It’s all about the location, all staff is helpful. The free drinks at the bar is really nice. Easy to catch the theme park and also shopping at Disney Springs !!! Everything seems good, but we found a couple of socks. I don’t know if someone left it or whom inside the room. Please tell the housemate double check again every day!!

Location to Disney Village, I have called it Disney village for 46 yrs, came here in 1980 for my honeymoon. $27 a day car parking, we are paying for my room, parking should be included, price is scandalous.

Location to parks and friendly staff No dislikes at all

Great staff, property and room. Comfortable and quiet on my floor. Loved the pool and hot tube.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed. We liked that parking was included with our room and the pricing was great. We didn't like that there weren't many luggage carts available and that we had to ask bell hop to use the carts. They even told me they had to come with me. It felt a little like a money grab when I feel that most other hotels I have stayed at have open access to these.

How Disney spring was a 5 min walk and the hotel next door had a hibachi restaurant inside I got a welcome drink upon arrival (tequila sunrise) I even asked what’s in it before drinking and 30 mins later I had a severe allergic reaction. And the all in one vending machine was out of Order. When I asked the staff for help when they could see the very visible swelling of my face. They told me to either walk or order medicine online to have it delivered bc they could’ve give me medicine they had. When I told them the order would take an hour an 30 and I was actively still swelling they didn’t provide any other help or compensation for the 2 1/2 days my face was swollen. It really ruined my whole trip honestly. And the lack of empathy was very disappointing. Definitely won’t be coming back or trusting another welcome drink from here again bc they obviously cross contaminated things or the ingredients written down was just for show. And the only things I’m allergic to is watermelon and bananas. The only thing about this hotel that was good in my opinion is the free cookie hour, coloring table, and pool (dedicated for kids) if you don’t wanna get your hair completely wet this pool isn’t for you lol.

Pretty outdated with no smart tv or Apple Pay. Tv had no connection for the weekend and the toilet would stay running all night. Buses and early entry were definitely a good amenity.

Great location and service. Everyone was so friendly. It’s literally the best experience on a budget. Closest you will get to staying at am actual Disney hotel. Loved taking the free bus to the parks everyday. N/A

Loved how close it was to Disney springs and the shuttles were great! How damp the room felt and smelt.

Breakfast should be included in the room price. Parking should also be included. Breakfast lacks a wide variety. Parking is free in most of the hotels.
