Breakfast was nice room was comfy AC was squeaking , bathroom has no door and shower door see through. That doesn’t work for family room

Wonderful room. Very clean place. We had a GREAT bar tender on Wednesday night. He gave us great tips about the area. Very personable, but not so much on Thursday night. I was so disappointed. Other than that, everything was great. Food was good from the restaurant.

The property overall is pretty good. It’s very big because it’s two hotels in one. No issues with the beds. The rooms temperature control and the way they handle the master light switches is very odd and confusing. It seems very unnecessary, to be honest. It’s hard to put into words here. If I had one major complaint of the property, it would definitely be how the thermostat and lights work on the property. In fact, both of our rooms, the first one and the new one, had some lights not working at all, and it was just very strange. So I think some of the rooms need to be double checked, but overall it was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was OK, nothing amazing, but it’s the included breakfast. I would stay here again for sure.

The first night I found dried blood on the bed sheets. They gave me new ones but failed to turn the room over the following night considering the issue.

The hotel was very well kept, clean throughout and staff helpful. Sargo’s bar was a great place to chill and have a nice cocktail or cool beer. Rooms very clean and comfortable for our 3 night stay. Even though Shuttles advertised, they were just to a few parks & made different stops at other hotels, and had to do parks transfer buses to get to other parks so opted to use Uber for faster service. FYI-Parking fee is not included in stay but we didn’t have a vehicle, so just be aware as well as an incidental fee of $30 per night that you are supposed to get after checking out but can take like 7 business days to get that back.

Expensive parking. $52 a day. Disney shuttle not guest friendly. Only certain times which doesn't run to see the fireworks shows at night. Not a happy guest
