Normally, I’m not a person That we use a bad review, but this is absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It’s very obvious it’s a drug hotel. They did not even have a flat sheet on the bed between you and the blanket. It was an old nasty blanket. My TV did not work. They brought me some rinky-dink TV then the remote didn’t work on that the beds look like they were just made up from the last person that was there. The grounds were nasty. The room was nasty. It needs to be condemned. Please do not waste your money on this. If there was any way possible to get a refund, I would be blowing up somebody’s phone. It was absolutely gross. The only thing I could say is the air worked?

Where do I start? Filthy outside when we pulled up - trash strewed all about the sidewalk, parking lot. Got the key to our room - the door was propped open. The extra security latch at the top of the door was non functional. Went inside to see debris on the carpet, the bathroom floor, 2 black hairs in the tub, 1 on the toilet, 1 on the sink counter, the chrome in the tub was all corroded, a towel hanging up on the back of the door - which I assumed was used by the previous guest - half a roll of toilet paper which we had to ration in order to last 1.5 days, No tissues, 1 cup - unwrapped - next to a coffee pot with no coffee. The dresser was only dusted on the front side of the TV stand. It was all pretty disgusting. We were afraid to turn down the sheets. Serious safety violation with pool steps and no handrails! I held on to a net pole to steady myself as I am 73 with a wonky hip and almost fell trying to get in. At 10PM one of the staff was down the hall banging on the ice machine or vending machine while whistling. We yelled at him to stop. ( could not see who it was, but not a guest, I would imagine ) The ONLY redeeming thing was a decent nights sleep on very decent beds. I really want a refund for this mess! Please advise!!!

The room had black mold in them the wall paper was coming off we did have hot in the shower..there was no breakfast there was no swimming pool.we was going to stay a week there but ended up leaving on day 4 and never got no money back or nothing..then some man just walked in my sister room
-
Room was really very dirty, had someone come in to clean it, came back to the room still dirty, opened the fridge and it was lined with mold, pool was not working, jets in the room was not working, went to check out no one was at the front desk to check me out, missed my reservation to important meeting. They never showed I called the front desk five times before leaving a note with the keys to check out

It was the most nasty place I stayed there was black mold on the walls the wall paper was killing off in the room we found to cockroches in the room and the pool wasn't even working

Pool was half empty and green, glues everywhere as a result, tons of cigarette butts all around the room and rooms across from the pool, room smelled bad, sheets and pillowcases appeared clean but heavily stained, so bad we left and did not stay here. The online pictures must have been from 10 years ago. They tried to place us in another room, through an indoor hallway, a bit better, but same problem, sheets, pillowcases stained, black mold looking on the ceiling of the bathroom, we just couldn’t do it. I asked for a refund, they agreed but then when Expedia called them they refused, so just plain bad all the way around.

The rooms were dirty and smelled very musty. Looked at two different rooms. First room didn’t have the microwave and refrigerator, plus very dirty. 2nd room wasn’t as dirty as 1st room, but very musty smelling. Didn’t really feel safe there.

Our room had a broken window, the tv was broken, the beds sucked and im pretty sure a log would be better then the pillows. we had a room for 3 people and only 1 towel. The ice machine either wasnt turned on or was broken. The pool was listed as an amenity, it was drained and filthy. The breakfast included was honestly a joke. Would not recommend unless all other options are out.

They never answered the front desk I was there for about 45 minutes and nobody. And a mothers permission showed me that there was black mold in there room

DO NOT STAY HERE! Room was not available on arrival. They never even contacted me to tell me. Was forced to find another booking. Was promised a full refund but never followed through. They advertised a pool. Pool was almost empty with pizza boxes floating in it! This place is the worst! The company did not refund me as promised. I would not use them again.

Pool out of service-emergency repair.

The staff was kind. However, the property itself was a disaster. The room we stayed in did not appear to be cleaned prior to our arrival. There were gnats in our room. The room smelled stale and the sheets smelled as if they had not been washed. We were not expecting a whole lot to be completely fair but at least we wanted the room to be clean. There was mold in the tub and black rings in the toilet bowl. The tables had dust on them and the refrigerator had water stains and old food stains in it. It was just not an enjoyable experience.

This hotel was not clean - the floor was damp and we got locked out of the hotel after 10 PM the hotel front desk was closed

My room smelled like marijuana horribly. I complained to the front desk and they said someone was probably smoking a marijuana vape outside by my air conditioner which was sucked into my room. Ridiculous excuse and offered no discount or help. And there was trash EVERYWHERE you look in the parking area, not just cigarette butts but empty soda, beer cans and whiskey bottles. Go see for yourself. I hate to leave this bad review but it’s the truth.

Really was not taken care of. Dated, smelled bad, just not a good experience
-
Towels were horrible and looked dirty. Sink and toilet were not clean, nor were the floors. Outdoor pool was absolutely disgusting. Needless to say, will not be returning to this site.

Rolled in and rolled out

Absolutely do not go here! White pillow cases and sheets are Yellow from not cleaned properly. I have a feeling there's not a proper cleaning staff it's the front desk employees that do it. There's typically no one at the front desk and if you call the number on the sign at the desk no one answers. We paid for two nights and didn't even stay there either night it was so bad. We went in and looked around my wife and I decided it was not worth the risk was nasty, dirty, bugs, no thank you.

The other guests, which seem to be few, I was convinced was dealing drugs or up to other nefarious activities, their grill out front was a great touch. Whatever this place was at one time, it’s well past it and should give up. Two stars because we survived and didn’t die.
