Breakfast was good Staff was not cooperative and understanding and rude also

The lobby is small. The bedroom is cramped and dated. AC is getting louder as the night deepens. The glass window is covered with some plastic cover that is brown on the bottom so you dont see anything from the inside. Bathroom is old and not too many countertops. Still uses plastic curtain. The room feels moldy, had a headache when I walked up and kept sneezing. On too of this they have a $50 charge if you want to check in early.

Maya, jacuzzi was ice cold the entire stay (despite complaining about it)

This is a regular stay for us! We live the hotel location and the amenities including the shuttle!

It's a poorly maintained hotel — the facilities aren't well kept. For example, the play area had red ants and was almost impossible to stay in; the play equipment is old, and children couldn't really use it. The pool doesn't have a section for young children, since the hotel seems geared more toward adults than families. We were charged $35 per day for parking, which I found very expensive — especially since this wasn't disclosed to me when I made the reservation. The hotel is run-down and doesn't have good facilities for children, and the air conditioning was so noisy it kept us up at night.

The hotel was under construction which was not noted on their website. We were awoken to sawing directly outside our window.

It was humid and stuffy in the hallways, the pool area looked a bit dated and old. The bus transportation to and from the hotel to the parks wasn’t reliable at all! Even though I made a reservation each day, it didn’t always show up!
