Great place but you have to pay about 27$ for parking each night !

Highly recommend perfect location not over crowded

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed and breakfast buffet was amazing every day! The room was very clean and spacious, and had a nice kitchen and large bathroom! The pool area is large and beautiful and having a gym, game room and laundry facilities on site were wonderful, particularly in Florida where we had wet towels and bathing suits daily. Also appreciated being able to buy detergent and fabric softener right in the lobby! The one comment I’d make is to say that the laundry room could use a little more maintenance… there was often lint and trash on the floor, and the machines themselves could use a cleaning, as they were a little dirty from old detergent and dust. Not bad enough to stop me from using the machines daily, but just an observation. Other than that, top notch hotel and would definitely return on our next trip to Orlando. Thank you!

Lovely room and swimming pool. Delicious and generous breakfast. However I was shocked that I had to pay an extra $26.50 per day for parking. I felt that was very deceptive. The front desk told me it was on the website, and I finally found it once I started looking for it. I had to click on “See More” to go to another page and then scroll all the way down. Definitely hidden. So the good deal that I was excited to find turned out to be just a regular deal. The hotel was packed so I felt like they were trying to squeeze every possible nickel out of their guests. Shabby if not dishonest.

Clean rooms, areas are clean , near everything. Good breakfast.

Easy property to navigate, however the staff are very pushy with their Vacation Club Timeshare/buy in. We felt pushed into doing so and immediately had to pull out.

Super nice place would definitely stay again. Only complaint is the bar wasnt open all day very limited hours.

The AC barely worked, making the stay uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. To make matters worse, they charged us $85 just to park our own truck. This outrageous fee was not clearly disclosed before booking. Hidden charges like this feel dishonest and leave guests with no real choice once they’ve checked in. For the prices they charge, basic things like functioning air conditioning and transparent fees shouldn’t be too much to ask. This hotel has clearly gone downhill. We won’t be returning, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you enjoy surprise charges and poor accommodations.

The staff were all super nice, friendly and helpful. I was disappointed on the park shuttles to and from Parks. They are extremely limited and we ended up having to uber everywhere.

Amazing

The only downside was having to pay for parking, but everything else exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
