The Suite was bigger than expected and very clean. The Complimentary Breakfast was good and convenient.

The property location was good for theme park distance and lots of shopping. It was clean (staff however showed up at 4 - 5 pm which was our rest time) we had to request towels two different days during our stay they didn't leave enough for two people as well as stocking toilet paper, tissue and hand soap. The dishwasher was so caked with left over soap we didn't even use it. There is a target nearby so we just went there and bought the things we needed.

Hot tub by pool wasn't working. Breakfast was good. Location very good.

The only issue I had was the soap dispensers were not refilled prior to the stay and had to request extra towels.

If you are already renting a car, expect another expense because of the steep parking fees. There is no validation provided for guests. Pool was also cloudy when we went. The kitchen staff were good though.

I appreciated the location of the property in relation to the activities I had planned. There were live ants on practically every surface in the room including the beds and the sheets.

As our flight was delayed we stayed here for 48 hours, I'm so glad I didn't spend a week here. AVOD!! Had to first change rooms due to a really foul smell. The next rooms door wouldn't shut properly also bathroom door. As I was exhausted with family we just stayed. The next morning I spoke to reception and was assured it would be dealt with. Also the basic amenities would have been nice. We left for the day returned back and behold NOTHING was done. The morning of checkout maintenance knocked hard at 8am to see the problem as I had complained. Person in reception was just not interested. Also $27 a night parking. Avoid this place.

Clean rooms every day is better, because they clean 1 day after each day.

Exceptional

We stay here because of the proximity to Disney and the fact that it allows pets. However, every time we have stayed here there has been an issue. Previously, we stayed there and went without AC for two days a different time we stayed there and didn’t have bath towels for the first day and a half of our stay. This time, we got there at 6 PM and our room wasn’t even ready yet. When we got into the room, there was no remote for the TV. We had to wait for maintenance to bring us a remote. That remote didn’t even work. They had to bring another remote. There is always just an issue. The people that work there though are very nice.
