Sonesta ES Suites Orlando - Lake Buena Vista

Location Staff & cleanliness

Very good

This hotel was very nice! Very spacious with more than enough room for 6 people in 1 suite. It was also very clean! I was highly impressed!

The rooms were clean and fully stocked. The bathrooms (toilet/shower area) are a bit smaller but we made due. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Sonesta Buena Vista! The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and conveniently located. Joel, the manager, was fantastic—extremely helpful, kind, and accommodating throughout our stay. Julieta was also wonderful and made sure we felt well taken care of. Their exceptional service and genuine hospitality made our visit even more enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Orlando area!

The property was beautiful and clean.

Clean, spacious room. Kitchenette was very nice to have.

Exceptional

This is my second stay here and Staff is always friendly and helpful. The only issue I had this stay was that the room smelled a lot like weed. The staff was notified and they sent housekeeping right away and took care of the issue.

The pool and outdoor space was fine The rooms were not clean. Previous guest left the sticker from her underwear stuck to the wall. I didn’t touch it. It might still be there.

The morning breakfast woman that made the oat milk caramel macchiato was the sweetest person ever and the staff was amazing. The pool perfect . Location great . I’m so impressed with all the service we received every where and will be back

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The two bedroom suite was spacious and the pool area was great.

Nothing

We had a two bedroom suite. Bathroom was too small. Water drained too slow when showering. Although you sink in the bed when you sleep on it but we slept good. The suite was clean. Location was good, close to Universal and the Premium Outlets. There are lots of restaurants in the area.

This was a lovely find. Right around the corner from Disney Springs which is where my event was. The property and room were beautiful and clean. Very friendly staff and felt safe on property.
