The manager was great with solving a minor issue with my card. Along with complementing me with bar drinks. The staff was great friendly and outgoing. The breakfast bar was great food was fantastic. Especially the grits omg delicious not your standard breakfast at a hotel. The room was clean and super comfortable. The location was everything being surrounded with all attractions and if had to uber prices were really cheap. Bars and plenty of restaurants in the area walking distance. And wow even a hooters lol haven’t seen one in over a decade. Definitely rate this place 10/10 and I will be back very soon with the family. Unfortunately this time was a meeeee time. Pool area and gym was even great. I will definitely make this my place to be. Loved it here.

Hotel is up kept and the staff were very polite. However, they cater to animals and it should be mentioned in the hotel info. I saw pitbulls coming out of rooms and other smaller dogs.

Our stay at Crowne Plaza was a great experience. The hotel facilities were well maintained, making our stay very comfortable. We had a great night’s sleep, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I have been to the hotel a few times over the years, but the changes to the facilities are a nice improvement. The lobby, bar area and pool are very modern and are both encouraging and comfortable. Our room was very nice and clean. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is minutes from Disney Springs and only about 9 miles to City Walk, which includes many diverse restaurants with a few minutes of the hotel. We were especially impressed by the front desk staff, JoJo, Anaya, Teresa and John. They were all extremely pleasant, professional, friendly and helpful. We were also impressed with Jairo, who is one of bartenders and who also displayed the same characteristics as the folks at the front desk. We were also a little disappointed that a specific wine that was listed on the website was not available at the bar. Overall though, we had a nice time, mostly due to the staff and their sincere concern over any minor issues we encountered. We plan to visit again in the near future.

Tv didn’t work, staff came to fix it but the problem continued. Breakfast isn’t worth what they charge, the same items are offered day after day and not restocked very well. Seating can be limited due do tables being left dirty. The bed was beyond worn out, it leaned to one side so I kept feeling like I was falling out. The shower didn’t drain right and the hot/cold was backwards on the sink and I got burned by the hot water. The balcony was nice but even with 3 locking mechanisms, it still didn’t lock-all 3 were broken. Things happen, I get it but this seemed like a lot to me for a 3 night stay. I would not stay again.

The location was great the amenities were as promised and the rooms were not that bad ! The communication. I felt lied to they have hidden fees so be prepared to pay at least an extra 100 dollars and parking fee for no extra security

They offer two drinks, very kind workers. In the bathroom the sink and shower water pressure was very poor there was barely any water coming out of the faucet
