The biggest issue for us was the advertised shuttle service to the Disney attractions. The hotel advertises shuttle transportation, but it does not make it clear that the shuttle may make 5+ stops at other hotels, sometimes in completely random neighborhoods that aren’t even on the way to the Disney parks. What should be approximately a 15-minute ride can end up taking close to an hour. With young children, this was especially frustrating and made getting to and from the parks much more difficult than expected. Additionally, there are almost no amenities or activities for young children at the resort, which was disappointing considering we were traveling to Disney with small kids. The hotel felt quite outdated, particularly the lobby and main common areas. Cleanliness was another issue. Even after housekeeping serviced our room, there were still crumbs and hairs left on the floors, which was disappointing. The showers also did not consistently reach the correct temperature or function properly. The staff was nice and the price was reasonable, but overall the experience did not meet our expectations. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here, particularly if you are traveling with very young children.

No fault of the staff, but the property lost power due to a transformer going out. They were at least able to get me into a different room, but it was two queen versus the booked king.

The staff was very helpful at every turn and the pools were clean! We were told that the breakfast was included by the waiter he had us sign the tip receipt but we were charged the breakfast at check out. That needs to be explained before you sit down not after we leave. Overall it was a good stay and will recommend this Hotel its a great location near everything and now its much improved !!!!!!!!!!!

Was a little skeptical about staying at a smaller hotel but it was clean, the rooms were nice, the bedding was awesome. Everything was great! The check in person was not friendly and barely spoke to me but overall we had a great stay! Great location as well. Close to Disney Springs and nearby restaurants and stores if needed. Will definitely stay again.

Bessy had a genuinely positive attitude and treated me with respect and kindness throughout my stay. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and truly cares about the guests she helps. Staff members like her can make a huge difference in someone’s experience at a hotel. I really appreciate everything Bessy did for me, and I hope her hard work and excellent service are recognized. She is a great representation of the hotel, and I would definitely be happy to stay here again!

Very good option to stay very central

I had an excellent stay at the Sheraton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive throughout our visit. I definitely recommend it and I hope to come back soon.

Excellent stay. Refreshing pools. The staff put in 110% for me. I am thankful.

Convenient location - close to Starbucks, parks, restaurants. Great property - pool and pool bar were lovely. Room was small, dated, and damp. Parking was ok - we had to park in the back of the hotel. With lots of options in the area, we will probably pick a different place to stay next time.
