Je46573 - Reunion Resort - 3 Bed 3 Baths Condo

The staff was amazing from check in to check out. Everything was just as pictured and the resort was amazing. The shuttle for resort will get you anywhere you want to be in the resort, easiest way to get around. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My family and I stayed for four days. The villa had three bedrooms and three bathrooms which was nice. The villa was spacious with two balconies. It was clean and quiet. My children thoroughly enjoyed the pool and water park. The food was ok. We ate at the Clubhouse and the Chophouse on grounds. If you are looking for a nice, quiet place to stay while in Orlando you may like it here. The staff was very nice and the shuttle to get around the resort was a lifesaver.

Sin embargo, la experiencia de alojamiento estuvo por debajo de lo esperado. El check-in fue rápido, pero prácticamente no recibimos información sobre el resort, los servicios incluidos ni nuestros beneficios Expedia Gold. La reserva indicaba pases para el parque acuático, una botella de vino de cortesía, posible upgrade y late check-out sujetos a disponibilidad, pero nada de esto fue explicado ni ofrecido espontáneamente. En la villa encontramos cucarachas muertas. El lavavajillas no funcionaba correctamente y varios platos que estaban guardados tenían grasa y suciedad. También se escuchaban con mucha intensidad las pisadas y los ruidos de la unidad superior. El fitness center estaba sucio, muy deteriorado y necesitaba mantenimiento urgente. Algunos accesorios de las máquinas estaban excesivamente desgastados y parecían próximos a romperse. Las canchas de golf son muy buenas, pero la limpieza, el mantenimiento y la comunicación del alojamiento deben mejorar considerablemente. No elegiría volver a hospedarme aquí, salvo por la necesidad específica de participar en un torneo.

Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the floors. Our feet got really dirty very quickly and with little kids we had to clean their feet multiple times while in the home.

The property was clean and big. Had everything you would need.

Waterpark is the place to be !!!!! My kids and granddaughter loved it ! We went everyday

The accommodations and water park were outstanding. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the availability of the onsite restaurants. If they were open, they tended toward early closure. It was difficult to find suitable dining onsite in the evenings.

It’s a great to place to stay and especially with kids. A lot of amenities and the water park is excellent. The place really is kid friendly. We didn’t experience any riff-raff and it was Fourth of July weekend. I hope to return. Get yourself a golf cart to explore the resort.

Excellent property!! Its was a healing experience!!

Asked for a golf view high up before check in. When we arrived we were told the hotel was sold out and given a really poor room but could move the next day. We eventually moved to the room as requested. A great resort with great amenities and generally a lovely holiday. My advice would be to call the hotel on the day of check in as they don’t look/reply to emails.

Awesome place to stay, rooms were big and spacious for 6 people. Had full kitchen, three bedrooms with three bathrooms. Will definitely stay here again.

The property was in need of repair and cleaning. It isn't located near the parks, as advertised. It was okay though.

Location, cleaness, and the water park!! It could have had more towels and wash clothes at the unit. The unit was upstairs and not ground level.

Villa was okay,staff was great and very helpful. View of just trees from balcony was terrible and i didnt even get to enjoy pool or even take a peak at the lazy river it was closed everyday. Just expected more for the amount of money i paid.

Wonderful place, the water park was fabulous and the staff was very hospitable!
