The staff was very helpful and kind. I did bring a puppy which got a lot of attention as well. We didn't eat breakfast there because I have very specific dietary need. The room was clean, but the top sheet had holes. The property as a whole had crumbling steps and and the wall corners were crumbly at the base. The bathroom had clearly been repaired from a pretty bad leak.

This hotel really needs a lot of improvements. It is pretty old. For the price that I paid, I expected a nicer hotel.

It was a great place to stay for the weekend, and I have a great Pyrenees and they had no problem with me housing her as I stayed there

The breakfast buffet was very good We also had dinner there too great cheeseburger and chicken sandwich Chris the doorman is always cheerful and helpful.

Our room 528 had bed bugs. The facilities were dirty and not well maintained. There was also a bad smell through the whole building.

Comfy beds is really the only thing I can brag on this time Well first off our room wasn't really clean, there was all sorts of trash swept up under the bed. We were a stay over for 5 days and every time we needed anything we had to ask for it. We were not checked on once by any member of housekeeping. When asking for extra towels and a blanket the front desk guy couldn't even get out of his chair to get us towels, then handed us a sheet instead of a blanket and said he didn't feel like going to look for one.

The only reason I would reconsider staying there in the future is the restaurant. It would be nice not to have to go out to eat.

Staff was friendly. We had to clean our room. We showed the manager the dirty rags from where we cleaned. It wasnt terrible just not to our standards. The hotel was also having a Cannabis Event the same weekend we stayed but didnt bother telling us until we checked in. None to happy about that. Just was not happy overall. Mostly the overal cleanliness of the establishment. The hallways, elevators were horrible. Dog poop in the hallway. Too many things to mention.

Our stay was amazing. the staff was amazing. our beds were so comfortable! it was so peaceful and quiet during our stay. the views were beautiful as well. we will be back!!
