Hilton Garden Inn Lake Buena Vista/Orlando

The staff, the hotel itself was nice however they are doing construction at the hotel, which I was not aware of and you couldn’t sit downstairs very long because of the heat the halls were extremely hot. We were on the second floor and there was noise from whatever they were working on upstairs thankfully, our room stayed cool, but if I had known this was going on, I would’ve booked another hotel.

Just an overnight stay upon arrival into Orlando. Great experience with check in and checkout. Nice size room and lovely and clean.

Great location Very disappointing experience. The hotel was under renovation, the elevator was extremely dirty and looked like something out of a horror movie, and I could hear constant hammering from my room. I paid for breakfast, but the staff told me I couldn’t have it without even checking my reservation first. On top of that, I wasn’t allowed to take my breakfast back to my room. Definitely not the experience I expected.

Got locked out of room multiple times had to get new keys over and over the staff said they were doing renovations that’s why the door keys weren’t working but our floor had no Reno on it we only saw elevator work being done we were told “look it up” when we said it’s a little ridiculous . On top of that our toilet broke right when we used it it wouldn’t flush and ran for a long time I called the front they said they’d send someone nobody came we waited a long time finally my bf had to use the bathroom so we had to fix the toilet ourselves. Would not stay here again.

The tv did not work and the signs outside the building did not work either. It was very difficult to find the hotel. Parking is a mess.

It was just okay, hallways feel outdated and carpet visibly dirty, especially when getting off elevator in 5th floor. Elevator had cardboard up, I know signs apologized saying they were renovating. Conditioner bottle in shower was empty, coffee maker didn’t really work , other than a little drizzle. When I called front desk at 10 at night for more towels they told me I had to go down to front desk to pick them up. I personally have never experienced that in a hotel, usually they get brought up. I know this was not a higher priced hotel but still expected more from the name ‘Hilton’.

Amazing location. 10-15 min far from Disney Parks. 7 min from Disney Springs. Close to everything one may need. Room carpet was super dirty. Staff should regularly clean the carpet.

Everything was amazing

The staff were chatting the entire time. When I finally got in my room my toilet didn’t work nor did the microwave or tv so I went downstairs to request a change. The staff were all gone for almost 15 minutes and he changed my room but didn’t program the key so I lugged all my stuff from the old room to the new room to realize the key didn’t work and that I had to now go back downstairs with my kids at almost 11pm and wait for him to reappear. He finally programmed the keys and gave me my extra towels I requested. The next day I was expecting to have the towels switched and the trash taken out but they stated they only do that every other day.

Bathroom look like it had mold on the wall and ceiling of the shower. Shower floor was digny and looked unclean.

Overall was an okay stay. Several little things that occurred that prevented this trip from being great. Pool itself was not very well maintained. Lots of debris in the pool from the trees. You can tell it had been a while since the pool was cleaned. The charge $15.99 for their breakfast Buffett but it’s the same food you’d find anywhere else that’s offering a free breakfast. Save your money and eat out. The room was very spacious. The carpet was well used and definitely needed some TLC. Light in the entrance would flicker, turn off and after some time turn on again. There was mold in the bathroom to which I showed the front desk to have them address.

Breakfast was amazing! My shower never got hot and microwave didn’t work.

For a short stay with your family, I recommend this place. It is nice, clean, and comfortable.
