The hotel was nice, but beware they will tack on an extra $200 to your credit card and not take it off. Will not be standing here ever again or Holiday Inn

amenities and locations.

The staff was so nice and accommodating. Cant say enough good things about them. They saw that were were overheated and gave us water bottles. 2 complementary free drinks at the bar. The bar food was good. We had the club wrap and fries. Good portions. Fries were crispy and nicely seasoned. The room was big and clean. The bed was comfy which felt incredible after a long day of walking. And when we couldn't walk anymore, we went back to the room to relax and watch the Disney fireworks which were about 3-4 miles away. They lasted longer than I expected. Overall, I would book again. Great price about 15 minutes to Disney world and super close to Disney Springs to shop. I wish we would have used the pool, though, but we packed our itinerary too full. Next time!

Okay hotel for a short stay or budget friendly trip.

Area was good/close to Disney Springs It shows its age, the pool area was old and showed it. The costs of food was OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE !!!! There was a huge lack of items (snacks/drinks etc ). Very little choice. The carpets in rooms were not very clean, needs a redo.

Overall the stay was great, very close to disney springs! housekeeping staff wasn’t as helpful, we asked for new towels, they said they would give us come and never came back.

Shuttle to Disney parks.was very convenient. Uber for grocery was good. Taxi to outlet park, gatorland, ksc and Disney Springs affordable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Quite an old hotel, staff friendly, but the building is tired. Great location for Disney Springs.

Great stay!!

The location of the hotel was perfect getting to and from the airport, water parks, Disney springs and all of the Disney park. We found the shuttles buses too and from the park easy to book and never had issues getting on. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Orlando and the Disney resort area.
