Very clean hotel nice pool

Very clean place. Amenities are great. Would definitely recommend.

The two cons were laundry was expensive and there were no elevators.

One thing future guests should know is that there is no free Disney shuttle. The transportation available costs about $35 each way ($70 round trip), so make sure to factor that into your budget if you’re planning to visit Disney. Overall, the room itself was very clean and well maintained, but the transportation cost is something guests should be aware of before booking. Also laundry is not free you have to pay $4 dollars for washing and $4 dollars for drying that the basic setting

The staff are always so helpful and nothing is a problem. Pool area is great and always had room to sit n swim. This hotel has now become our must stay when visiting Orlando. Thankyou very much all at Sonesta ES Suites LBV

We really enjoyed our stay at Sonesta. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and amenities within walking distance, which was really convenient. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly when we arrived. Our room was a real highlight — it was exceptionally clean, modern and spacious, making it a very comfortable place to stay. The pool area also looked lovely, although we didn’t get the chance to make as much use of it as we would have liked. Parking was $15, which we thought was very reasonable compared with some of the other properties we stayed at. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean staff was friendly. Biggest complaint is no elevator. Of course on 3 floor was too much especially with luggage just not a good fit for our family.

The property was amazing room was super clean and had everything I needed soap, towels, full kitchen but the only thing I was surprised when the clerk told me there is a $15.00 charge per day for parking and the breakfast was well expensive. I have never stayed at a hotel that charges for breakfast and parking that’s very new to me . Otherwise than the parking and breakfast everything was fine.

It was decent as far as the room Management cancelled my reservation and then charged me full price to rebook
