The pools are really amazing the people really friendly and the property is really clean . What i don’t like they don’t have microwaves in the rooms

Your spa has been closed for 5 months and we came there for our anniversary and were disappointed all the way around. The grounds need painting and pressure washed. It’s just not even close to being worth the price.

Exceptional

Lovely pool. Lovely resort with great facilities. Very central to the parks. Book the breakfast package as it’s well worth it. Breakfast queues if you’re eating after 10am.

We have stayed here 4 years in a row. The staff is always so helpful, properly is clean and amenities are nice. This time around they extended a complimentary 2pm late check out due to not feeling well. Will be back next year!

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the pool could have been a little cleaner. Other than that, everything was great and we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Found this hotel purely by chance, as for some reason it doesn’t seem to rank particularly highly on Booking.com. Compared with some other so-called “premium” hotels, though, this place is awesome. It may not be the newest hotel around, but the facilities and, especially, the staff are very, very good. The value for money is exceptional when you consider how many activities are included for FREE — kayaking, canoeing, water biking, mini golf, pitch-and-putt, the gym, and the fantastic waterfall swimming pool with caves. There’s genuinely so much to do here without constantly having to pay extra. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Even the England players stayed here during the World Cup, which says something! A real hidden gem and definitely deserves to rank much higher.

It's very uncomfortable to walk through the hotel lobby in swimwear when there's nowhere else to go to get to the pool
