Hyatt Place Orlando/Lake Buena Vista

I have zero complaint. The manger Phillips was the best. So professional and eager to help with anything I brought to him. Best experience I have ever had at a hotel. Thank you Phillip.

Internet and TV not working in the rooms . Air conditioning makes a lot of noise and filters have not been changed for a long time. My kids got bitten by bugs as they slept The elevator is always over crowded This place may be over rated and do your research well

Stayed for 4 days. We asked for extra pillows, blankets and towels but they did not have enough. On our 3rd day we were out the whole day and when we returned to our room we noticed our things and bed were cleaned. We never asked for cleaning service. We don’t appreciate someone coming into our room without our permission.

Clean nice spacious rooms, breakfast was good , hotel was very nice in a very nice area convenient to everything . Front desk staff very welcoming and friendly . One small minor issue storm a few days earlier before my arrival knocked the satellite dish out and the tvs were not working in the rooms . I would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

Poor maintenance of facilities. Very much short-staffed. This is the worst Hyatt Place we had stayed at. Clogged up shower drain, had to change room after a few nights due to failed to fix shower drain. New room has toilet with leaking foul-smelling fluids. House-keeping cleaned room less than expected of every other day & did not provide enough bath & hand towels & wash cloths. Failed to drop off bath towel by runner as promised. WiFi & cable tv downed for at least twice. Facility is old & needs serious updates!!

I was only able to watch the TV one day due to problems with cable. Hopefully it's been taken care of by now.

This place was awesome. Great pool, great breakfast and in a very convenient location. Also the rooms were really nice and clean. The only small complaint i may have if any is the daily parking charge. Besides that, great place to stay at

The free breakfast had had both hot and cold items. The staff were very accommodating allowing me to check in earlier than the posted check in time.

Excellent but elevator wait during breakfast can take a while.

We booked this stay a month or two in advance and had a confirmed reservation for a room with sleeper sofa, king, bunks to sleep 5. After arrival and check in, we get to our room which Has no sleeper sofa. Front desk told me they recently renovated and got rid of all sleeper sofas. When I pointed out we were a family of 5 and had counted on the extra sleeping space, all U got was a “sorry”. They offered no remedy and supposedly were all booked up and could not give us 2 rooms near one another. They were only willing to refund the following night, but NOT the first, since we were already checked in (to a room different than the one we booked”. Theme park shuttle was offered but drop off and pick up times were not conducive to a full day at any park. Reservation was required but concierge was already gone for the day, despite it only being 4pm. Breakfast was mediocre at best and staff was not very friendly. Would not stay again.
