Rapid response It was too cold throughout the building

They upgraded me & my wife to a better room. Very nice!

Everything was great. Had some key lock issues but was resolved

Things that could be improved would probably be cleanliness around the hotel. It’s clean but it could be better. You can tell it doesn’t get a deep clean, not just the rooms but around the hotel as well. I think if the hotel was cleaner I would have gave it a higher rating. Other than that the hotel stay was good. The location is great bc we were able to walk to Disney springs or hop in the car to go to the outlet mall which was about 12 minutes away.

Great location, great pool and big rooms. Located close to Disney Springs and very clean

Very clean and loved the pool area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Requests at the front desk were delivered promptly. Not having free coffee, tea and ice water in the lobby.

Exceptional

We’ve stayed here many times before and we love it. It’s so close to Disney Springs and the staff is always so friendly. The rooms are a little outdated, but clean. We love the pool and lazy river. Something very minor that we’d love to see would be QR codes on the pool chairs to order food/drinks. Only because it was sometimes hard to track down someone once we opened a tab and waited a while for them to come back and close us out. The market has good food and drink options and is open pretty late. All in all, such a great a hotel that we keep going back to.

Excellent experience from check in to check out during our 3 night stay! Treated us like royalty. Stellar customer service makes up for the subpar/ slightly outdated rooms. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile, went above and beyond to assist us and left an amazing impression. Valet, Check in Hostess, Housekeepers, Bartenders and Pool Attendants, Pool Chef. Man! We’ve been all smiles for the past four days. Thank you to all parties involved!
