The room is not clean

This was a great hotel Resort to stay at. My family and enjoyed the amenities and the close proximity to local attractions. We will come back again.

The only down side is that the rooms that say they have 2 queen beds actually have 2 double beds. Im unsure why the property would do this, as there is a pretty substantial size difference.

No water Breakfast is cheap Service is ok

The room maintenance was bad, they went to clean the room and didn’t clean the restroom or take the trash out. They only made the beds. Called twice to ask to get conditioner since it was empty since we arrived and they never did a refill. The restroom door doesn’t close or open well and overall the room was not well maintained. The parking gate close to our room didn’t work during our complete stay so we had to park far away from our room.

The staff was excellent, the breakfast was awesome and the hotel appearance was very clean at all times!!

Very well maintained hotel close to attractions. Very good complimentary breakfast; hats off to the chefs at the omelette station. Having a Restaurant on site and grilled food by the pool was a God send especially after along day at the park with kids. Overall an excellent stay.

Had multiple problems with the room, and unable to change rooms due to being sold out. Not able to use the toilet in the bathroom for 2 days. Maintenance not able to fix the toilet ether. Tried calling the GM, but he ignored my calls / messages.

The poolside room was not well maintained. The furniture was old and unclean, and the floor was consistently wet, resulting in a persistent moldy odor. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I have had among all of my stays at Embassy Suites so far. I was disappointed by the condition of the room, as it did not meet the standard I have come to expect.

It is very clean and staff was friendly. I don’t think they should charge parking fee and resort fee if you staying for one night.

We had an issue during our stay, but the staff and management took care of it promptly.

I’ve been staying here my whole life and it never disappoints. Immaculate newly renovated rooms, nice pool, friendly and helpful staff, great location, and the best hotel breakfast EVER. I will continue to come back to this hotel.

We didn’t get checked in when we were supposed to at check-in time. Our room wasn’t ready until 6:00 PM. Which delayed our plans for that evening and the weekend

The bathroom is disgusting. My shower was stopped up. I ran the water and it filled up within 20 seconds the water was at my ankle which lets me know there is no way you properly cleaned the shower and gave the ok for someone to check in. They would have known the shower was stopped up. You could literally see the hair wrapped around the stopper and peeking out. The towels need upgrading. They are stained and old. My bed had two different types if hair in them. My sheets had stains. It was the worst stay ever!
