Homewood Suites by Hilton Lake Buena Vista - Orlando

Really enjoyed my stay and the hotel staff was super friendly!

I definitely would book again!!!

I booked an accessible room through Expedia and when I got to the hotel they did not have my reservation as needing an accessible room. The front desk clerk was able to move things around and get us an accessible room on the first floor. The hotel was clean, the room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here every time we need to be in Orlando.

Very nice hotel and great location. The check in process was awful. Check in is supposed to be at 4 got there at 430 and they had no rooms ready. When asked when the room would be they had no answer. I had children with me and plans for the parks and they still had no answers. It was very inconvenient. They also charge for parking and we didn’t know and they didn’t tell us and they were just going to charge me without saying anything. I would possibly stay again but not sure.

Clean

Well Maintained Homewood suites close to Disney Springs, SeaWorld and Epic Universe. WaWa gas station along with other chain restaurants within half mile radius. Close drive to MCO airport. Only bad thing hot tub was closed for refurbishment. However, guests were allowed to use Residence Inn next store.our stay was only friday thru Sunday but good for a week. Parking is $27/night after 4th night parking is free.

Everything broken in our room. Ac broke, tv wasn’t working, ceiling fan broke, no working telephone, broken tiles, toilet had some kind of stains all over the inside. Hardly any water coming out of sink, bath towels were dirty as was the pillows and a big stain on the bed sheets. Dishwasher smelled horrible which stunk up half the room. Awful. Do better Hilton.

Room was nice and clean. We didn’t expect the parking fee but it was still a pleasant stay.

Good size room. Friendly staff. Good value for money. Clean. Good selection of food for breakfast. Pool was small. Had to pay for parking

The hotel stay was good is using Expedia that was a problem they did not disclose that the hotel charges for parking. Which they were suppose to in their bookers. I was highly disappointed with them and will not book with them anymore

The kitchen in the room and the room in general. We had all to be confortable. I will prefer clwaning service every day.

The facilities need some TLC. Pool unkept and hot tub nonfunctional. Toilet, toilet temperamental and occasionally continues to run. Showerhead coming out of the ceiling with water damage. TV was wall art. Unable to obtain any channels. Please invest a little time and energy and your facility will be the sparkling gem she deserves That being said price point and staff make it very tolerable Oskar is a true asset!!!
