Very clean and comfortable Kept complaining about the water not getting hot and no one attempted to fix it

Everything was so perfect clean food was delicious and stuff was very helpful for everything

Hotel location is very good. Room wasn't equipped with toiletries and cleaning was not what was expected from this hotel chain. Staff was very friendly and helpful

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool was well kept and the bar staff was friendly. The only complaint I have is that in our room we found a shoe insert and a sock from the previous guests and our bathroom sink was draining very slowly. I let the front desk know and tje fixes the sink right away. She said they would pass it on to the housekeeping staff about the items found in the room.

First the moment you walk into the hotel lobby you are greeted with a happy face. So friendly and accommodating. Breakfast every morning with a lovely selection for everyone. My family and I will be returning next year. 😁

Staff was friendly but AC in the dining area was broken so it was really hot in there. Also, the breakfast kept running out of food. The staff were friendly which made the experience better.

I loved everything about the hotel especially the size of the room. The breakfast and included parks was great. The only thing I would say was that the hallways had a bit of a smell to them, nothing unbearable or experience ruining, just caught me off guard every time I’d step into the hallway. Besides that everything else was amazing highly recommended
