Sheraton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort - NEWLY RENOVATED!

Everything was beautiful and the staff were very professional

Unfortunately the photos made it look so much better than what you get. It is still run down. The beds were full size, not queens. There were no convent outlets in the rooms. The Starbucks was as a joke. Maid service just made the bed, didn’t leave or take towels. Tile missing from hot tub which was nothing but warm water and jets didn’t work

They upgraded the rooms but not clean at all the pool area is bad pool is dirty unmaintained landscaping is horendes room service had to call several times to get service cleaning lady was rude over all not staying here ever again, thought i give it a try since they upgraded but this hotel has far more inprovements to do still.

The only thing I felt very uncomfortable about was the parking fee (+US$ 30). I have traveled around the world for over 35 years, and this is the first time I have been charged for parking. My opinion is that this was a SHAME for Sheraton hotel. Sorry guys, but this was in Orlando, not Manhattan.

Nice resort definitely would recommend for future travelers

Stay one night after driving over 10 hours - check-in early and no issues. The front desk accommodates us without any issues. Went to the pool and relax with a cocktail. Overall we would return to this hotel again.

The rooms were clean and the pools were so amazing

Seems like the other buildings had some riff raff hanging out.
