Very old, and no maintenance at all. Bathroom door couldn’t open from inside. I had to call my wife to open it for me from outside.

Solid reliable large hotel. Staff are friendly and try to make it earn a welcoming but it’s all grey concrete and fairly monolithic in design, like a giant conference hotel. It’s a little old in places but not tattered. But tbh you’re not there for the hotel features, you’re there for Disney. It’s close to parks and Disney springs is short walk. I complaints.

The only employee Jenifer who works on the night shift, she helped to change the rooms due to flea findings A LOT! There were fleas in our room! I got bitten by them!!! That’s why we requested to change room at midnight!! Smell of mold!!! Horrible !! Water did not go away after washing hands!

We had such a fun and enjoyable stay with our family! The staff was lovely, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout our visit. We truly appreciated the wonderful hospitality and service, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for making our family getaway such a pleasant experience.
