Well, mannered and friendly staff.

Staff is great. Breakfast is expensive for basically what is a free continental breakfast at most other hotels. $12.99 for scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, American potatoes, biscuits and gravy, fruit, bagel options. Nothing special and should be included in the stay. The hot tub is open all night which is a plus, but it’s really run down and the whole sauna/hot tub room needs some cleaning and attention. The rooms are pretty run down, but the beds are clean. Had to ask for more soap, towels and maid services more than once during a 1-week stay. The bar is cool and the bartender, Ralph and his wife are awesome people.

The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking in our first room, they moved us to another room and it smelled horrible and there were dogs in the next room whining and barking so we had to move rooms again. The third room was better, but we were so annoyed by then. Chris, the guest service associate, was amazing though.

My third time this year, staying there! I think that speaks for itself. I love the friendliness of the staff. Definitely my go to hotel. More of a relaxed environment, but still well kept. Only thing that was disappointing. Was there is a few hours. The bar area was closed because of fraternity was there. However, it was advertised for a sponsor hotel for the Jeep invasion. So that part was a conflict, but overall, I will be staying there again.

There were quite a few lights out in the parking lot. The hotel was very noisy well past midnight. There was a door leaning against the wall by our room. The morning staff was very nice and helpful.

The hotel is old, but the staff was an amazing!!!! I can't say enough about the Chris and the bartenders. They really were a joy. Made the stay worth it!!!

We had an issue with the toilet the evening we checked in. We called the front desk asking for assistance. However, the issue was never taken care of and no one from the hotel even followed up with us. We had to walk downstairs any time we needed to use the restroom. HUGE inconvenience with 4 people in the room. We should have followed up when checking gout asking to have the room comped. Pretty unacceptable. It wasn't like a minor thing, this was a bigger issue.

This is a very clean hotel. The staff were kind, and the view of the lake was wonderful. It was a very peaceful stay!

Great place to stay. As a motorcyclist, nothing against bikes but didn't realize it was bike week. Total takeover. Oh well. Not the properties fault.

The staff was super kind and accommodating. Clean rooms and an excellent view overlooking the lake.

Hot tub needs a little love. Rooms were nice and clean.
