One of the bell staff was a little rude but most of them were nice and suoer helpful!!! We only stayed for one night but overall the visit was good.

Everything but especially the staff. Friendly and professional.

We went to the café every morning and everything was clean, and the food and coffee wonderful and the staff was excellent. We went to the little restaurant/bar and had the most delightful waitress on our last night.

At check-in, I specifically asked for a quiet room since I was traveling alone and I didn’t have any children with me. And the lady looked at me and said sure I’ll put you here this room and she showed me on the map and I said OK sure sounds quiet, but she was showing me that it was next to the Staff closet and promptly at 8 AM. The door started slamming. It was so loud. It sounded like a bomb going off. I’m out every 20 minutes. They must’ve been in the laundry room. Definitely check on the map when they show you a quiet room. It was very disturbing and not quiet at all. I even put the do not disturb on my door they had to have seen somebody who was sleeping there ….. it was worse the night before I couldn’t get my car out of valet to get my phone charger and I missed my reservations at Disney. I was hoping for just a nice quiet night to sleep in but I was given a very loud room by the workers, but yeah, I was set up to fail. I’ve been planning this trip for a few months. It was really special to me to have a night there, but it didn’t work out.

Excellent hotel, helpful staff and prime location

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Pool area was lovely and peaceful. Bus company that they use to get guests to and from Disney was great. My biggest complaint was the cost of food in the restaurants and mini mart. I know that the hotel has a captive audience and these prices are usually higher than those not in hotels. However, these prices were excessive. The item that finally broke me was the $12.00 glass of cranberry juice at breakfast! Unfortunately there are not other breakfast options nearby, so be warned and budget for those prices.

This hotel was an absolute disaster from start to finish. If you are travelling on a foreign country, do not pay this hotel at check-in. Ensure you completely pre-pay it in advance through whatever booking app you are using. I attended this hotel for 14 nights for a conference, and unfortunately I made the terrible choice to pay in the hotels currency at check-in, that was my mistake as I never do that and for good reason. At check-in I was charged in hotel currency of US dollars, unknowingly paying a 20% markup from the quoted currency rate on Google - this meant that I paid an additional AU$700 on my booking. To add insult to injury, I had a letter slipped under my door on my last night saying I needed to go to front desk to settle extra charges. When I went to front desk I was delightfully told that they’d mis-charged me and they had to take an extra night payment from me - totalling $400AUD. Sick of how ridiculous this hotel had been cost wise I fought it and managed to come to an agreement with the front desk manager but it upset me to no end. This hotel was extremely expensive and absolutely not worth what they charge. I had to change rooms three times when I checked in to get something that I felt was even remotely in the same realm as the cost per night. Most rooms were rundown, tired and boring, I saw a few of them because I had to attend conference members rooms for meetings. I will never come back to this hotel. The housekeeping staff were amazing though.

Great location, walk to Disney Springs. Nice pool area. Fitness center had a number of their equiptment out of order, but otherwise facilities were clean and staff was helpful. Breakfast in the main street market was inedible. The sausage in the breakfast bowl was hard as hockey pucks, powdered eggs and hammered potatoes for $15. Staff did “make it right” by crediting me the breakfast cost towards parking, which I appreciated. I would stay here again.
