This was my 2nd time staying here and it was so enjoyable. From getting to see Merlot the Macaw in the lobby to the wonderful staff, clean facility and amazing pool area, my friend and I had fhe best time and will be back.

Beautiful resort, would definitely stay there again. The pools were great and the resort was very clean. The downside was things were very expensive. We left the resort for all meals because the food prices on site were outrageous.

Charge 50.00 for a resort fee, 40 to park, pool closes at 10 which is crazy. No life guards on duty but you pull in 30,000 to 40,000 a day from the resort fee. Waterside you have to be 48inch which is stupid after you let my go down it then said hes to small.

This was an great resort and I love all the amenities. The cave pool was the best.

The self-parking is too far. It would be good to have a way to move people from the lobby to the self-parking or to reduce the overnight and valet parking charges. Also, there is a hidden cost of $50 that should be included in the price per night.

The pool area was a big draw for me the property was immaculate and conveniently located you can get anywhere in Orlando from the location
