from checking in to checking out we had a great time - hotel was clean staff was kind and helpful- breakfast could have been a little bit better but coffee was great ! location to everything minutes away ! will stay here again .

The toilet would t flush and there was food in the pull out bed

We found a few issues with the condition of our room.

Check in process was fine room was clean áreas were clean…. Breakfast was fine regular buffet style nothing fancy but not bad. The room size was good but our room had roaches everywhere, bed frames, desk, bathroom. We saw over 10 through our stay. When I went to the front desk to say something all they said was ok we will make a report… but didn’t even ask for my room #

Excelente hotel, servicio, facilidades y habitación

We did a bundle with Expedia and saved a lot...the property was well worth it I highly recommend commend for families with children.

Everything was fine: the beds and the kitchen, which was very spacious... Everything is very close by. The only thing I didn't like was the musty smell in the room.

The room was clean and spacious with full size refrigerator. The breakfast I did not enjoy, but it had plenty of options but no bacon, and the sausages were poorly cooked. Yes, a roach was spotted, and the room was beautiful except for some worn down places like the toilet paper holder was rusting on the inside, and we didn’t have but one bath towel for two days, we had to ask for them, no room phone nope, had to walk to the front desk, and the one elevator was slow so usually took the stairs. They didn’t barely replace or pick up the old linen, we had to throw it in the floor near the door for them to take it. It seems renovated, but not fully, overall it was a good experience, because of how nicely renovated it looked with nice furnishings and cleanliness. Parking was fine and well lit, back door did not allow entry so we often had to walk around the building.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for his birthday the staff was very nice and friendly they helped us with any question we had and anything we needed my boyfriend and I will definitely be back whenever we’re back in town our favorite hotel
