Stayed in area for weekend trip to the Disney properties. Location is great; approximately 5 minutes from WDW. Our room was good size, with kitchen, living area; pull out sofa was comfortable. Well stocked and clean. Unfortunately did not have time to use pool, but it looked wonderful. This was our 2nd stay there and will definitely return. Only minor complaint was that we were on 3rd floor and there is no elevator. This was not a big issue for us as we only had 1 suitcase, although it was kind of rough getting it upstairs. I also heard another couple voice complain/concern over the lack of elevator. Again, we managed, but if steps are an issue for you, make sure to request a ground floor unit.

The stay was immaculate. It was secluded and quiet. The perfect resting place for celebrating my husband’s birthday. We were near everything we wanted to enjoy. The staff was amazing; Morgan gave an excellent introduction to the property and we enjoyed throughly and hassle free. We will be returning in November for a concert after this amazing experience! Our pets enjoyed the property and the quiet and calm ambiance really helped them to relax into a new space.

Pet friendly! :) The mattress in this room at Bldg 14, Room 116. This mattress needs to be changed. It digs you in when you sleep so the sleep wasn’t as comfortable as other times that we stayed here. The mattress was in really bad shape, but everything else was great!

Was nice to have kitchen area , washing machine and dryer and 3 pools and 2 hot tubs , staff on reception was very helpful and polite , and the complex was kept clean and tidy with friendly staff cleaning around pool areas and gardens The towels for pool would be better being a bit longer to put on sun loungers

The only concern I had was that there were sugar ants on the bed room counters. We sprayed a little and it was fine. Other than that everything else was great. We will definitely stay here again.
