I've been here about 4 to 5 years ago and it was very good. I recently went and it was such a big change. The front staff was good. The housekeeping person on the 3rd floor did not bring any clean towels to my room. The hallway carpets are so dirty and nasty looking. I was very surprised. And to top it off, like I mentioned I was there a couple of years ago, we had to pay for parking per day at a rate of 27.00. I was furious. I dont think I'll be going back there. And BTW the area is very nice. Close to food spots eating and shopping.

To make matters worse, our room was never cleaned during our entire three-night stay. Despite staying for three days, housekeeping never came to clean the room, replace towels, or restock basic necessities. Between the major security failure and the lack of housekeeping, this stay fell far below even the most basic expectations. I would not recommend this hotel, and I sincerely hope management takes these issues seriously so no one else has to go through the same experience.

Very nice staff, clean room, nice pool , nice work-out room, Restaurant on premises.

Hay que pagar parking aparte de la habitación, de mi parte es terrible y pedí toallas y nunca nos la dieron y el desayuno hay que pagar también aparte! Muy mal la organización

Staff were very friendly but our room was outdated & would not get cold.

I like everything about the property except for the paid parking, and paid breakfast.

This is good location to stay for vacations. Convenience to go any where

The toilet and the sink faucet in our bathroom was a bit troubling but we got through it. Overall, it was a good stay.

Alecia at the front desk was very accommodating and when the room I booked wasn’t available the manager went and took a picture of the one they had for us and it was perfect , we were traveling with two small dogs and they situated us close to an exit and dog area , overall it was the best hotel experience we have had in a long time

Besides the termites in my first room and the smell of the second one everything else was fine

When I booked it said breakfast was included but when I got there they said not at that hotel. I like to use cash not card. The hotel was cashless. Should have the option.Don't need to come home to a big credit card bill after vacation. There should be more times for buses at least coming home from Epcot or Universal. Some people just want to spend half the day there. Then when you bring those people back to the hotel in the afternoon you could take another group back to the park to stay til night.
