My fiest but, definitely not my last time here. The hospitality & exceptional staff, were excellent. I was alos pleased with how cool and comfortable the room was.

The hotel is clean and near everything. It also has a bar and breakfast is cooked to order with a fee.

Ok, the room had a slight smell and the shower was a disappointment. Old corroded shower head that didn't spray well. Was excited for a relaxing shower and was a let down, just for a day so didn't bother to change rooms as I assume that is the standard for all rooms. Also disappointed that they charge $26 for parking in their parking lot overnight. Didn't know until day of stay when I reviewed and email.

The staff and room were amazing for my solo trip! They were able to give me an early check in and held my bags for me on my last day. The room was the perfect size for just me.

Comfortable hotel for a good night’s sleep. It’s in a great location, close to the Disney parks and not too far from Universal. The room was clean and well maintained. If you just need a place to spend the night, this is an excellent option for the price. I would definitely stay here again.

Best value hotel in the area

We stayed just for a weekend (Friday-Sunday) for a day at Disney. The staff was very helpful. Check in doesn’t take long at all. The room and hotel in general was extremely clean. On day two we asked for more towels and they were delivered within 5 minutes. This was my first time staying at this location and I will be staying again!

Amazing place to stay for a quick weekend and super pet friendly which is extremely helpful and an amazing ammenity. Definitely will come back and would recommend to everyone

Unfortunately, our stay was not up to par with our previous experience. Just to name a few things we experienced during our stay will be, dirty towels, uncleaned carpet and in room amenities. The worst of them all was the rooms of the hotel did not allow the A/C to be on while we are not in the room. Everytime we went back into the room after a long day at Disney the room was over 75 degrees, very hot, very muggy, very disappointing. The room will then take 2 hours to just reach 72 degrees which was still uncomfortable during this summer heat. Very disappointing and not worth staying here if it’s going to be an uncomfortable and unpleasant stay. Hope they make a change because I did enjoy the property prior.

Everything nice

There was kids staying there for choir competition so we didn’t get to experience the breakfast as it was overrun by kids. But that was not the staff’s fault. The staff was very, very nice and accommodating to any request that we had. We would definitely stay there again.
