The price was higher than expected and parking is way too expensive.

Great hotel. My kids loved it, especially the water park area in the pool.
-
Everything was great but the shower didn’t drain and they couldn’t fix it. Also getting towels for 5 guests was a call and wait daily thing. Breakfast was great and the location was great for all the parks

Great selection and the food was excellent

The staff went above and beyond.

The most concerning issue happened around 9:30 AM on my last day, even though check-out was not until 11:00 AM. Someone unlocked my door and attempted to enter without knocking or announcing themselves, despite my “Do Not Disturb” sign being displayed. Thankfully, I had the security stopper on because I had just gotten out of the shower and was undressed. I immediately reported the incident to the front desk. This was a serious invasion of privacy and completely unacceptable. Between the cleanliness, maintenance issues, and lack of respect for my privacy, this was by far my most disappointing stay at an Embassy Suites.

Property was fine, but the room location in the middle of construction was totally unacceptable. We couldn’t open the door because it was rusted, there wasn’t enough towels, and there were bugs left inside when we got there.
