Mattress Room was disgusting glad I had my Clorox cleaners. Internet only worked 1/3 of the time...

Clean room

Nothing The rooms smell like wet dog. The mattress felt like something from the 80s. The shower had no pressure. There was soap on the walls whole in the bathroom. Door. Did not have any local channels. Yeah, I think at two a m.The people next to me were smoking meth outside

Hot tub was out of order. Not the cleanest but no bugs. Price didnt fit the quality.

The room was very nasty. Bugs on bed and shower Bugs , dirty covers , room just horrible

There were no blankets on the beds, just the turned-down sheets. There was no mirror on the wall above the sink, and there was no soap for handwashing. We ended up using the provided body wash to wash our hands.

The breakfast needs attention. Not much to choose from, needed napkins. We had 4 people and only had 4 flat pillows. When we got into the room, there were dirty towels, food in the fridge, bathtub was not cleaned, floor not swept. Very dirty, I wanted to leave immediately! But we stayed for 2 nights. Won't be coming back

Nasty very run down and staff couldn't even provide us with rags or ice. The service was bad and we also had something biting us there as well very low budgeted but it was very cheap for a weekend but ended up moving hotels due to the uncleanliness and service cereal was only thing they had for breakfast and it was super stale would t recommend

Staff communication and professionalism wasn't there at all.

I didn’t like the property at all. They gave us the wrong room, which is all in shambles and then I didn’t want any to look at any more other rooms because the hallways of the business were dirty. Everything was dirty. I want my money back. I didn’t like this property one bit. It was dirty and needed torn down.

I called (at midnight) when we got to the room to the front desk and the gentleman who answered refused to work with me about the room. He would not even come to see what I was talking about. I asked to speak with manager and he said he was but when we went to the office all was locked up and there wasn't a manager on sight and I needed to call the people I booked through so I did and they tried multiple times calling the office while I was on the phone but they would not pick up. Now we have to drive back to Kansas city because there isn't another room available.

They double booked and I had to take a room on the 2nd floor which was difficult due to my arthritis

It was filthy, holes in the walls, smelled bad, the carpet was wet.

Our experience with Ozark and and suites was not very good though the service was good but it was mediocre. I wanted my money back, but they said I couldn’t get my money back because I already gave them my card and I think I should get my refund because I wasn’t as satisfied, Customer.

Nothing Room was not cleaned well, pool was not cleaned well, pool bathroom absolutely disgusting, for a 5 days stay we had to beg for extra toilet paper and towels.

It was a good location and cheap accommodations. They did offer a breakfast. The room was not clean, the TV did not work, the beds were hard. The pool room was locked the entire stay. The hot tub was broken.

Friendly staff. Room not well cleaned. Bed very hard. Quiet environment. Decent budget option. Breakfast not much.

Good bed, great shower, very helpful staff.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Beds were small, thin, and high off the ground. Would not recommend for elderly. Breakfast was OK. Consisted of cereal, waffles, and various fruits. Not really diabetic friendly.

Room was highly perfumed/cleaning supplies, not good for people with allergies. No closet, limited supply of towels and toilet paper. Bed was comfortable enough but the pillows were hard.
