Any time I had an issue, they were happy to help where they could. The hotel itself was unfortunately very run down and clearly poorly maintained, however. My room had an roach on my last day, the bathroom was completely water damaged, and it looked like the carpeting hadn't been replaced in years.

Wifi wasn’t working, iron leaked all over clothes, sofa bed was in very poor condition.

It was very comfortable, and the location was great for what we were doing. Walkable to Disney Springs, and shuttles to and from the other Disney Parks. On the morning we left, we noticed there were tiny ants all over the counter/desk area by the television in the room, even though we didn't have any food out. We told housekeeping and the front desk, but since we were leaving that morning I don't know if it was resolved or not.

The property is well maintained, room is outdated and needs the carpet to be replaced, the shower is absolutely amazing and clean. Our bottle of conditioner was empty and room needs better lighting.

My husband and I love this property. However the bath/rooms are showing age and are in need of updating. Location is amazing and the staff are all very helpful!

Air conditioning needs be able to turn below 68 degrees. I was in the 10th floor and it was still a little hot at night.

Good location, beautiful pool and very relaxing atmosphere! Not anyone’s fault but coming home at 1:45am after spending all night at the parks it was a bummer to make it all the way to our room to learn the battery in the doors sensor had died and we were locked out.

Very old, and no maintenance at all. Bathroom door couldn’t open from inside. I had to call my wife to open it for me from outside.

Solid reliable large hotel. Staff are friendly and try to make it earn a welcoming but it’s all grey concrete and fairly monolithic in design, like a giant conference hotel. It’s a little old in places but not tattered. But tbh you’re not there for the hotel features, you’re there for Disney. It’s close to parks and Disney springs is short walk. I complaints.
