Room was clean, the pillows are too soft, noticed the hot pool, wall is cracked. Paid $26 per night for a parking spot is a little bit expensive. My floor was quiet always. Good location to go to Disney parks, a lot of food nearby.

From the stellar staffing, the dining, and the pool, my family was WELL pleased and we travel everywhere for our annual family vacations. We WILL be back again to visit for certain. Kudos

Property was clean and maintained to a high standard. Newly refurbished rooms were decorated to a high standard. Staff were friendly and helpful. We booked our theme park excursions via the hotel which worked out cheaper than buying on the gates. Overall a throughly pleasant stay. Would highly recommend

Couldn’t beat outside bees everywhere , husband allergic to it ! Our room had small toilets felt like they were for children , for an upgraded room which was nice toilets were forgotten about.

Our only hiccup was that the elevator always hot stuck at our floor and my 12 yo daughter was just so frightened to use them after. She still rated the place a 5, so that tells you something. Great place for families!

A good location for food and all the parks Orlando has to offer. It also worked well with bunks and a pull-out sofa for the kids.

The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. 10/10 highly recommend!
