Pestana Orlando Suites - Lake Buena Vista

I enjoyed my stay at Pestana, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean.

Very clean bed and bathroom. It is a quiet place in a very convenient location. Breakfast is wonderful.

My room was dirty and smelled of mold. I had to be moved. They knew this room was in poor condition but they are trying to pawn it off to see if no one will complain. They make you pay for parking do not stay here.

I have never stayed in a hotel where I had to pay an additional $50 to park at the hotel I am staying at. Then to pay extra for breakfast was ridiculous. Pestana hotel will be a hotel I never revisit.

There was a party at 2 AM in the room 212 that was so loud.

Would definitely stay here again. Check in was quick and easy. Very clean, updated and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of room. We only stayed one night and didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t speak to that but we will definitely return if passing through :)

When coming into parking lot, area throws you off looks scary. Once you get inside of hotel. Very clean everything looks new.. Smells very beautiful when you step into the lobby. The guy that checked me and kids in was very helpful and informative about everything in the hotel. Sorry forgot his name. As for room, very clean smells good. Bed comfortable. Great stay!

Excellent property and staff

Beautiful room and a delicious variety for breakfast.

Walls are very thin. We heard a baby crying all night and there was no parents doing anything but let the baby cry until a staff member knocked on their door to see what was going on. I heard people showering and flushing the toilet, it was like they were in the room with you. Pretty pricy for this hotel, nice though but I woudln't return.
