Homewood Suites by Hilton Lake Buena Vista - Orlando

Property was good, the room was spacious and comfortable but what i disliked was that you have to pay $27 for parking per day, we stayed 4 nights and had to pay $108 on top of what we paid for the stay which was ridiculous, another thing i disliked was that i went to the front desk twice and nobody was there to help, i had to wait or look for someone to assist me. Another thing was i had called them from the room to get us clean towels but never came, we left the room and when we came back at 1 am there was no clean towels so i called front desk and they told me i had to get them myself downstairs at 1am. I also had issues with them cleaning our room, we stayed 4 nights and never came to clean. Poor customer service!

From the moment we walked in everyone was friendly. It was quiet during the day when everyone was off at the parks. Breakfast had a good variety for everyone.

We had a very nice time. It was unfortunate that the hot tub wasn't working. Elevator near our room stopped working. Hallways were hot. More waffle makers NEEDED!!! especially the mickey ones... huge lines and would run out of time. Weekend breakfast should start the same time as during the week, but last a bit longer... phones didn't work to contact front desk. Room was very nice and kept my family comfortable...

Es super Limpio. Cómoda la habitacion trae su cocina para hacer un cafesito. Siempre es super cálido estar aqui. La piscina es riquísima. El desayuno variado super variado y muy delicioso. Siempre hay café y hay zona de lavado para estancias largas. Amo este Hotel.

The A/C in the room that we were staying didn't work. So, I asked to be moved to another room and they didn't allow us to move. Instead, they said they would fix the A/C the following day, however, since the A/C had been leaking lots of water, the carpet smelled really bad. So, during our entire stay, we had to sleep with a terrible odor. On top of that, they didn't want to give us hand soap, laundry bags and they didn't want to provide us with housekeeping on one day that we requested it. To top it off, the last day they had a fire alarm non-stop, so we left the hotel running!

I only want to stay at Hilton own properties from now on lol. Love the room the beds were so comfortable and quiet. Amazing

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed. Great location and overall a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

El hotel en buenas condiciones, pero le falta calidad en sus productos, no refiliaron jabón de baño, NO hacen limpieza todos los días, y lo peor cobrar el Parqueo $27 dólares por noche, cuando es el Parqueo normal de los hoteles no tiene nada de extraordinario bajo el sol y agua.

I get it that this is a family hotel. Free breakfast is always a plus. As for a simple request to have the beds changed because of stains on the linen was ignored. I would have gladly changed the sheets myself. I was told by the front desk that service would be provided. We get back to the room late the first night only to find the same dirty or stained sheets. This is a clean your room every other day type of place. That’s why I had to request a bed change. I had no soap in the shower dispenser the whole time and I like to use the hotel products for the convenience. After spending all day walking 10 miles around Disney world it would be nice to have a jacuzzi for my sore legs the next morning. The website shows a nice little hot tub but it had yellow tape blocking it off. That thing looks like it hasn’t been working for a very long time. I could keep going on about a lot more details. I am not mad at the staff I am angry with Hilton resorts for having a very understaffed hotel which parents spend their money on to have a wonderful experience. I’ve been to Orlando many times. Hilton this one is poorly managed.

Excellent from the moment I walked in until I left. Clean, nice room that had everything I needed & more. It was the staff though, they were amazing. Any time I’m in Orlando, I’ll be here.

The only negative aspect was the parking fee. Paying $27 per night for parking felt excessive, especially for hotel guests. In my opinion, parking should be included or at least offered at a lower cost. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for its comfortable accommodations and convenient location.
