This hotel looks like it is going downhill. I liked the location but for Sunday night no food. Coffee bad in the morning so left early for Cozy Cafe suggested by front desk. Ate on Sunday at Dog Days suggested by front desk.

It was a nice play to stay. The hot tub area was very poor. It could use an update and some repairs to keep it up.

The beds were horrible to sleep on and hard. The air conditioning was not cooling the room and it was hot. The pool room for swimming was so hot you couldn’t stand it in there. The pool water was not the cleanest. Breakfast was terrible. The food was all cold and the sausage was frozen. It wasn’t fit to eat. I will not stay here again

Disappointing

Everything! Staff was great, breakfast was great, room was great! Everything was awesome Nothing!

We had an issue with getting the wrong kind of room (queen vs. king), but the staff remedied the situation pretty quickly and were pleasant about it. It was just a bit frustrating to waste that time. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and we slept well. A few details were slightly bothersome: a pile of pillow cases had been left on the counter, a lamp and the clock were unplugged for some reason, there were no washcloths, and there were a couple of dirty towels outside of the door that were never picked up. We weren't in the room very much and didn't use any of the amenities, like the pool or restaurant, so our exposure to things was limited. Overall, it was fine for our needs.

Very good

Breakfast was good, but very salty for those who have high blood pressure. The room could’ve been cleaned, sanitized and vacuumed better. The restroom smelled like urine. Even after using spray and the exhaust fan. The air conditioner had mold that I had to wipe down so my 1 year old wouldn’t touch it and place her fingers in her mouth. Didn’t receive housekeeping. Had to get towels and bags from front desk. We set our trash and dirty towels out and they didn’t get picked up. The hallways didn’t look cleaned/ vacuumed.

Pleasant

The location was great and it had all needed things however it is quite rundown and needs a full renovation. Staff was very nice and had boat rental at property which was convenient.

Exceptional

It was clean and the staff were excellent. The buildings themselves need some updating and remodeling. The fitness room was next to the sauna and hot tub which made it very humid in the fitness room. The restroom in the hot tub room Was very difficult to flush and the door did not want to close or open. Overall a good experience with great staff.
