Buen hotel, comodo, tranquilo y con una buena localización.

It was terrible, we didn't get the room we booked, the room they gave us the sliding door didn't open. Then second room wasn't what we purchased online. Beds were terrible as well, over all not good experience for a staycation. I we like a refund!!!!

I’ll never stay here again

Stains, trash, rips, dirty, musty smells. It's 90 degrees and 100% humidity in all of the hallways and elevators. Our AC was broken and we had to wait an hour for them to fix it at 11:30pm. There are a total of 15 lounge chairs around the pool so good luck in the summer.

The breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. However, the rooms and the overall cleanliness were terrible. I travel to Orlando frequently, and this is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was not properly cleaned, and the condition of the hotel was very disappointing. I would not stay here again.

My daughter and myself we get a allergy I was looking for ice as well. Couple floor I can’t find.

If you're visiting any Orlando theme park, this is the place to stay. Clean, comfortable, conveniently located - and with breakfast included, let's just say that our nightly stay was close to being as expensive as the same as the cost of the breakfast buffet at some of the higher up hotel stays!

Great hotel with pool in a convenient location near parks. Short drive to outlets and benefits from restaurants nearby. The lack of pavements (sidewalks) and crossings make it a challenge to reach some! Mexatacos is excellent across the road. We stayed a few days on a major World Cup road trip and would recommend this location.

This hotel was amazing, location close to Disney and the parks definitely will be coming back.

Everything’s great

I loved this hotel! It was ideal for my family and I to stay in, the rooms were clean and smelled good, it was a very short drive to the disney parks. Lots of restaurant options, they also have dining options, the amenities were top tier even if you just wanted to be there for a weekend getaway, it’s perfect to just relax, I felt safe knowing the the property had cameras and they are a gated property! 10/10 I will be visiting again.

AC unit is also from 1960, wall unit every time he starts it’s like 200 dB of noise Breakfast is average like every other buffet nothing fancy They charge $25 for parking which is annoying and also a $5 tourist fee this is typical Orlando charging everywhere they can.
