breakfasts was ok clean breakfast bar

I liked the breakfast, pool area and the size of the room. The beds were comfortable, linen were clean, bathroom was clean. Sufficient parking. The side doors were not available for guest use. You have park in the sides and walk around the front even after you have checked in. Other than that it was a very good stay.

AC didn't work; room reached 85°F. We asked for help several times but no one came. We had to use three fans to sleep.. Very disappointing experience. Asked for soap as they only provided a small one, it looks like they don't have soap.

Rápido check in, personal amable, habitación limpia, los niños disfrutaron mucho de la pisicina. Lo unico que deberían mejorar el desayuno ya que es repetitivo y muy sencillo.

The HVAC system was located in a utility closet in the bedroom and it was a little noisy. We were aware of it but it was not disruptive.
