Needs some love and care , but still a fun place to stay. We had a good time.

This was our second stay and I'm upping my rating to a 5 because we enjoyed our stay so much. The staff is excellent. The Lakeview is great parking is no problem and staff made sure we were comfortable.

The first bed in our bedroom was dilapidated; when you sat on one side, the other side fell down. The toilet flushing could be heard through the sink pipes. There was rust from water dripping from the tub faucet. Their breakfast consisted of pop-tarts & day-old donuts. The TV could only be turned off from the TV, as it wouldn't work from the remote control. The man that checked us in looked like he just got out of prison; he didn't even bother checking for my ID when we arrived. There was also presence of a cockroach. This was just awful. The owner was very rude in his response to our complaints, so we'll be seeking a refund.

The staff was very friendly but the place itself was dirty. Had way to many permanent residents.

The facilities are older, but the management is trying to do some updating and modernizing. Main thing is the rooms are clean plenty of space and comfortable. We did not use the pool, but it did look inviting and it was being used by others. The staff was helpful when looking for a place to eat, and the manager was super helpful getting us a one night refund as we needed to cut our stay short. I would recommend this place if you're looking for affordability and not picky about decor.

Best place on a fly over

Found a adult toys under the bed as well as blood on the sheets and blankets god knows what else in there that I didn’t find would add some photos but not family friendly
-
Close to the lake. Beautiful view on sunrise or sunset. Quiet and relaxing
-
There was trash when you looked out the windows. Other then that the icebox had molded in it, and it was not cold.
-
Great location though.

You get what u pay for. Very sloppy updates. It seemed clean enough and the staff was friendly. The big problem was that the kids of whoever works there were on site and running all over. They were nice friendly but very noisy. I realize they are kids but not really the place for kids .

Fairly cheap hotel for a quick overnight. Don’t expect much it’s pretty rundown.

Awesome stay

Refrigerator was very loud, toilet handle had to be held down for 15 seconds to flush properly, microwave light was broken, walls are pretty thin, and the room would reek of weed every few hours. Amenities are very outdated and not very well maintained. The door handle didn’t work when we tried to get in and the manager had to help us, because apparently sometimes it only works if you turn the handle up. The central and lower floors don’t have a view of the lake. Managers were helpful, but the hotel was not the most pleasant experience and mostly only gave a roof over our heads.

We did not actually stay here. We were relocated to their sister property The Inn at Glaiser Glen. The staff was great, we really didn't use the amenities as this was a trip to see family. I would definitely stay again though.

The view was amazing The bathroom door was broke and the entry door was sketchy

Needs MAJOR updates to property. Should be non smoking or have designated areas. Could not gain access in one room. Moved two doors down. Wasn’t much better. Had to have new bed sheets due to human hair. Bathroom had whole in ceiling and exhaust fan was extremely noisy.

You get partial view of the lake. The pool seem nice but I wasn't there to swim. Bed and sheets were comfortable. And hot shower was relaxing. It helps that there is live stream TV and microwave. My stay is Ok because I only use it to sleep. The room have a scent of cigarettes and not so fresh scent but I easily got accustomed to it. I am here for business so I am ok as long as I get restful sleep.
