It is a family friendly place. My kids enjoyed the splash pad and swimming pool

I also found the pool had trash and a small gross section that was floating around. Breakfast was very good and my room was quiet and comfortable. I don’t think this place is quite worth the price they charge. The rate is kinda pricey but where they really hit you is on parking and breakfast. I stayed two nights and the fee total was around $130. Tbh, I’d go back if the splash area was corrected and cleaned up, pool was better managed with better cleaning, and the pricing for parking went down.

I’ve always rented at the embassy but unfortunately this summer trip, our experience wasn’t great how it usually is. We found mold on the living room sofa bed. A dog was barking all night next door. We had to go downstairs to front desk to het conditioner because it was never refilled. I did advise them of this issues, I figure maybe change our room the least but nothing was done about it. I was very disappointed because embassy is the only hotel I stay at when we travel. The breakfast was good.

Very family friendly hotel with lots to offer for the family. The kids area is great my 4 year old love it. My 10 year old love the pool! Momma and I love the breakfast and afternoon snacks and drinks! Very close but to pretty much anything you needs entertainment and food! My only issues I really had were that the elevators were a bit slow but not a biggie. The 2nd was the slow internet. I wanted to do some work in the evenings after a family filled day and kids wanted to game on their devices but connection in our room was very very spotty and constantly loose signal which made it impossible to do anything on the WiFi. But again looked passed it and just enjoyed the experience which is definitely a hotel/lodging experience I will 100% return to for business/leisure

Secondly, the elevators. They do not all work! The wait was ridiculous, we had to use the stairs several times. Breakfast is great. Free reception is not.

Great stay and clean hotel!

I booked this hotel for my 42nd birthday trip. Upon arrival, a member of my party arrived before we did and we were able to do early check-in since my flight was delayed. Upon entering the room, she found that the rooms were very outdated, although the property was very beautiful. She addressed it with the staff, and they took her to several of the rooms to choose a better one. She did mention that all of the rooms has similar issues such as the tub, peeling and rust in the toilet as well as very low water pressure in the bathroom sink. We were able to find a nicer room thanks to the amazing staff. As far as the location goes, it was very convenient. There were plenty of places to shop and eat and even close to nightlife in the Disney parks. The only other issue that I had was that upon checking in I was charged double of what I was quoted on this website and after checking out was sent another charge for an additional $70. But I did end up calling the hotel and getting it fixed. Somehow the room rate had been changed so please be aware and pay attention before you check out. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at this location.

The breakfast was excellent. How the facility opens up to accommodate the guest during breakfast is special. Keep up the great work! The only thing I had a little pause about was the charge for parking. I'm not saying don't charge, but maybe rethink the charge amount.

Although staff said they just finished remodeling the rooms, they only remodeled parts of the room. Beware if you get one of the outside “Lanai “ rooms. Mold and rust in the rooms. Inside pool area had a lot of rust in different parts. They were supposed to refund my RESORT FEE. But the Lanai rooms felt worse than a Motel 6, and it was a long walk to our room. You might be able to call and ask for an inside room. Roaches on property. Breakfast was over crowded and not many places to eat so the wife and I didn’t eat. Would not recommend this place due to lack of upkeep of the property.
