Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista

Breakfast was ok, clean rooms, nice space in the room. The only thing for me, was the bed that was to soft. But it has a great location, 8 -12 min from Disney Parks, also the staff is efficient and kind! Just the bed was way too soft for me.

I stayed at this hotel about 6 months ago and it was bad, I gave them a second try and it was still horrible. I will not be coming back. It was disgusting. —hair on towels —hair in shower —floor felt wet and nasty —there was a white spot that looks like vomit —there was trash on the floor (did anyone clean this room) —the AC was terrible (set to cool on 61 and felt muggy and 80) —the ceiling looks like someone fell through it and they did a terrible patch job —I went to my car at 10pm and there were 2 people drinking and smoking weed next to mine. Overall, do not stay here. I will never be coming back to this hotel.

Breakfast was good, but room is okay and old….needs a renovation or new furnitures on fridge, TV stands…..staff was helpful and close to airport and Disney land

The staff was really nice. The room was clean and garbage was emptied out every day and restock on shampoo, conditioner and shower gel as needed. The only problem was the pool from the days we were there we only got to use the pool once, because 2 days in a row it was close. That was the only issue. Breakfast was good and the workers were so nice.

I think the staff during my stay was great, her name was Priya. She was super helpful and understanding with the issues we encountered during our stay.. However the conditions of the rooms we got were very poor for the brand Marriott. It was quite disappointing to see that even after paying this much for our stay the conditions of the bathrooms and the doors were not well set up. It was quite frustrating to have to deal with such issues when your travelling with family and choose to book a hotel thinking this will be good for the whole family to enjoy and be comfortable but that’s not what we experienced. Which is disappointing because when we’re coming from a different country the last thing you want to worry about is the hotel accommodation or the basic facilities inside the room. But we unfortunately had to worry about it and yes they moved us to a different room but we faced the same issue there with the main door not functioning properly when you try to lock it. So it was overall a very exhausting and frustrating experience.

The beds are really comfy the couch was nice I really enjoyed the breakfast The couch bed was very flimsy and was not comfortable at all we didn't even get to use it because how uncomfortable it was

The room and beds were comfortable, we were given a room on the fifth floor and had a partial view of the Epcot fireworks. The amenities and breakfast were great and local shops just outside the hotel made it easy for grabbing snacks on the go. Thank you for a wonderful stay that we won't forget!

Hotel bus to Disney property did not go to Disney springs- only the parks with a few time slots. Upgraded TV, but the sound did not get very loud.

The rooms were disguising, there was so much black mold and dirt we didn’t even feel clean using the bathroom. Our door to our room was broken and would not shut or open properly. We picked this hotel for the shuttles to and from the parks and they stopped the shuttles randomly at night and wouldn’t be picking up again for hour and 45 mins after the park had closed. Also when we pulled into the parking lots there was 4 or 5 sketchy people wandering the parking lot and I felt very uncomfortable leaving my car, seemed like there was no security. The only good thing was the breakfast staff they were super cheerful and nice. Oh also you would think since the hotel is 3 miles from the parks that there would be an option to login into Disney plus but no so don’t get your hopes up.

Staff very nice everything was clean . Breakfast was good but I prefer bacon instead of sausage.
