Disappointing

free shuttles to and from disneyworld. short walk to disney springs. easy to drive near the attractions. Clean but outdated. The cleaning staff were non-stop knocking on our door 45 minutes before the check-out time. That behavior is very rude given that I paid for the room until the check-out time. Dark and outdated rooms; No microwave. Weird layout for the parking. 30usd parking per night.

Always a great stay

Everytime we book there are always additional charges upon check in. I personally called and spoke with different people since booking to make sure there weren't gonna be any this time as we usually fly in and stay at this location each time before disney. I was told about just security deposit of 36$ but when checked in there was again discrepancy there was a75$ charge and some additional of 12$ also i specifically requested for disney springs view yet barely had any disney springs view or high floor. The first time we stayed in 2022 everything was good however it has been a downhill every time after that.

This hotel was great for both value and location. Literally 5 minute walk to Disney springs. They also offer shuttles to the parks. We loved the pool and sprinklers as well as the food and drinks by the pool. The kids also really enjoyed the arcade. Thanks for a great stay! We will definitely keep you in mind for future trips!

Great stay! Clean room in the tower. Great amenities and we loved the short walking distance to Disney Springs. Very comfortable beds and a Joffreys in the lobby. Staff were all very nice. And the restaurant by the pool had good food and drinks. We look forward to returning.

I always stay here when I come to Disney World. I love how convenient it is to Disney Springs and how nice the property is.

The breakfast buffet was ehhh at best and as with any Disney area attraction nothing is cheap. I loved that I was able to walk to Disney springs it made things easy.

I've stayed here many times (probably 9-10 times) but only in the tower one other time. The tower rooms are much nicer and better maintained than the regular non-tower rooms which could use some much-needed TLC. I gave the hotel a 5 star review due to the tower location, great staff at reception/check-in and our upgrade. The hotel is conveniently located next to Disney Springs (a very short unobstructed walk). This has become one of my favorite places to stay due to its location and amenities including shuttles to different parks throughout the day. It does require registering for a space on the shuttle bus but it is extremely simple and the shuttles run on time and frequently.

We received an upgraded resort view room as well.

Hotel was very clean and well-appointed. Very easy to get to Disney Parks, particularly with the complimentary shuttle and early park access. Walking distance to Disney Springs. Exceptional value. The pool area was very average, in need of an update to match the rest of the hotel.
