Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress

This hotel was phenomenal. The reason I gave it a poor score through Expedia is this. I booked through Expedia while the rest in my group booked directly through the hotel. I ended up paying hundreds of dollars more then them. I spent $39 per night parking while they spent $15. I spent $50 per night 'resor fee' while they spent $0. If you plan to stay here DO NOT BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA

Everything was amazing

The fees at this resort are outrageous. They charge the same fees per night and they should only charge the same fees once not each night your staying.

Room was clean. Bathroom needs a little updating. Great stay. Grounds beautiful. Convenient location to all parks, entertainment and dining. Would stay again but I would check which conferences are being held as the hotel was overrun with children and they were screaming off the balconies at 10:30pm.

Our family loves the pool and all the amazing things to do! Always a favorite of ours. The only down side was our room furniture (couch and carpet) had a lot of stains.

Back. Free shuttle to Disney parks. Not to much complaint wise. Things are a little $$$ and the girl offering hair wraps and braids etc. they don’t tell you they charge by inch until after they put my daughters wrap In her hair! $70 for some string wrapped in her hair and a shell bead at the end

Bell service , pool, merlot, tentativeness, cleanliness, comfort, space, entertainment 10mile clearance pool closure. Wasted hours of sunshine no rain

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The property was beautiful, including the pools, however it was very busy. If you want a lounger chair, I recommend going early!

The hotel pool is amazing and beautiful. However, I found the rooms to be very below average for the amount paid. When we got there, the sink was clogged with dirty water from the previous guests. I booked a pool view and was simply told it was not available and given a view of the city (valet parking lot). I set my expectations too high….

The pool and the house keeper was so nice and was so intentive to our needs They don’t tell you the fee when you get there from booking through 3rd parties site

Checking in was a breeze and the front desk made me feel so special staying for my first time and it being my birthday weekend !! The pool was so much fun and my children enjoyed the water slide !!

The rooms are dated. The bed was too firm for my liking. The nail spa was closed for renovation. The parking is about a half mile walk from the main portion of the hotel. They charge daily for parking even if you are staying as a guest. We will not be going back. If this is how Mr. PRITZER runs things then I will not consider him for president.

Disappointed with this stay will not be returning prices are ridiculous know good service amenities none for our room

everything the staff was so nice the breakfast was super good when i plan on coming back to orlando i’m definitely staying here again! everything was perfect!
