The bathroom was very small and the bathtub seemed to not refurbishing.

Room smelled bad, bedding was dirty and lights did not work. We did not stay.

The beds were stained and gross, floors haven’t been vacuumed and my kids kept picking up dead bugs from the floor. There was pet food left on the ground from the previous people. The TV did not work and was ridiculous to try to set up. The hallway smelled like pot and by the time we wanted to leave it was too late and paid for and just decided to stay.

When we pulled up the outdoor pool was empty and if order. The indoor pool’s heater was not working so the water was cold. Hot tub was cold and sauna was out of order. Didn’t look like the pool area was ever swept and there was even a urine ketone test strip on the ground. The first room smelled like marijuana. The second run MM room’s security lock on the door was broken off and there was an inappropriate sticker on the fridge. Empty vending machines

The staff really sucked, the only nice thing was the bed. We will never stay there again.

Like most Wyndham properties - this is an old facility that has not been updated in a long, long time. That's not to say it was dirty, but it's definitely dated. It was like walking back into 1990. Everything is old and worn. Even the bedding and decor screamed "30+ years old." That said, the staff was capable and friendly. The property seemed to be as clean as you can make worn, old carpet and furniture look. I needed a really cheap hotel room for the night. This fit the bill. I got what I paid for.

Additionally, I went back in with all of the above complaints and let the front desk gentleman know I would not be staying with my grandchildren due to safety concerns. He stated I must teach out to Expedia to get a refund. Which I did. I was supposed to receive a call back within 3 days. It has below been 8 days without any contact. Therefore, I am coming here in hopes to prevent anyone else from booking here and hope to save someone else money.

Bath sink didn’t work, told front desk but when I checked again they said they forgot to tell anyone. Building door look was broken so there is no security, ice make broken dirty furniture in entryway, torn window screens. Pool was not open and no water but apparently there was some because we could hear frogs all night. It is obvious that the owner, Baymont and Wyndham hotel chain don’t care at all about this place and I will never go back. Sleeping on a park bench would be better

Obviously an older hotel, could have used some upgrades. My room was relatively clean, but i did find that the a/c unit was super dirty so i made sure to clean it myself as i didn’t want the extra dust circulating in the room. I also found that you could hear a lot of noise from other occupants, possibly due to the age of the hotel and lack of soundproofing.

I started reading reviews and it seems like the pool problem has existed for 9 months or longer. You think no working pool you would notify people before they arrive. I know I would have booked a different hotel or had other plans for the time between our activities.At this point I would think it is false advertisement to say you have pools and a hot tub. Pools and hot tub are the reason I booked this hotel. If you want a pool stay someplace else. I know I will next time.

The pictures on the Google Business page showed an outside pool that was clean and operational. This was not the case when we arrived. The pool was completely empty and could not be used. The room smelled of body odor and cigarettes and the shower head was not operational until it was fixed. We had to check out early due to these conditions.

There was one amazing staff member that was working hard to make your stay. A great one. She needs help. Because it takes more than one person to run a hotel. With no hot tub cold indoor pool. Bad plumbing and a unclean look to the rooms. She can't do it all.
