We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was very helpful, the rooms were very clean, the breakfast buffet was excellent and very reasonably priced. Loved the view of the Lake!

The entire hotel smelled like urine. There was urine all over the bathroom floors and walls. There was pubic hair everywhere in the tub. There were underwear and socks left over from previous tenants. Never staying here ever again.

Property is old and outdated. Furniture in the room was not in great shape. Bathroom was so small the door only opened halfway because the toilet was in the way. Toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor. Pool was very murky and did not look clean and LOTS of steps to get to it. Would not stay here again.

It was nice. It was convenient with a nice view of the lake and the staff was very friendly.

We stayed on the first floor, which was so humid and because of the humidity from the pool, it was very moldy, and I have a severe mold allergy. We ended up not staying our second night. The pool looks like the water hasn’t been changed in forever. I went to go get ice and the ice machine was disgusting the floor the ice machine I didn’t get ice.

Chris took us to and from the pool on a golf cart! He is a wonderful man! He took our trip from wonderful to awesome!! Our room was lovely with a little patio and high enough up not to be scary at night! We loved it and will be back!!

Our entire was better than expected, they were fantastic even before we walked in the door. The door man was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. The desk staff were just absolutely amazing and friendly. Our room was great, but next time we want a room on the lake side 😉. The hot tub was probably one of the best I have ever been in, the size and the jets just really made my day. You run out of time before you run out of things to do. It was a wonderful experience.

Good location. Staff was great. Very clean. We are going back in July hopefully we can enjoy the pool and other amenities. Can’t wait

The location was good and the staff was very friendly The room had a strong musty odor and definitely needed to be cleaned better.
