Great staff

It was very nice. I was sat and then The breakfast staff that I had was not very attentive. I had to ask if I was to go to the buffet, had to ask for coffee. The rest was nice. I wish there was paper forms of the amenities and food services in the room. Phone was difficult to read.

Also, sound like complaining but several Hilton Vacation Agents or staff were too busy stopping to ask guests how stay was going, but directly lead into some Hilton vacation club or membership which was hard to follow!! This happened not only in lobby area but pool area also! Only stayed for two nights this time but was approached three different times by different agents! Just set up a booth in the lobby and let guests inquire on their own!

Really loved this hotel and will stay again, all staff friendly and helpful, nice room, great shop, bar, pool and the location for Disney springs was perfect

Superb

Be aware if using the complimentary bus service to MK. The bus drops you at TTC, not MK. We planned on arriving for rope drop and missed it because of the added time at TTC (security lines, waiting on ferry), then security at MK. Not a big deal if you plan accordingly and certainly not a reason to stay elsewhere.

I like everything, the gym great the room the arcade the staff,only the valet parking I think is a little bit expensive.

Amazing staff and very knowledgeable and helpful

The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect. It's so convenient to be able to walk to the downtown Disney area. Our room was also fantastic with a great view and it was nice and big, giving us plenty of room. Overall, a perfect 10!

I stayed there for 1 night and it everything was good. Very nice and helpful personnel. Clean.

Options for food and quick service market. Appears clean and open-space. Some finer details could be improved. For example the hinges on the cabinet for fridge could use replacement. The faucet handle in shower needs a tune up.

Room was clean and tidy. Bathroom fan was a little noisy but other than that it was an overall excellent stay.

When we checked in, the clerk told us that we had a $50 food credit for any restaurant on the property save Benihana. Because of that, we selected one of those restaurants for a breakfast, we would not have otherwise done so. $90 of food later we were not given the credit. Really disappointing.

The only bad thing I would say was that the key card wouldn’t work on the kiosk to let us out of the parking lot. We had to call for help every time we left or came back to the hotel.

Everything was great

Very walkable to Disney springs The rooms seem dated/damp. Towel fixtures were in the shower. Poor customer service at the front desk. Room had dirty coffee cups in them.

Our stay was fine, room was clean and the hotel is conveniently located. However, the $41 resort fee is ridiculous (seeing as this is not a resort) and overnight parking fee is $38 per night!! Also, the gate was broken. We had to continuously call for assistance and sometimes it got backed up with a few cars. The gate did not work once during our trip.
