Very clean rooms, extremely friendly staff, would definitely go again

The room had a very unpleasant odor and looked nothing like the pictures shown online. Furthermore, the toilet overflowed every single time it was used, which was highly unsanitary. We were also charged heavy resort fees and taxes despite not using any of the hotel facilities. Given these unacceptable conditions, we request a partial refund of our stay, specifically the resort fees and taxes that were charged. Unfortunately, this was a deeply disappointing experience, and we look forward to your prompt response regarding this matter."

Location friendly staff and wonderful room Nothing

The pool was set to a really nice temperature, felt so good swimming in it love that it opens early , room was really clean well maintained nice helpful staff ! Definitely coming back !

Breakfast staff was great! Clean room. Hallway saw a large “palmetto” bug, wasn’t too happy about that

The service, facility, room and complimentary breakfast was excellent. All staff were fantastic. My partner is in a wheelchair and this place you cannot fault with access. Our bed was very soft and so were the pillows, need to be more firm.

The employees made my staff wonderful. My room suite was nice. We could use a little updating cosmetic repairs. Update the room at bit. Our refrigerator in the room needed some repair of the door and was pretty marked up on his face. Overall, the room was nice, but again needed a few repairs/improvements. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Exceptional

We stayed here for one night based on location and availability. The hotel itself is clean and centrally located. I was messaged thru Expedia to check in on my Hilton app if I was a member, which I am, so I did. Upon arrival to the hotel, we stopped at the front desk for our free cookies at my daughter’s request. The clerk was very curt, was seemingly annoyed I checked in on the app, and still made us go thru the whole check in process. At one point my daughter said, I don’t really need the cookie anymore. As we left in the morning, we were greeted by a relentless saleswoman to book another stay. This seems to be a theme at a lot of the hotels now in the area, and it’s not great. After we checked out I saw the hotel had charged me nearly $400 even though the room was prepaid. After a 20 minute phone call I was basically told it was an error and I’d have it back in 3-5 business days. Certainly not ideal on vacation to have funds tied up. I don’t think we’ll be returning back anytime soon. And if we do, we’ll skip the cookie.

The room smelled like mildew The shower knob fell off and leaked our entire stay and most of our showers were with cold water because there was no hot water. On a positive note the staff was wonderful

Everyone was so helpful especially Normarie on the front desk. Would recommend highly. Room was perfect for us and housekeeping were so kind. Thank you - Charlie Ashwell
