Great location and amenities.

I had room 140 and the breaker kept tripping. The lights in the entrance of the room would not come on at times and at first it was the bath room lights not coming on. The front desk staff had to come in to fix at first. Then i would fix after. If my daughter use the hair dryer it would trip.

Always an amazing place to stay.

This hotel’s rooms are so clean, spacious and the beds are comfortable! The kitchenette in the room makes is so convenient and we love staying there.

We stayed at the Candlewood for a week and had a positive experience. The rooms are new and clean. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The elevators were making some noises and one was taken off line for part of our stay but otherwise, no issues!

I think the price and location are great! Bedroom layout was spacious, bed was comfortable and I loved being able to control the room temperature in the Florida heat. Cons: Towels in the room were not in the best condition. There were tares and loose threads. Room service never came by to pickup trash so it was overflowing. One of the elevators stopped working during our stay, which made checkout incredibly hard as there was one small elevator for 7 floors on a Sunday (typical checkout day). Also, the parking garage has automatic lights. If you go to the garage late at night/early morning, it looks pitch black until you step into it and the lights start slowly turning on. Did not feel safe, especially as I am a woman and was alone.

The location, friendly staff and the cleanliness. That I had to pay for daily parking.

The value and size. Pull out couch was very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in the matress.

Everything was great Upon leaving was charged an extra $100 and took over a day to get help in getting my money back after them trying to tell me it came from booking.com

If breakfast was available it would be ten stars !! We loved it . The staff were really friendly the location was convenient I’m glad we choose Candlewood we will surely be back the only hiccup is parking for $20 a day can be steep if you’re staying a while.

The suite was a tremendous value. Large room with enough of a kitchen to cook on site. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and modern. Would definitely stay here again!

I loved the cleanliness of the room That fact that I have to book for cleaners in advance to get service. I believe this should be automatically available every two day

Need top stove and kitchen utensils to use for 1 week long use.
