Never make beds or change sheets I have c to call to request towels 2 time and to change sheets at the 3 day because never clean room or make nothing

The room it self was very nice and clean, comfortable, but the jacuzzi wasn't clean enough.

Breakfast was not good and I can’t believe they ran out of coffee the 3 days we were there they had no coffee for breakfast,also the breakfast service staff were not helpful and rude

The staff was very helpful and our stay was very comfortable . The hotel was near Disney Springs so it was very convenient and a few restaurants and a Starbucks and Asian cafe were walking distance.

Amazing breakfast offered, saved a lot of money with a family of 5. Nice size room with a separate couch so you could relax and watch TV not in a bed during the day.

Amaizing place. The areas were cleaner, the staff always available and good services and include a buffet breakfast and shutters for the parks.

The facility was short staffed. The elevator had issues. Two days that breakfast was served there was no forks, and no syrup for pancakes. Room service didn't come in until the day before we were to leave and we had to request more towels.

Everything was good but we're told the room cleanup is every other day, so it could be rated better for my visit.

The booking experience was great and the hotel was clean. Great location also, just a walk from great restaurants. I must say that what got me upset was the parking overnight charge that was not detailed when the reservation was made. They hand you a piece of paper detailing the extra fees when you arrive and by that time, is too late to cancel.

Although the property was clean and staff was as helpful as they could be the wifi did not work. They were short on staff as there was no bartender nor could you order from the restaurant so we had to go offsite. One of the elevators the button lights were not operational so you had no idea if it accepted your selection of what floor you wanted to go to. The water pressure was poor in the shower and the toilet flush was very noisy. The in room TV was also not working properly. Will stay elsewhere when visiting Disney Springs in the future.

Wifi was HORRIBLE throughout our entire stay. Couldn't even use our phone data- seemed like building had some kind of block? Best phone service worked if u were downstairs in the lobby. We have Verizon so that may be an issue???

Como esta tan cerca de los parques, hay mucha familia con niños que estan tan felices que no dejan dormir por los brincos y ruidos que hacen.

There are 169 guest rooms located within this location (8688 Palm Parkway in Orlando, Florida), there are only 2 washers and 2 dryers to service the guest here. I had to constantly check to see when the washer and dryer were available. Then I had to hurry back to my room and then back to the laundry facility to wash clothes. The smell of mold/meldew was strong as soon as you opened the washing machine door. The complimentary breakfast was horrible, the powdered eggs were tasteless, the bacon was greasy, the pancakes were firm and the potatoes were dried out. Just because it is free, it does not have taste like it. My family and I stayed there for 8 days, housekeeping serviced our rooms every other day. We had to call for clean towels and tissue paper. Setting this aside, the room was clean, not rundown, large in size. We had the 2 queen bed with sofa sleeps. the beds were comfortable. The AC kept the room nice and cool all day and night. The price was reasonable. There was a Guest Service Center to purchase tickets to different theme park tickets. Minutes from Universal, Disney & Fun Spot.

Wonderful stay. Helpful and accommodating staff. Would highly recommend

We had a fantastic stay! Everyone was extremely kind, the food was delicious and it was such an easy check in and out!
