All the amenities are extra fees bedsides the pools which are over crowded. A storm hit knocking the power out for the remainder of our stay. They do not have back up generators and the water stopped working as well. Hence the rooms were very hot but they did not want you outside once it got dark.

I will never stay at this resort again. Lost power and water. There was no safety lights in the hallway. This wasn't what I expected at all.

Power outage, no running water, no toilets. No staff came around, had walk to the main office in the pitch dark. No emergency lights in the stair wells. They used glow sticks. Sent text about fire alarms and safety concerns. Received a response 13 hours later telling me I should leave. We left Saturday night...

Stay was ok, only b/c a big storm rolled in and power was lost and did not come back on before we left.

Great stay everyone was friendly had a lot of fun

The rooms aren’t the cleanest and the tv is a piece of junk. Not something you’d expect living in 2026. Fin city arcade and billiards room is awesome along with the pools. The staff is great and very accommodating. We enjoyed our time but if back in same area will probably stay elsewhere.

All staff was friendly and helpful!

Our room was extremely run down. I requested we be moved to another room and that one was only slightly better. For the amount we paid, I expected somewhere I would feel comfortable staying. Unfortunately, it felt gross and dirty. It actually made me feel like a bad mom because I was letting my son stay somewhere so dirty. Extremely disappointing and not a great start to our vacation. Silver lining was it was only one night.

Needs remodeling. Not like pictures. Very dirty and old.

Staff was great.

A good portion of the balcony decking was rotten. One of the balcony chairs was broken. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. The a/c was ridiculously loud. The pillows might have been the saddest pillows I've ever seen. But they did bring me 3 more when I asked for them. If you're fortunate enough to find somebody leaving, you can get a decent parking spot, otherwise, you might be parking 1/4 mile away. On the plus side, all of the employees were very pleasant

The entire place is super run down. The staff said it was remodeled to a margaritaville in 2019 but it is dirty and old and smells like a wet dog. The parking situation is a nightmare. The whole place is up and down hills and no place to park to unload your bags. They have all these fast golf carts driven by kids zooming everywhere. Once we got to the room after parking half a mile away the room smelled so bad. It smelled like mold, wet dog and smoking. The floor was separating from the walls and everything was grimey. The bed sheets were stained the floor was dirty, the bath tub was dirty and there was long black hair all over the place. For the price of this place it is absolutely not worth it. I would recommend this place only if you enjoy camping indoors and even then bring your own blankets!

Wrong room, booked two queen and received a king. Third person had to sleep in rollaway bed. Carpets in hallway were filthy and musty smell in hallways

It was fabulous, couldn’t ask for a better staff

I highly recommend as a mini vacation get away. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the beds are terrible. They are so noisy and the springs dig into your body. Every time my son would move, it sounded like the bed as going to fall apart. A couple other same things: I wish the water refill stations worked, the pool tables kept jamming and we were constantly having to go get help, and the water pressure could’ve been better. Other than that, it was a great choice overall.

Property outside of room 5 star. Rooms 3.5 star.

The staff was nice and helpful. The room floor was filthy, my white socks were black on the bottom after seconds of walking on the floor. There was hair left in the bathtub and sink. You could not connect to the wifi in our room. The water park smelled of urine. The indoor pool and hot tub in the driftwood building was enjoyable. This was $250 more than lodge of the four seasons for no reason, there was no complimentary breakfast, no tickets to the waterpark, nothing. My first and last time at Margaritaville.
