I liked nothing about this property. The rooms were disgusting. The staff was not helpful whenever I locked my key in my room. Horrible experience

Breakfast was okay. Con: first room ended up being under construction. 2nd room had missing towels, after asking for it.

Upon arrival, I proceeded to the restroom, where the door was literally off its hinge, and if you wanted to fully close the door, took some lifting and body slamming in order to get it to close. But upon doing this, you realized you only had a few more actual door closes before the whole door would pop off. Even better was the unpleasant surprise of an unflushed toilet full of yellow urine and a rather large cigarette butt; large enough to make me wonder if it would successfully flush. Of course, it was a non-smoking room. I then realized the pass-through door to the adjoining hotel room adjacent to mine was fully unlocked, which immediately gave me the creeps. The AC worked tho. And I got my security deposit back.

One light in the room worked the rest didn’t I asked front desk to fix it they didn’t Very noisy also because I was right next to the pool and heard the water pump all night long! Never again!

Breakfast wasn't good, and front desk was not helpful. Spoiled yogurt, cereal and small amount of milk but no spoons to eat it, pancake machine was malfunctioning and had to figure it out on my own as front desk watched, only decaf coffee. No toaster available for bagels.

The hotel was very ran down. The pool was not operational and had algae in it. The room had cockroaches and was filthy. Didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a very long time. I was so unhappy about my stay. I will never stay there again and will alert all my contacts to never ever ever stay there either.

Awful. I guess at least it was cheap and the pool was open all hours

Price

It was dirty and it was clear the owners were not concerned as they had us check the room before we committed to staying as the room could not be refunded.

Parking was illuminated at night. Price was cheap. Asked for first floor for handicapped wife guy really did not understand English very well gave me second floor anyway...12 steps to get her to the room ridiculous. The room in bad shape mold in toilet like room had not been used or cleaned in a long time. Peeling wall paper dents in wall. Dirty fridge. Very Noisy Hotel with people living in the rooms as a low income residence. Did not sleep very well. Next morning had to leave at 4am no place to drop off key had to leave key in the room...regular brass door key not disposable cards. Also sketchy people walking around parking lot at 4am.

The budget price was in line with others in the area. No problem getting a room. The bathroom was in need of alot of cleaning, the room smelled of smoke eventhough you can be charged extra for smoking. Also the room had NO blow dryer it appeared to be ripped off the wall. The area around the room outside was cluttered. As for the pool the light green color was not inviting. We mentioned these things to a manager and he showed no reaction.

The only thing that went well was booking the room. The hotel was disgusting. There was a females-only massage flyer on the external office area window. Then we walked by the pool, which was 1/3rd full of water. The water was brown and full of debris. Then we opened up the room and knew we couldn't stay. Smelled heavily of mold, had huge stains on the carpet, a reddish fluid on the bedspread, and a pubic hair on the bed. It was very old and dated, but we were prepared for that. Just weren't prepared for the level of disgust we had with the care of the property. We saw a sign on the front desk that said, "You must request your refund within 30 minutes of check-in." We knew that we couldn't sleep there, and that we weren't the only ones who held that opinion, based on the laminated message. We requested a refund within 5 minutes, and booked last minute elsewhere. We were told by the front desk that he would grant the refund, but that we had to go through booking.com. We did that, and while booking.com advocated for us, the property refused the refund. This capped off our experience with being scammed by the property. All attempts to reach the property were not successful. Finally, just now, booking.com has credited our account for $11.54 (their fee, I assume) out of the total $123.96 that we were charged. So our final result was to lose $112 at this hotel that should only be used by rent-by-the-hour patrons--if your tetanus shot is up to date. Stay away; disgusting experience!

They were very friendly and accommodating The $100 deposit. I had to call twice to make sure it was off my credit card but he was very kind in dealing with it

We stayed in room 201 July 31- August 3rd. The smoke detector was hanging down without a battery our entire stay. They sheets had a clear stain down the side and the one pillow had a blood mark. They didn't give us any conditioner or soap but we had 2 bottles shampoo.

Had to pay a deposit after I paid for my stay, holes in the wall and door. Linen wasn't cleaned well, was itchy all night bed. Good thing I was called home after 2 nights there, couldn't stay there anymore. No pool. False advertisement

Normally, I’m not a person That we use a bad review, but this is absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It’s very obvious it’s a drug hotel. They did not even have a flat sheet on the bed between you and the blanket. It was an old nasty blanket. My TV did not work. They brought me some rinky-dink TV then the remote didn’t work on that the beds look like they were just made up from the last person that was there. The grounds were nasty. The room was nasty. It needs to be condemned. Please do not waste your money on this. If there was any way possible to get a refund, I would be blowing up somebody’s phone. It was absolutely gross. The only thing I could say is the air worked?

Where do I start? Filthy outside when we pulled up - trash strewed all about the sidewalk, parking lot. Got the key to our room - the door was propped open. The extra security latch at the top of the door was non functional. Went inside to see debris on the carpet, the bathroom floor, 2 black hairs in the tub, 1 on the toilet, 1 on the sink counter, the chrome in the tub was all corroded, a towel hanging up on the back of the door - which I assumed was used by the previous guest - half a roll of toilet paper which we had to ration in order to last 1.5 days, No tissues, 1 cup - unwrapped - next to a coffee pot with no coffee. The dresser was only dusted on the front side of the TV stand. It was all pretty disgusting. We were afraid to turn down the sheets. Serious safety violation with pool steps and no handrails! I held on to a net pole to steady myself as I am 73 with a wonky hip and almost fell trying to get in. At 10PM one of the staff was down the hall banging on the ice machine or vending machine while whistling. We yelled at him to stop. ( could not see who it was, but not a guest, I would imagine ) The ONLY redeeming thing was a decent nights sleep on very decent beds. I really want a refund for this mess! Please advise!!!
