The stay was okay but housekeeping and the front desk weren’t attentive at all. I had to call the front desk 4 times (only answered twice) for a new SET of towels and wash cloths. Had to go to the front desk 3 times to actually receive what I asked for. The only front desk agent who was attentive and helpful in any way was Gio. Other than that, the stay was decent but me and my husband won’t be returning.

Unfortunately, I had an medical emergency. We call the front office several times for them to call an ambulance. They never answered the phone. I had to it myself. Good thing I was conscious. I won’t t stay on this hotel again.

The ambiance, the decor, the front desk staff were very pleasant and made our stay great! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Our family enjoyed this property.
