Very clean & professional. The toilet was a little messed up & the fridge barely kept anything cold.

En general, el Hotel es muy bueno las instalaciones están en muy buenas condiciones muy limpio tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda, la personas son atentas el 95 % de las personas que trabajan ahí. Lo único malo es que ya se pusieron como los otros hoteles a los alrededores que cobran por el estacionamiento cobran 20 $ por noche cada carro ya eso me va a ser reconsiderar buscar otras opciones a la hora de viajar a Orlando que lo hago cada mes con mis hijos

Room was outdated, they charge for parking per day, room smelled humidity, towels had stains, sketchy location and ROOMS DID NOT LOOK LIKE PICTURES!

Also the drawer where the TV sit on was almost impossible to open.

The manager was amazing and very helpful. The room was very clean and tidy. However, I noticed that the bed sheets were not changed daily. The hotel was also in a very convenient location, with easy access to all the Disney parks, I would give the breakfast 5 stars! The female chef was very friendly and lovely. She kept asking us if we needed anything else. One day, she even made a special breakfast for my son — waffles. It was a lovely touch, and we really appreciated it. The only thing we didn't like was the attitude of the male receptionist on the night shift. After the issue we had during check-in, he seemed to ignore us whenever we were coming in or going out of the hotel, which was disappointing. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. we had a good stay overall.

Everything Nothing to complain about

My stay was great. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the bar and the other amenities. Staff were kind and efficient during the check in and out process. Additional staff were kind in greeting us and other customers as well as answering all questions about the property. 12pm check out was a plus.

Perfect for a night or two if coming into Orlando late and checkin in the next days! Will be back!

Great hotel, good location, and very clean. Two complaints, $20.00 a night for parking and the pool area is only open until 9 pm. Why have the pool area lit up all night if you can’t use it? Other than that the hotel is great!
