Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando - Lake Buena Vista by IHG

Nice place to stay. The hotel was clean and inviting. The rooms were O.K. We did have issues with them. The first room had sink issues, the second room had odor issues, and the third was clean, but much smaller than the one we booked! The staff worked with us and was polite throughout the process. The breakfast was good. Not accustomed to paying for parking, but I guess that is an acceptable practice for the area!

We only stayed here for one night but this location is a very nice place. I would recommend it

They don't take out the trash unless you request it after 3 days. We had problems; they scan a code that they don't honor, and if you don't, they charge you $75. I received a bill; we checked in, and they still charged us. It's ridiculous that they charge you for parking at the hotel where you're staying.

The only thing that surprised me was the parking fee. I wasn’t expecting to have to pay extra for parking at the hotel, so that was a little disappointing. Other than that, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay!

I would say the hotel was nice but there was mold in my bathroom! There was hair in the bed. It seemed clean but there were signs. We left before breakfast but the staff was very nice and informative about the area. We were about 20 minutes from parks and the airport! Target was fairly close and opting to eat as well

Breakfast buffet was the best out of any hotel I have ever stayed at.

Wasn't a fan of the additional $26/nt parking fee. Nowhere on hotels.com is it mentioned. Although not everyone has a car, it should either be included include in price of room it makes it known before booking.

Additionally, the hand soap dispenser broke during my stay. I expected housekeeping to replace it when cleaning the room, but they didn't. Speaking of cleaning, bathroom housekeeping was very poor—they only emptied the trash and took the dirty towels, but didn't actually clean the bathroom at all. Lastly, while the breakfast offered a lot of variety, the food had no flavor. The scrambled eggs and other options were completely tasteless. Overall, a disappointing stay.

Well my experience here was one of the worst. We went with Holiday inn Express as we had one of my best experiences at a different location. When we 1st got there we were a little late ok on check in. I advised the gentleman our situation and asked what options were available and we were left with 2. pay full price for one day or wait till 5 am after audit. well we had 3 hours to wait. I didn't understand why we couldn't do a early check-in it late check in for half the price. so we waited. He failed to tell us about "t-park". so were already out 27.00 after 2 hours of being there. once inside igh informed us to not give them a card on file which the man at the front desk had another story for my husband once we waited. made it sound good that's for sure but was full of it. acted like they did us a

First off, the bed was like sleeping in a cloud! Free breakfast had plenty of options. We greatly enjoyed the pool that was peaceful, and its comfortable deck furniture. Only “cons”, if you want to call it that - was having to use the ‘Master Switch’ (by the door) to turn on bedside lights. Also, when we were there, the elevators and corridors, were extremely warm. Outside of this, we greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Nice family hotel. Breakfast in the morning was crowded but manageable.
