Hotels.com should list this as a warning, plenty of Hotels in the area that don’t charge parking.

I think it’s crazy u have to already pay for the room then turn around and they charge you to park at the hotel then they put a hold on ur card im fine with the hold on the card but I will never stay there again you should not have to pay to park at a hotel that ur already paying to stay at

There are hidden fees! Description says self parking, what they don’t tell you is, it is 30.00 a night to park! We definitely won’t be staying here again. They had to move us due to the AC not working, didn’t help us move our luggage, there when we got into our new room, the refrigerator wasn’t working. Oh the staff was friendly, I will give them that. No thank you, we will stay somewhere else! The area has plenty of options!

The hotel and staff were nice. Paying $26 to park for 12 hours was not disclosed at booking.

I appreciate the room design and the spaciousness it offers. The staff are helpful, and this is my first visit to this hotel. The breakfast provided is satisfactory.

It was an amazing stay. The hotel is beautiful and clean, and we appreciated our very large room. Loved the game room and the breakfast buffet; it was delicious. I had only one complaint: the pool was not as clean as I would have preferred, but that was the only thing. Other than that, everything was excellent. The workers were super nice and helpful, and my husband loved the bar. Y'all do a great job. Thanks for a great stay.

The amenities and bar area were great and overall in good condition, but a lot of hidden fees with parking and stuff and the front desk staff were just very rude overall and not courteous

Outdated hotel. Hallways with no air conditioner. Overnight parking is not covered on your hotel rates. Not recommended.
