Would not stay here ever again. Staff is rude and unpleasant to interact with. Hidden resort fees, very old and outdated rooms. Dirty pool.

It was great stay

Rooms were clean and room service did a great job everyday. The pool was fantastic.

The check-in process was easy. Our room was cleaned with new towels daily. The shower had some grout stains. We spent a day at the pool and they had activities every hour for the kids. My daughter loved it !! Such a great day.

Overall we were happy here! My only complaint is that there were a few little crumbs underneath the mattress by the headboard by the box spring seam. ( I always check for bedbugs when I stay in hotels…there were no critters in our room which was a relief!). Oh, and there was a ring in the toilet ( where the water typically fills to), which wasn’t horrible but other than these two minor things everything was great. The room was spacious and nice, which was a pleasant surprise for the price. We didn’t visit any other areas at the hotel, like the pool or arcade. I would stay there again :)

The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the attention to detail throughout the property. The breakfast was fresh and offered a great variety of options.

The room was spacious and clean. Traveling with three kids, so the bunk beds were a must. After a long day at the water park, the laundry self service was very helpful for our suits and towels. The front desk was very friendly and wonderful. And alot food options in the area.

Nice place

Great location for Disney walkable to some restaurants. Room was spacious and clean. Balcony overlooking pool was great in the evenings. Reception staff and bar staff were welcoming. Plenty amenities for kids albeit we didn't have any with us.

Won't be going back here. I'll stay at the Holiday Inn at Maingate Lane since they were very nice and treated us with respect.
