Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando - Lake Buena Vista by IHG

There is a whopping $26 parking fee for all guests with a vehicle. Never have I paid for parking at Orlando hotels.

Clean room and efficient check in. I was able to order food and have it held at reception.

Great place to stay and safe.

The hotel is well maintained, just have a little issues with talking with the staff because of most them does not speak English except the reception area.

the AC didn’t it work so we didn’t sleep well. We got in late so turned the ac down went sleep thinking it would go down as we slept. It didn’t go down at all. Only one elevator was working and the one that worked was super slow. We ended up having to take the stairs and being on the sixth floor that was very frustrating. The hotel is itself was nice

This hotel was listed as a pet friendly hotel on Expedia but it was not so we had to cancel our stay!

The hotel was SUPER busy, but we were still able to check-in in a timely manner and even enjoy the breakfast buffet that was well-maintained the whole morning. Clean, convenient, and affordable.

In addition to the AC issue, we were disappointed to discover that the housekeeping standards did not meet our expectations (please see the attached pictures). One of the main reasons we selected your hotel was because of its 8.6 “Excellent” rating, and unfortunately, our experience did not reflect that level of quality. This was my first disappointing experience at a Holiday Inn Express. During our spring break vacation in March, we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando - I Drive, Orlando, Florida, USA and had an excellent experience, which is why we felt confident choosing another Holiday Inn property for this trip. Sadly, this stay fell far below our expectations. To make matters worse, your hotel was more expensive than our previous stay and discovering that we were required to pay for parking added to our frustration. I must say that this experience has greatly impacted our impression of your property. Unfortunately, this will be the first and last time my family and I stay at your hotel. I hope you take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve the guest experience.

Cleanliness is poor at this location. My bed linen wasn’t changed as promised. No towel in the bathroom. My credit card was changed unknown charges. Very disappointed with the services.
