Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista

The room was large for the price and the kitchen was very helpful for saving on dining out. I would have liked if there was a flying pan to cook breakfast. I had to cook in pots the entire time

Breakfast was fab , staff amazing , rooms clean we had a couple of issues one the tv in the bedroom didn’t work due to a new system being used so after an update this was rectified (not straight away ) next issue no hot water the morning we left warm water finally came through . Would I recommend this hotel ? 100% it’s very good value for money close to everything downside you have to pay for parking but when you look at other properties that don’t have the fantastic breakfast it’s good a value

This is the best stay we have had in the area. Ideally located, spacious rooms and wonderful staff. Everyone was a helpful and the room was just perfect for my family and 1. Definitely staying here again and again!

Better housekeeping

bad

Me encantó el desayuno y la ubicación.

Excelente atención y Kira nos dio un trato fantástico

The staff was wonderful and very friendly. My kids loved the arcade, the breakfast was good and lots of options, the pool was nice and the room was great. We will be staying here for our next Orlando vacation.

We stayed for 3 nights, the room was clean and spacious. We booked a two bedroom suite with kitchen. Breakfast was included and serve hot every morning. Pool/hot tub area was clean and quiet. Shuttle service to parks was offered with not so convenient hours. Parking was $26 a day. Overall friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to Aymane and Michaela. Close to freeways. If you are looking for somewhere clean, quiet and close to all parks this is the place. I would definitely choose this location again.

Amazing experience!!!!9/10

Exceptional

Great breakfast with good variety. Nice room amenities. The only downside is it does not have an oven in the room.

Staff was so incredibly nice and welcoming! Amen was so bubbly and friendly to everyone. From inside our room we could not hear any outside noises or people in the hallway.

This is a great hotel. Close to the parks and shopping areas. Great staff and lots of breakfast options! We’ll be back!

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Loved the area, close to stores, malls and parks.

Some day staff were dismissive or not helpful.

The customer service is outstanding, and the staff is consistently professional and approachable.

We had a great stay here. Big clean rooms, nice pool. Above all very helpful staff at the breakfast buffet who were super cooperative with our kid's allergy requirements
