My family and I stayed here for a weekend. The staff were amazing, we have an emergency and they managed to guide and take care of us all the way to the end of our stay. The restaurant and the property is also amazing. Had a wonderful stay here.

Amazing views of Disney springs! Loved the early entry into the parks and courtesy shuttle to and from. Lazy River was nice to have too. Booked through Expedia and got an amazing deal.

Other than the room, the hotel was nice

The room was amazing and the staff was very kind and helpful. My only complaints are that the bar food/drinks were INSANELY over priced and took forever, but I understand it was 4th of July weekend so it was probably busier than usual. I loved all the amenities, the pool could have been cleaner though. Lots of hair and sand. Also tubes for the lazy river were very hard to come by. A DJ also would come out in the afternoon and played music VERY loud, which was not very relaxing. We still enjoyed our stay but definitely would not come back when it’s that busy. We had a good time but it was not as relaxing as we were hoping. I recommend not coming near a holiday and bringing your own tubes/food to save money.

The lobby and market area downstairs, where guests sit to eat, was dirty. No one was cleaning the tables, which made the area look unkempt. Security also needs to be more attentive. Kids were running around without any parental supervision, creating a chaotic environment. The pool was extremely crowded, and there were never any chairs available. Many guests reserved chairs for the entire day without using them, which wasn’t fair to others. During my two-day stay, I never had the chance to enjoy the pool because there was nowhere to sit. I understand it’s summertime and the hotel is busy, but I believe these issues could be managed much better to provide a more enjoyable experience for all guests.

We had an excellent stay over the 4th of July weekend. The staff was excellent, particularly Luke, he was so nice and a joy to work with. Food was great at Letterpress and everyone we encountered was spectacular.

I’d say to stay away from this property on a holiday weekend. It was impossible to get a chair at the pool unless he woke up super early in the morning. The room had an odor and needed some updating, but overall, this is a solid option if you like being walking distance to Disney Springs.

So we went to their hotel, spent money drinking all day and had dinner at their pool.

Good place
-
We reserved a non-smoking room, but as soon as you opened the door to the room you could tell that smokers inhabited the space. Also, people a few doors down were smoking pot and it was quite strong. I don't know that the hotel had the staff the people they needed this past weekend to put forth their best efforts. The pool was slimy and the water was not clear and clean, but the hotel staff did try to control this by shutting the pool down later in the day so that the water could go through several cleaning cycles.

It was very expensive. $6000 for 2 rooms for a week. The hallways were dirty

Nice experience

When arriving they did not have the room we booked which was the pool view. Had to settle for a different view. After getting assigned a room the AC did not work and had to get a technician to repair. Room did not get cleaned for 2 days in a row. Front desk assured me that they would correct the issue and never did. Housekeeping inbthe room was poor. I would hate to relive the stay by explaining the it all over again. To make a long story short the stay here was very disappointing.
-
The only downside was the long walk with our luggage to the island building. Other than that, it was a good place to stay.
-
I love this hotel! There is a walkway to Disney springs and only takes about 5-10 minutes walking! It’s in a great location and booking the shuttles to the parks was great.
-
Great and helpful staff, beautiful facilities. However, showing their age. The hotel was last renovated per staff in twenty fifteen. It is definitely due for a renovation. The public areas such as the pool are definitely rundown with missing tiles,. The room itself continued to be very humid, even though we did not keep the sliding.Door to the balcony open. In addition, the complementary transportation walled through a third party vendor leaves a lot to be desired.

All good!
