Only know limited elevators/lifts in some sections so if have mobility issues let hotel know in advance. Definitely would stay again! Good stuff to do around the resort as well!

Nice property overall. I love the fact that you have balconies, and individual washer and dryers in the unit. However, I do not like how you say there's a $50 deposit but you charge $100?

Lady at the front desk when we checked in - very nice The room had a very strong musty smell because the air conditioning unit is damaged and leaking water. This keeps the room damp and uncomfortable, making it unpleasant to stay and sleep in.

Hands down, this is a very nice place to vacate comfortable. The service is great anytime that I come back to Orlando. This is where I'm going to stay. Great prices. So it's really nothing that I dislike about it. The only thing that I would like if they had an elevator so we wouldn't have to take all of our bags upstairs. That was a hassle.

Internet sucks…. And Tv Sucks!! No Apps to log into… only Samsung TV which show old movies and shows!! Needs to update their cable network.
