Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando - Lake Buena Vista by IHG

This hotel was close to the theme parks, very spacious and clean. Staff was amazing and the breakfast each morning was delicious. Nothing no complaints.

Friendly staff Clean throughout all areas Good breakfast selection Big room with a great shower Beautiful view outside Further out from central Orlando, so difficult to get to without a car High car parking charges ($26) per day when there was lots of spaces available Bed was quite soft for my preference, but still comfortable

The staff was amazing from check in to check out. All questions answered. Friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast could have been a little better and more selection. The fresh fruit should have had a better selection. Also if your staying two nights or more should have been free or discounted.

The breakfast was great. Everything that I wanted was there boiled eggs, oatmeal porridge, pancakes and honey and the list goes on. The variety of teas are fantastic! Keep it up it’s about 5 times I visit that hotel. The location is also great. Thsnks NA

Very close to seaworld. It was nice and felt safe Our AC wasn’t working correctly and it was hard to reach the front desk via phone

The place could be cleaner. Breakfast was sub par. The pool was dirty.

The best breakfast and clean rooms!

My family and I stayed for the weekend. It was an ok stay. The only issue was that the toilet was very loud when refilling with water and some times didn’t want to flush. My husband had to mess with the toilet to get it to work correctly. Other than that, the stay was fine and breakfast was good. Not sure if I would stay again.

The rooms are very clean and confi. The staff is friendly and helpful, they serves breakfast from 6;30 to 10:00, a variety of items, buffet style. great. The hotel is close to the theme parks. very convenience. The only problem or inconvenience is that you have to pay for parking, and the cost is too high.
