Be prepared to travel late, or make multiple chips because they do not have a working elevator, Or an elevator at all for that matter. The continental breakfast was good the rooms were relatively clean, overall a pleasant experience. But could have been better

Not much Did not feel safe. Breakfast barely edible. Dirty. Stunk. Needed weeding. Dirty windows. Dirty.

Location was decent Run down & dingy. Pools did not look clean. Rooms were sub par. Staff was not friendly. Used toilet paper, no Kleenex, missing ice chest, tv plug in didn’t work. Lights some work some didn’t.

The room was not clean, shower with no shower rod or shower curtain. Pulled back the blankets and there was a spider in the bed!! Hot tub jets didn’t work and the bathroom in the pool area the toilet was black looks like it had never been cleaned. Would NOT recommend!!!!

The location was nice for what we had planned The room, hallway and common areas were not very clean. Towels were old and worn, sheets had stains on them and there was paint peeling and mold on the shower ceiling. Maintenance needs to up their game at this establishment.

The location was good not heavy traffic.

Well the stay was Comfortable and all good until we seen 2 cockroaches in our room and that freaked us out also it was horrible trying to get more toilet paper and they gave me one thin tiny garbage bag so after that we went to the nearest dollar tree and got our own for the room But them roaches we wasn't trying to take none home Horrible 😞

Room was ok had a musty smell ac unit needs cleaning carpets dated beds could be cleaner loose rack in bathroom Staff very nice and helpful.

Starting off on a positive note, the staff was incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly. No issues with anyone I encountered. Unfortunately, there were plenty of negatives. The room itself was gross. We could clearly tell that whoever is in charge of cleaning does the bare minimum. Grime everywhere. Toilets lined with grime, shower was pretty bad, too. The sheets, towels, chairs were stained. No real fitted sheets on the beds. The TV kept getting unprogrammed if we touched the wrong button on the remote. The 2nd queen bed in our room was broken and unusable (but we didn't need it). Towels were thin and small. Toilet paper was the cheapest possible. Over all, I wouldn't stay there again unless some major changes were put into place.

The place is for sale, with a huge sign out front in the poorly maintained driveway. Once you get into the building, you notice right away it needs a lot of TLC. Entering the room, it smells musty and hasn’t been updated since the early 00’s. The bedding was stained and the floors weren’t vacuumed. Once I took a shower, I found puke dried on the trash can by the toilet and used wash clothes hanging on top of the shower Rod. The drain systems were awful, I have pictures of the tub filling up just while taking a shower. Overall a bad experience, wouldn’t recommend staying here until they’re sold.

My door to the hotel room would not lock unless I slammed it shut and couple of times. During my relaxing hours the entire reason I picked this hotel was completely ruined because the hot tub and sauna did not work and since I was there for a few days and seen they had a washer and dryer on sight I packed lightly and rewear what was needed however that did not work too The morning I was leaving, breakfast was over an hour late and when I tried to check out I was told something in the Arabic language, pretty sure he was taking a break because he put pointed at the couch and put his phone on speaker as he walked over and sat there causing me to have a late check out. Clearly looking at me I am not Arabic and had no idea what was being said and they had no idea what I even tried to say as I checked out so I put my entry cards on the counter and said my room number and walked out.

We stayed here after a long 10 hour drive. The front desk gentleman was friendly, and we headed to our room. The hallway carpet to the rooms has definitely seen better days, but we figured let’s check it out. Once getting to the room, we were met with an overbearing smell of damp/musty yuck after pushing open a door that was stuck. The beds however were clean to sleep on,, so we stayed after spraying everything down with our deodorizing spray. Quick change of clothes, and we headed to the pool. The area was bit of a hot mess, no clean towels, trash left out, and signs slipping off the wall. The hot tub didn’t have a working jet, but enjoyable for a soak. My husband did enjoy the sauna, and the kids (14 and under) enjoyed the pool. I straightened up the area a bit while drying off, and we headed back to the room shortly before 10pm. The hot water took forever to turn hot in the shower, and the faucets looked like they needed a good scrub. Beds were a bit too firm for my liking, but we make them work. Just glad I brought my own blanket because it was chilly with the AC running all night ( if we turning it off it was hot and musty). The breakfast looked decent, we didn’t try any because we were up early and just decided to head out. I don’t think I’d stay again, unless they did some revamping, but for one night it’ll do in a pinch. The saving grace was the staff, they were friendly, and welcoming.

The hotel was two separate buildings. One was a bit cleaner than the other. The room smelled and we were afraid of bugs

Very dirty!

Pictures made it look better then it was. Found trash on the floor and a couple bugs in the bed sink was cracked and the outside pools bottom is falling apart
