SpringHill Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista Marriott Village

Breakfast was good, enough food, not the best quality, but acceptable. The room was confortable, the cleaning of the room was not appropriate, we weren't sure if they will come everyday to clean, when we asked we were getting different answers, one day we found the trash in the middle od the room ... in the end they told as we have to ask if we want them to come every day to clean, was a bit confusing ...

I liked the location. The rooms need an update. The shower is very outdated. The air conditioner unit is extremely outdated and was horrible. It was loud and rattled. For a Marriott property this is extremely disappointing.

Exceptional

It was perfect thank you so much!

Superb

The staff at this property is top notch in my opinion. I believe Nadine deserves a raise she really helped me out and made my stay a lot better.

Very good

The location was perfect The breakfast area was so overcrowded and under cared for you couldn’t get food. We left and went somewhere

The location and easy access to shops and restaurants

The rooms were clean and nice. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was good.

The staff A/c was not working and a person was sent to repair it but it was 12am. We needed to request another room since we were tired and they gave us a handycap room with a hospital shower that smelled very bad and the water got over all the bathroom each time we took a shower. The rooms looked very old and they didn’t smell good

Exceptional

Passable

Very good

Everything was good. I did not like that they only had few shuttles available to go to the parks, ithought they had one every hour or somehting like that.

Exceptional

Love staying here. I stay here every year

Every thing was great and I would go back.

The staff and the accommodations were great!!

We visited on Aug and it was always raining after 5pm. They would close the pool when it was raining. Front desk ladies were so helpful and welcoming. I just have a few things in mind but its not a big deal. For example for breakfast, sometimes they have breakfast potatoes but some days they dont. One of our mattreses in our room was hard and dented like it was super used. Lastly, like I said I couldnt use the pool cause it was always raining when we got back to our hotel but its not their fault
