Staff was nice. Room wasn't the cleanest but it was ok. Coffee pot was missing in our room. Some thug probably stole it. Who knows. But I would stay there again. If you want freedom over luxury at a good price this is your place. Enjoyed the pool and the lake view. If you want a good lake view make sure you get one of the rooms on the top level. The lack of bed bugs warmed my heart. Thank you Hawks nest!

Dingy dump. No one ever at desk. Had to call. Sometimes answer sometimes not. Nice enough when you reached them.

It’s not the fanciest place but decent for the money! It was our second time staying! We had no water last day of our stay with no warning. I saw a staff member and she said there was a water leak so had to turn off all water completely! Instead of leaving it being a guessing game, would have been nice to be notified. We couldn’t shower, brush our teeth, or flush toilet.

Room was in terrible condition. Door frame was splintered, had screws holding it together and had NO interior lock! Damage to sheetrock next to the door had been mudded but not sanded or painted. There was a power strip pugged into an outlet in the floor. Refrigerator made so much noise we had to unplug it. Toliet seat was cracked and pinch me!!! Bathroom ceiling fan was dirty and the light fixture contained hundreds of dead bugs!! Also a 6” hole in the bathroom ceiling had a bare lightbulb socket in it! Floor of bathroom uneven & poorly patched with gobs of silicone. Found a silverfish in the shower which was disposed of in the toliet which barely flushed. It’s surprising this hotel can pass fire, electoral or building inspections!!!

Clean and budget friendly for a quick trip. Hawks nest was completely booked so they upgraded us to their sister hotel Inn at Grand Glaise. It was good for what we needed

Needs some love and care , but still a fun place to stay. We had a good time.

This was our second stay and I'm upping my rating to a 5 because we enjoyed our stay so much. The staff is excellent. The Lakeview is great parking is no problem and staff made sure we were comfortable.

The first bed in our bedroom was dilapidated; when you sat on one side, the other side fell down. The toilet flushing could be heard through the sink pipes. There was rust from water dripping from the tub faucet. Their breakfast consisted of pop-tarts & day-old donuts. The TV could only be turned off from the TV, as it wouldn't work from the remote control. The man that checked us in looked like he just got out of prison; he didn't even bother checking for my ID when we arrived. There was also presence of a cockroach. This was just awful. The owner was very rude in his response to our complaints, so we'll be seeking a refund.
