There is no housekeeping service during weekdays, so you're on your own. We had to go without clean towels and fresh sheets, which was especially frustrating while on vacation. Requested more but never came. We were also concerned about security. The exit-only entrance was accessible and could be used to enter the building at any time, even though it is supposed to remain closed for safety. Overall, the service and amenities were very limited. With an additional $30 per day for parking, get a better place.

Looked high end. My room was clean and beautiful. I could not believe the low price I paid. Where I live a hotel and room like that would be three times what I paid. The grab and go snack area was a little expensive. For example, I bought a small one serving frozen pizza and it was $11. That same pizza is less than $5 in any grocery store or convenience store.

The hotel was incredible! It was bigger than I thought. We rented a car & used the parking space for our entire 7 day stay. The area was quiet & we felt safe at all times. There is a lot of convenience around & near (food, shopping, entertainment, etc.) The amenities were great. I love when hotels have a laundry area I find it super convenient. Before booking this hotel I was debating between this and 2 other hotels. Ultimately, what sold me was that this one had an arcade & it was one of the amenities that was open 24 hours and that there was staff available at the front desk 24 hours as well. I stayed in a 1 bedroom 2 beds 1 bath room. The space was spacious for 3 people. The bathroom was spacious & clean. The kitchen area was small but was stocked with kitchen supplies, which means you only have to worry about buying food. In the room/floor I was staying (4th floor) the rooms were cleaned every other day. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful when needed. The housekeeping crew were incredible. We were specifically attended by Lucy, Soussette, Elba Patricia and Shirley. Thank you so much as well to the maintenance employee who was able to retrieve my grandmother’s earring from the bathroom sink. We absolutely loved the hotel and our stay and plan to continue staying here whenever we find ourselves in Orlando!

Everything was great until I had to wait almost a month to receive my deposit back from my stay. Which I found unacceptable. And the staff were no help for it or with it.
