Really good is very helpful that they provide breakfast and a way to transport to the parks.

Ame el lugar, es grande, la piscina espectacular, tienen “shutters” que te llevan a los parques de Disney e Universal. El servicio del personal del hotel excelente. Tienen restaurante, lugar de entretenimiento para los niños y adultos un 10/10. Tiene un área grande de desayuno. En fin un lugar cerca de todo ❤️💖✨

The location is amazing, the Pool, food, Arcade was good too. Recommended for a family trip.

The breakfast was very nice tasted good just be prepared for long lines. Room was nice and big just had a stench to it. Staff super nice and helpful. Pool nice clean and having the opportunity to use the grill was nice as well as they provided tools for you to grill with. Something I was very upset with was the parking fee I was staying there for 6 nights my parking came out to $167 to park my car in a parking lot and you have no choice to pay because there is no where else to park I was not happy with that price at all that is way too much but other than that nice hotel clean and local to stores also provided shuttles to the parks but they are super early in the morning .

Everything was wonderful.

From the moment we arrived there were problems . I couldn’t take a shower for my entire stay because the water was extremely cold or extremely warm. The engineer came up and we agreed that he would come the next day to fix the shower but he never showed up. The tv was not working when we arrived. The reason I paid for early check-in was so that I could lay in bed and watch TV. To do that because the TV was not working and they didn’t come and fix it till later on in the afternoon overall, I was not impressed with the response from the staff at the front desk or from the engineering team to respond to client complaints and concerns regarding the room I wasn’t even offered any money back for my early check-in even though I couldn’t take advantage of my amenities in my room

The parking is NOT free and expensive 2 nights almost $60 dollars. That's why I don't give the 5 starts.

Gym equipment could use some update and maintenance. Other than that, the property is very nice and spacious. Plenty of washers and dryers for self laundry, great arcade in the lobby and breakfast was also good. The parking fee is a bit high, but is about the same as other properties in the area. Good location too.

We had a great experience during our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything was in good condition. The staff was very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The location was also very convenient, and overall, we really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

There was a crack In the ceiling of the room I was in and I told the front desk twice about it and was told that someone would come up and look at it but no one did. After 1 hour I went down to front desk again and the girl told me that they were busy.

Room was clean. Breakfast needs more options .

We stayed here for 8 nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. After reading some of the Google reviews, I was a little worried, but I'm glad we kept our reservation. Our room on the 6th floor was quiet, clean, spacious, and featured an excellent kitchenette with a full-size fridge, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, cookware, and utensils. Having breakfast included and being close to Disney Springs, grocery stores, and restaurants made this hotel a great value for our stay. There are a few areas that could be improved. Parking was sometimes difficult, even though we prepaid for it, as a trailer occupied many spaces on two evenings. Breakfast was good, but the serving lines became unnecessarily long after about 7:45 a.m., and the Styrofoam plates were impractical and not environmentally friendly. I also wish the hotel offered recycling bins in the rooms. The rooms could benefit from a refresh with updated carpeting, brighter lighting, modern bedding, and a few bathroom upgrades. Overall, the staff were courteous and professional, the location was excellent, and we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely consider staying here again, especially for the value and convenience.
