Room didn’t lock, shower wasn’t working, tv was broken. Moved to another room and tv wasn’t working there either. Construction noises started early in the morning as well didn’t let me sleep

The rooms are clean, the premises clean and neatly arranged, the staff the best, totally professional helpful and courteous. The breakfast served hot, in a clean and tidy environment with staff catering to your needs with impeccable service. Will stay there again. A Wonderful informative and courteous experience.

Room was clean but if you have babies I do not recommend this place, son got cut on something sticking out of the bed very disappointing as this seemed like a great place for families.

They are in the process of remodeling. However, the room was clean and the property was nice.

The room was very clean. The staff needs work. Breakfast food was good. The main lady’s help warned us not to take food to the rooms, which was a banana, apple, and yogurt cup. Parking was $28 a night, scanning the QR code and pre paying for the whole stay.

We stayed 2 nights before cruising, this hotel was clean and comfortable. Our only disappointment was the pool, it didn’t seem well maintained and left dirty. The floor of the pool was very abrasive and had debris spotting all over.
