Schmidt's Creek Hotel

The staff was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. My only issue was I was expecting breakfast because that was advertised but it only happens on the weekends and when occupancy is high enough.

I booked the room for my son and his 2 daughters. They arrived after midnight and there was a sign to call this number for assistance. The phone number did NOT work. They kept calling and had to sleep in their car in the parking lot. A little after 5:00 am they finally got in. The front desk staff was rude when he was explaining the situation. Our granddaughter tried to shower and the water wouldn’t drain. HUGE clump of hair in the drain. I went to the hotel to talk to the manager who was not there but supposed to call me. No call from them.

Hotel was nice, however if your traveling there on a motorcycle the parking lot is not bike friendly.

Nothing great, but clean room close to everything and would stay again.

Broken toilet seat. Small bathroom but the sink is separate from the bathroom. We consider that an advantage. Very hilly location but easy to get to wherever you’re going.

Location, ease of access, and cleanliness.

Our room was very clean. The hotel was quiet (even with a group of bikers staying there) and we felt very safe inside and outside of the room. The only negative I can think of is that breakfast is only served on the weekends. When we booked the room, we were not made aware of that.

Clean rooms. Antiquated amenities. Extremely loud.

There was no breakfast on the morning after our stay so that was really disappointing. Parking was a challenge as well. Not a lot of spaces available. But it was fine.

Front office and staff was pleasant and friendly.

I loved everything, from check in to check out! Lots of hills, parking was interesting

We were put in one of the older rooms. Walked in and was hit by the smell of mildew. The ac unit sounded like it was on its last leg and made it very hard to sleep.

The room was clean and very comfortable. Planning on staying there again this fall.

Exceptional

Our room was very clean and air-conditioning worked very well!! We were able reseve spots on the shuttle for transportation to and from the Ozark Amputheater- recommend calling in shuttle reservations when booking the hotel, as online booking through 3rd party did not allow olyhe opportunity to add shuttle reservations. You can tell the building is older and some indoor renovations/updates have been made in some areas (the check-in area and our room). No breakfast during the week days. Vending machines were availbe in our building. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The pool area looked to be clean from afar- we did not get the opportunity to utilize the pool during our stay. Close to restaurants and outdoor family activities (mini golf, go-carts and bumper cars?)

Decent place. Definitely worth the money.

Staff was very nice, sheets had pilling so they were rough.

We were very pleased with the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, room clean, friendly staff. Definitely will stay here again if we are in the area.
