Amazing space! Was completely surprised by the size of the multi room suite! It was perfect for my family

The back door adjacent to the parking garage was open and unlocked during our entire stay. As a single mom traveling alone, this does not sit well with me and should be addressed. The ac in our room must be set to a certain temp by the hotel because it did not ever cool properly, which was unfortunate after a day out in the heat. Location and ease of access to Disney-excellent. Price-excellent

The rooms are very large. We had a 2b, 2 bath suite and it slept 8 people very comfortable. Couches pulled out were not very comfortable but my son decided to just sleep on the sofa and was ok. Overall, well worth the money.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and the rest of our stay a pleasant experience. One thing to be aware of is that there is a $20 per night parking fee.

The room was dirty. The control remote was something brown like chocolate. We found a tick on the ceiling of the bedroom. We will never go to that hotel.

Everything was very nice and they were very nice.

Clean room. Very friendly staff. Meet all our needs while visiting the area.

The room was fine, no complaints in this regard. But the hallways and carpets around the hotel are not clean. There was natural lighting, but the entrance and reception were rather dimly lit.

I loved this hotel! By far the best one I’ve ever stayed at. So helpful, accommodating, and made sure we had what we needed. I’d say my only complaint is there is no oven or air fryer type of cooking gadget. Would be prefect to have a toaster oven or a small air fryer. We definitely plan on coming back!

Staff was amazing very comfy bed. Nice room bathroom ceiling. Need some work overall good stay for the money and convenient location.

We've stayed here several times over the past couple of years for our Disney trips and have been happy with the property. We haven't used any of the amenities but the room has been clean and we love having the full fridge and access to ice in the room instead of having to find an ice machine. The staff at the front desk has always been friendly and helpful. We've started booking here instead of staying on Disney property. The location is easy to get to the parks and shopping and off Disney property restaurants we like to go to.
