Days Inn by Wyndham Osage Beach Lake of the Ozarks

Our room had ants and bugs in it. They also had no towels. There was also hair and other stains on our bedding as well.

This hotel may be suffering from comparison to two other Baymont hotels we stayed at during our trip. In comparison to the first two (Warrenton and Farmington MO), this hotel was poorly maintained. The pools, the common areas, and the room themselves were run down and, while not dangerous, not enjoyable to use. Also in comparison to the first two rooms, the room at this hotel had a noticeable odor of mold and (maybe because of the air conditioning unit, maybe because of the weather) a damp feel to it. The staff were great (helpful and attentive); the hotel was in sad shape.

The hotel was very dirty. Garbage cans overflowing outside. Moldy ac vent in the room. Garbage left in the room from previous tenants. cockroach in our bathroom. The sink had snot and toothpaste residue from previous tenants.

Very noisy work being done in the room next to ours, but it didnt stop tip almost 9:30! Toilet was clogged in the room but they came and fixed the next day. Light switches were screwed up for about 4 lights in the room. Outdoor pool was closed, indoor pool had cold water. Breakfast was decent, not great. Empty bags of trash were in a number of places outdoors. Ice machine in the back building did not work, had to come all the way out to the front of the hotel to get ice. Overall pretty disappointed!

For the days I was there, the door to the kitchen/laundry room door was left open. It was not a clean and shiny area to see. Breakfast occurred mostly in the area immediately by the checkin desk. When checking in, there was no one at the hotel desk. A fairly loud phone call from the next room told us someone was there but they did not come to the desk for several minutes. From the conversation I heard, it appeared to be a personal call. When the staff returned, they seemed to have problems with checking me in for my reservation.

For the price, this place is great. Rooms have been updated and were clean and everything worked as it should. Not a super fancy place but didn't want to pay twice as much to get something super high level. Staff was friendly and helpful, housekeeping was in and out quickly and changed out the towels every day - some places require you to ask for new towels or they won't change them. Breakfast was good, again nothing too elaborate. Didn't use the pools but they looked clean and people were using them. Good location close to everything we were there for.

The rooms on the 1st floor where the office is are very musty. Shower drain was slow. Besides that the place was clean.

The second building, I think the owners or management or something is living there and I believe they have cats. The whole building smells like cat shit, and piss room that I was in looked to be under construction. I should’ve took pictures but still wasn’t a bad place to stay

Room was very fresh and clean. Outside of hotel and outdoor pool need attention.

Absolutely recommend! From booking to checkout, it was an amazing experience. Rooms and location were clean. Pool was a great size, room was clean and great size and breakfast was hot, unexpected (biscuits, gravy, bacon, waffles, cereal, and muffins etc) and delicious! Service was great also! Will definitely be back!

Looks to be an older facility and well used. No outside pool. The room (123) we stayed in had a wet laundry smell. Air conditioner was set on 68 but was having some trouble keeping up with the temp of the room. Beds were clean and well dressed. Just not a great stay for the almost 200 I spent for the night.

It was ok. Not dirty but run down. We could not find parking and had to park in the lot next door. The guy at the front desk said that was fine. The door in the bathroom needs replaced. It just looks bad. It was so loud there too. Our toilet ran forever after flushing and was very loud. So was the one in the room next to ours. I could hear it.

Convenient location and friendly staff. Bed was firmer than I like.

Room was clean... Staff was great.... B-fast was good... They have bacon need I say more.... Location is great... Bags full of trash sitting out behind the building all day when the dumpster is only like 10 feet away...

The place was pretty clean, the rooms were clean but the beds were hard and had no box springs. Breakfast was just ok.

Staff is wonderful, location is the best. Outdoor pool wasn't open as that is an attraction for us in the summer.

It was a place to stay when our original reservation fell through. Linens and towels were dirty, sink in room didnt work, needs a deep cleaning, repairs and updates.
