Renaissance Orlando Resort – Disney Springs® Area

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for several days while we were visiting Disney World. We LOVED this hotel!! The room was beautiful (blue striped ceilings with yellow scalloped headboards)! 😍 The AC in the room was good and the bathroom was large. The overall decor of the hotel was beautiful - we just loved it! The staff was very friendly, especially the valet staff and the coffee/food bar evening worker (we loved her as she was so nice and accommodating). The free transportation to Disney was easy to book on an app and reliable and the drivers were so friendly! And the location for this hotel was central to everything Disney and completely within walking distance of Disney Springs. Overall, we were extremely pleased with this hotel and found it a GREAT value for everything offered. The only negative was the AC in the lobby area was not working well

The property was beautiful and the rooms were spotless and so spacious. The bar/restaurant was also excellent. The staff were so friendly and the breakfast included was definitely a bonus. We were also given drinks tokens to be used at the bar/pool bar which we weren’t expecting. The shuttle bus to the parks was prompt at the hotel and at the parks. N/A

It was a nice clean hotel. The staff was really helpful, especially with figuring out the park transportation. Would definitely stay here again and recommend for a affordable Disney stay

This hotel is nice and near amenities. It has a very nice restaurant and seems pretty clean and pleasant. However, a member of the staff tried to open our door in the morning, when the door stopped against the bar latch, they tried it again. It was a startling and shocking event. When I looked out the door, no one was around. The desk said they do a lock interrogation and let us know. Then we got apology.

We stayed at another hotel in this area before so I will make some comparisons. Shuttle service was great and definitely worth it for anyone visiting Disney theme parks (tip, if you are visiting the water park, you simply need to get to the closest disney park then take another shuttle to the water park- all disney shuttles /monorail/sky rail are free once you are on the property). The little grab and go spot with pizza and Starbucks coffee was good but the offerings were limited compared to other hotels in the area. Also the pool was underwhelming, the other hotel in the area offered a way better pool experience for the kids. The rooms were great, and a bit better than the other hotels. But unfortunately considering all the amenities and rooms, this hotel came a bit under the other ones in the area. Breakfast restaurants was good and I believe the kids were free but the adult price made up for it lol. I would stay here again but for the same price I would probably go to the other hotel in the area.

DISAPPOINTED. We would always stay at this Resort when it was called the B Resort. Apparently, it is now called the Renaissance Hotel. What a disappointment. To begin, Air conditioning was not working, room was at 75 we called it and was advised it was fix and would be as cold as 60 degrees. It did not go below 73 degrees and it was hot and muggy. Room service never came to do beds. We called and asked and was advised they do not like to bother. Every hotel offers room service unless you have do not disturb hung on door.In addition, Pillows l, beddings, were terrible! Felt like we were sleeping on paper bags. Lobby was unbearably hot. For spending $500 for two nights, expected a much better outcome.

Staff were great, they went out of their way to solve each problem we encountered. Unexpected bill at the end of they stay. Paying for a balcony but the sliding glass doors to balcony are locked - useless balcony.

Staff was very friendly. Location was great (walking distance to Disney Springs). The glass elevator for the higher floors was pretty neat (and we liked the express aspect). Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. And the theme was cute and cozy but still chic. Everything was great.

The staff were so nice and welcoming from the valet, to the bartender. They made us feel like home. In this alone I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be back for future Disney trips!
