Stay was amazing , especially the attention by the front desk , the room attendants Chelma and the staff in the dinning room for breakfast Itzel and Silvia . What made this place better was how kind and efficient these ladies were by providing kindness and being so helpful and thoughtful with our needs . Location of hotel was also great !

Sarah was one of the most helpful people at the hotel and she actually made our week outstanding because my granddaughter‘s sixth birthday was one day during the week and Sarah made sure that they were balloons and writing on the mirror in the bedroom when we came back from Disney that day and it was a total surprise and it made everybody’s week
