An outdated hotel, in the not best condition. Also, not very clean, no microwave, no ice bucket in the room, had to ask for one and they brought a cheap plastic bucket with mkay lid, and the ice was out the entire stay. Also, no water for part of the stay, they said the tank was empty and needed time to refill. Low and slow connection so the tv took forever to load anything and regularly paused and had to buffer for a while. All that aside, for the price, it wasn’t bad and pretty on point for what you paid for, just go in expecting that. And the bed was pretty comfy which was a plus and incentive to stay there.

Pool was closed. Room smelled musty. Had no towels or wash cloths in bathroom and bathroom wasn’t very clean. Tv remote didn’t work. Lamp was broken. For sure now know the reason why it was so cheap. Definitely won’t be back.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Dirty, broken, unsamitary, horribly run ... poor water pressure ... the list goes on. 'Breakfast' was days old boxes of generic cheerios left open and stale, hard days old mini-muffins, a pancake machine that wasn't working, juice and coffee. The fridge didn't work in the room. I'd rate this place a '0' if I could.

If I could give them a 0 I would. The room was not very clean. We had one wash cloth and two towels in the room. We booked it for 4 nights. We looked into another motel but everything was full. When we asked for more towels, they ignored our request. The next morning we stopped someone who was cleaning other rooms and got more towels and wash cloths. There was no smoke alarm. There were wires hanging down with no cover on it. When we went to breakfast we got the milk from the refrigerator. There was caked milk on the inside of the container. It was obvious that they had not washed the pitcher and had just refilled the container several times. I smelled the container and it smelled sour. I took it to the front desk and told him. He took it and put it in the backroom without saying anything. We went out for breakfast. The pool was disgusting. It had moldy water and looked like it hadn't been functional for months. The person at the front desk was very rude. I have family that lives at the lake but I will never stay at that motel again.

Had stayed at the property before and was aware that it was well-kept. Once getting the layout of the hotel figured, navigating was easy. Would recommend.

No. 1 is the swimming pool. It was shut down last year when I visited, and it was shut down again on this latest visit. It suggests to me that the ownership has not made this a priority. Maybe it’s because they figure guests will be too busy doing other things around the lake. But it would certainly be nice to end the day with an evening dip in the pool. Please make this a priority. No. 2 is the ice machine. The front desk clerk directed me to its location - but what he failed to tell me (maybe because he wasn’t aware?) was that the ice machine was NOT WORKING. A working ice machine is a key amenity every hotel should make sure functions properly. And No. 3 was our bathroom and bathtub. We noticed low water pressure coming from the faucets. I reported this to the front desk attendant, and he was quick to address the water pressure issue. However, the bathtub spigot had a fast and annoying leak. I reported this to the front desk, and I hope they will at least address this before assigning Room 120 again to guests. Will l stay here again in the future? I haven’t written it off, but before making reservations, I will first verify whether key amenities are working properly.

Do not stay at this property. The rooms are dirty. Found dead beatles around the room, the jacuzzi tub was not clean. The pool is not in use and probably never will be. There are cigarette butts outside everywhere.

Cocroaches, mold, dirty
-
Shower was dirty and dripping all day, the toilet was wobbly, the bathroom ceiling was moldy, the air conditioner vents where dirty and moldy, the pool was mostly empty and nasty and there was a bag of pot in the drawer of the night stand.
-
Definitely need better vending for late night snacks and the "seasonal" outdoor pool looks more like a trash filled mud puddle at the bottom of bowl at the skatepark.

The hotel is run down a needs to be updated. The grounds were dirty but our room was clean at least. There was a hole in our bathroom wall. The breakfast was the bare minimum. Not a good experience for us.

If I could give them a 0.I would. The smoke detector was wires with no cover. The pool was disgusting moldy water. The room was not clean. When we went to breakfast, the milk container was crusted with old milk and the container smelled sour. When I took the container to the front desk, he didn’t say anything. He just took the container and put it in the back room. We went out to eat instead of eating breakfast there. We had one wash cloth and a towel in our room. There was some dirty gauze in one of the drawers in the room. The parking lot had cigarette butts everywhere. The manager was very rude. The towels were stained so we used our own. The second day we were there, the toilet backed up and we had to get a plunger. The worst motel I have ever stayed in. We checked for other vacancies and everything was booked.

No hot tub no pool no microwave in room breakfast was late and barely anything offered

We didn’t stay there after we saw the condition of one room and the only other one was upstairs. No elevator and they didn’t offer to carry the bags for us. Pool was out of order also! Would never call to stay there again.

I travel alot and stay in hotel 75 plus nights a year and this was by far the worst place I have stayed in a long time. With that being said i did not have a any other options available. This room was over $150 and was more like a $50 room pool was a dry open hole trash all over the place shower was dirty and all but one towel looked like they where never bleached. I would not recommend this place just keep driving.

I thought it could have been cleaner and did find a bug under covers. It was dead and checked the rest of the bed including under mattress and found nothing. Staff just kinda shrugged it off.

YOU WILL get what you pay for at this location. Less than mediocre

I had to go to the desk to get toilet paper because there was none. I really thought highly of the man for helping us out, so I did not complain.
