There could have been more sweet items at the breakfast.

The rooms could definitely use some updating and maintenance. We had to change rooms twice due to broken showers and AC. Breakfast was good, but not much variety. The photos of the rooms and Starbucks do not accurately represent the hotel. However, the staff was very helpful, the pool and hot tub were nice, and there was a shuttle to Disney parks. This location has good proximity to shopping, food, and parks and meets basic needs for a decent overnight stay. Good budget option, but if you want a nicer, more memorable option for your trip, I’d look elsewhere.

Breakfast excellent...housekeeping excellent....just hate when the sports teams are around during this time of yr...lobby/pool always crowded and noisey

The room and the bathroom are not in a very well maintained. Very disappointed from the last time I was at the same hotel. The shower had main problems to open and close and not working well in the bathroom and the rooms had a strong smell of wet stuff. Not happy at all.

This hotel really needs an update, quite run down and smell is unpleasant.

Room service was excellent. Breakfast buffet winds down about 8:3O and shuts down promptly at 9;30am. Transoportation is available to some parks in the area so check first. Drivers did not always know english. Be careful to get on bus for Marriott village. Wish there had been water available for guests. We had to pay $6-$8 for one water bottle!

My overall experience was great the location was great they had free breakfast and a shuttle but I didn’t use the shuttle just caught Ubers they were very cheap overall I would stay again

On leaving, the complimentary iced water was empty. Having stayed @ a Marriott chain before, perhaps I was expecting more. Preferred to utilize the neighboring Courtyard (Marriott) Bistro-Starbucks for our food & drinks.

A couple things that I would suggest to the staff and management. Antibacterial pump stations all throughout the breakfast area. When it’s crowded, it’s hard to watch all the finger licking and booger picking happening at the buffet line…lol. Also, a second toaster with a second bread tray to the left side of that buffet bar would be amazing. There was often a 20 to 30 minute wait just to get a bagel and have it toasted. Those are nitpicky suggestions from a happy returning customer. The staff is amazing in all three of the hotels here and the location is perfect.

The bathroom had hair left behind, the bathtub was visibly stained, and the windows were covered with green buildup that made them look dirty. In addition, the hallway leading to the rooms had an unpleasant odor- a mix of strong air freshener and a bathroom smell. Overall, the stay was okay, but the level of cleanliness did not meet the standards I would expect from a Marriott property.

If I could give it less than a star I would and I literally have never said that before. Checking in on the 4th of July, I get that it’s a holiday, but there were issues with my booking so instead of using online available prices they charged me $200 which was about $100 more than the online booking price. I was supposed to stay for 9 days and checked out immediately the next morning. There was mold on the picture frame above the bed, the bathtub… when I ran it, turned the water brown from the nastiness of the tub. The window sills no exaggeration were black from quite literally never being cleaned. Cobwebs hung from the ceiling. When they let us out of the 8 days because they clearly knew how bad it was they wouldn’t even refund a penny for the awful few hours spent at the hotel because it was a holiday (I got in late due to delayed flight so checked in around midnight checked out at 8am). Save yourself the money and arguments and find a different place to stay.

Very close to Outlet stores and restaurants. Hot Breakfast was basic although good and people at property very helpful!
