TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando Theme Parks/Lake Buena Vista

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking on site, you have to pay the parking fees daily on an app, the night we got back late from the theme parks I had to park way out in the back but was grateful to find plenty of available spots. Our rooms were nice and very clean, except there was some sort black mold stain on the base boards in the bathroom that was concerning. The swimming pool was very nice and kid friendly!

Overall great stay, Andrea who worked the front desk was really kind and helpful. The only issue I had was the kitchen sink being clogged and stank. Maintenance did come up and fix it and disinfectant it, still had an odour after. Also the a/c unit was SUPER loud. Other than that it was fine.

We had a lovely stay at TownePlace Suites. The location was great and the staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean and comfortable, although we were disappointed that the sofa bed wasn’t made up when we arrived and we had to request bedding. The housekeeping lady was incredibly helpful, though, and kindly offered to make the bed up for us. The breakfast was quite basic, but adequate for getting the day started. We particularly enjoyed the pool area, which was lovely and had the added bonus of BBQ facilities. The hotel also felt secure, which was important to us as a family. The only real downside was the parking charge of $27 per night. Unfortunately, free parking seems to be increasingly difficult to find, so this wasn’t unexpected, but it was still an additional cost to factor in. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with friendly staff and some great facilities. We would consider staying here again.

Townplace rooms are small. Wish I would’ve booked springhill. I let staff know the room was very small and as a gold elite Bonny member we get free upgrades, but the staff did not allow the switch. Other than the breakfast is chaos. But the property is nice overall.

Everything was nice just some maintenance up keep on bathroom accessories like shower door details and people leaving garbage in the hall by elevator

Room has a kitchen, they have carpet underneath, room was smell bad, they should change to hardwood, and I was sitting in the chair, my back fully come as a bug bites, small insects running on carpet, it was very itchy, I never use the chair or sofa, looks like bed bug, but not sure, they have to clean all
