The continental breakfast is very good . Room was big and clean. Unfortunately the flush is only 80% but only a short stay didn't bother to change room etc.

They did try to put me by the elevator and when I asked for another room they upgraded me so that was a huge perk from the weekend. Also, $26/ night for parking is absurd. Why are we paying for parking? We are staying at the hotel and paying quite a bit already.

The staff were friendly which was a delight and we had reliable WiFi connections all over the property including our room. They have free shuttle to Disney parks and Universal Studios which I found to be very helpful. They clean the rooms every other day. You will have to pay a deposit for incidentals and they do not accept cash. They have an arcade which will be fun for children of all ages. There is free breakfast which was delicious and a good variety, they even had Mickey waffles. It is not far from good shopping areas so the location is ideal

In general the room is fine especially size and in general clean . We stayed in 2 nights before our cruise and that was not a very good experience may be a bit overcrowded and hallway kind of smell . The toilet flush is not very efficient . The continental breakfast is very good. Parking is kind of expensive. The one night after the cruise before we head back home is good mainly due to not many people and kind of relax and everything is working fine.

The baby pool was broken leaving the kids to take up the hot tub.

facilities were poor, we had 9 nights with only lukewarm water despite reporting this numerous times, also a blocked toilet which took a day to fix and five calls, had to request the safe to be fixed to the wall too as it just lifted off, WiFi didn’t work in the room, although we were quite far away from reception so maybe this is why, breakfast was good! Aymen ( sorry if misspelled ) was superb and the friendliest guy ever. The hotel was very good with our late checkout request. Room itself was good, although the dishwasher didn’t work we found the room perfectly acceptable aside from the hot water issue. Also the key card security doors don’t work, and nearby hotels customers were using our pool and breakfast, but all in all worth the money, I’m not sure I’d go back, but it was an okay stay. Could probably get somewhere a little better for the same price. (Facilities)

Everything was absolutely amazing just wish we could have stayed longer

The staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The property gives a resort feel with a good size pool, tiki bar and hot tub. The breakfast buffet had lots of options every morning, the Mickey Mouse waffle irons were a hit with the kids. Uber was $40CDN from airport and $12-15CDN to Magic Kingdom and SeaWorld. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel was nice, lobby recent renovated it appears, however towards the living area and the rooms can tell the renovations didn’t make it that far. Otherwise rooms were clean and beds were comfortable
