My family has stayed at this hotel before and it does not disappoint. Location is excellent and we walked to disney springs for dinner. I would recommend this hotel.

The rooms felt old and damp. The air conditioning was week and barely kept the room cool.

I love this hotel and stay there when I come to the Disney area. The staff is always so helpful. Gio was great during the check-in process.

No valet parking. If you stay in the tower there is no entrance close to parking lot.

The staff was wonderful, and Ramona at the Oasis is exceptional! However, I wish the shower situation were improved. The shower and tub were peeling, and the water temperature was inconsistent; it would either fail to stay hot or become too hot to tolerate.

Staff was helpful and very knowledgeable. Did wish the pool would stay open a bit longer compared to the neighboring hotels.

Great location, pool and the bar area was phenomenal. The servers and bartenders were super nice. Clean rooms, quite and relaxing. Another great perk was the shuttle bus always a 10☆ we will be returning on future trips as we always do.
