Days Inn by Wyndham Osage Beach Lake of the Ozarks

Not much good I can say about the property or the stay that we had. Check-in was absolutely unorganized and staff was very confusing, then the room that I had had a leaking toilet in the bathroom, smelled like mold and cat piss, with rust all over the tub and the ceiling. When I went to the front desk, someone that didn’t even work for the hotel claim they were staff and give me a bunch of fall information and nothing was ever done about the room until I got a hold of someone the next day, then they moved us to a larger room across the hallway, which was a lot better. The price I paid should be the price for the larger room. They call the suite, but the hotel is very dated and staff is very unorganized and lazy. Housekeeping never came by my room and changed out the towels or the bed and I was there Thursday to Sunday.

The location was great. Central to the places we wanted to be. And it was quiet at night. The desk staff was not interested in helping us or answering questions. I was given no information about breakfast, the pool, the area, Nothing. The carpets are filthy. The room smelled musty. We had to bring in our own air freshener. Would not return.

The rooms were dingy. The breakfast was the same items each day. The neighborhood was scary. Wasnt like the reivews online at all. Disappointed.

The location was close to the strip for bike week. The room had roaches.

The bathroom sets were all smelling oil like a grease thing.

Clean and well-kept room. Had less than a roll of toilet paper in bathroom.

Asked if they had a laundry room. Attendant pointed me in the direction. Sooooo much black mold. A mop bucket that hasn’t been emptied in months…common are bathroom they hasn’t been cleaned since Reagan…. And one washing machine worked. No dryers worked. She could have told me!!! Had to hang everything in the room and pack wet clothes the next morning…. Half a role of toilet paper. No room service. (3 day stay) Never staying at a days Inn again……

We opened the door to our room and their was an insect fogger can in the middle of the floor. That is all any one ever needs to know about this motel except, its supposed to be non smoking and ya get smacked in the face with the smell of cigarettes as soon as you open the door to the complex with the indoor pool in it, (witch our freshly fogged room was in) and the outdoor pool was closed. This was on Labor Day weekend 2026.

The worst EXPERIENCE WAS Z when we came down to lobby to check out and have coffee a note was at the front, " no staff on duty from 12a.m. until 8 a.m. If anything needed or emergency gave a number to call. When checked out had to ask for recipe showing rate and payment method. The young lady at the desk on our checkout was the only plus experience we had, would not recommend this hotel.

Bed was comfortable Stench of cat pee, staff could care less if you're there or not , on their phone blaring a video. Bathroom moldy and rusty ,room was wet feeling no matter how the ac was set. Floors were dirty vinyl and huge gap under the door. Staff at checkout eating at desk and didnt even look up when I wanted to check out. Staff clothing dirty and stained and never an inquiry as to our stay never said a word about anything.

Garbage on floor behind both beds. Bathroom door did not close entirely even when pushing hard.
